About the role

The Data Governance & Operations Manager at Crisis is a pivotal role in our transformation journey. You will lead the development of data governance, architecture, and operational processes that ensure our data is trusted, accessible, and used responsibly to drive our mission to end homelessness.

You will oversee data operations including selections, integrations, and data engineering, ensuring that work is efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational priorities. Working closely with the Head of Technology, the Infrastructure and Business Systems teams, and the Insight function, you will help establish a modern, unified, and well-governed data environment built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Fabric.

We are bold with a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will lead and support a skilled team, helping colleagues to develop critical skills to make the most out of our evolving technology stack. You will nurture cross-departmental relationships and play a key role in shaping how Crisis connects and uses data across fundraising, volunteering, client services, and finance. Your work will help ensure that data processes are effective today and ready for the future, making a clear and impactful contribution to Crisis’ mission.

About you

• You have strong experience in data governance and operations, ideally within a Microsoft environment, and can turn frameworks and policies into practical, proportionate processes that people can adopt easily
• You understand how data from systems such as Dynamics CRM, Finance, and others can be structured and integrated within modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric
• You are a clear, confident communicator who can bring technical and non-technical colleagues together around shared goals, demonstrating a collaborative and inclusive approach
• You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and can build credibility across diverse teams including fundraising, volunteering, client services, and policy
• You are committed to data quality, stewardship, and responsible use, and you can help embed these values across the organisation in an equitable and accessible way

We are seeking a Finance Business Manager with excellent business partnering skills to support our Family Placement Services. The successful candidate will assist and support the Assistant Director of Finance and Family Placement Services in all aspects of financial management.

The Barnardo's Finance Business Partner Team provides leaders and managers with financial data, analysis, alongside providing support in order to equip Budget holders to make effective business decisions. The team works proactively and strategically monitoring key financial risks and opportunities through financial data, modelling and reporting in relation to period end, forecasting and budgeting. Driving strong financial acumen across the organisation to achieve corporate objectives. 

Experience required: -

• 2 years' experience as working at managerial level within business partnering team, supporting budget holders
• Costings and Tender applications
• Providing managers with solutions to problems
• Understanding of the voluntary sector and government funding
• System literate, ideally with experience of Dynamics 365

Summary of the role:

The Income Generation Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative departmental support and support to the department Director to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s operations in an efficient manner. This role will focus on generating reports, tracking progress, and ensuring all the necessary processes relating to compliance, finance and HR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role:

1. Maintain and improve departmental filing systems to achieve maximum efficiency.
2. Prepare purchase orders and document payments according to Muslim Aid’s financial procedure and in conjunction with the Finance team to ensure speedy payment of invoices for internal / external stakeholders.
3. Undertake small-scale project work including researching, analysing and recommending next steps.
4. Provide support to the IGM management team in responding to correspondence, booking meetings, minute-taking, planning and supporting events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries and relevant tasks as required.
5. Track Managers delivery of action points to ensure timeframes and outcomes are met, escalating to Head or Director of IGM for further action as appropriate.
6. Undertake full inbox and extensive diary management, ensuring an effective use of time and preparation of information in advance. Sort, redirect and action emails and review an effective ‘bring up’ system to brief and prepare the Director Income Generation and Marketing for meetings / events.

About This Job

As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. Working closely with the rest of the Development team and in particular the Marketing department to ensure that both charities can provide increasing financial support to cadets and adult volunteers across the UK.

About the Communications & Fundraising Coordinator role 

Our Communications and Engagement team promotes our vibrant neighbourhood and the impact of our work across South Bank, and supports fundraising through storytelling, engagement, and campaigns that inspire support. The Communications and Fundraising Co-ordinator will provide support to the communications team by creating engaging content for a range of audiences both internally and externally and supporting our fundraising campaigns and projects.

As our new Communications & Fundraising Coordinator, you will 

• Support communications, marketing, and fundraising plans to boost awareness and engagement in Coin Street’s work campaigns. 

• Build positive relationships with stakeholders and the public through engaging content (e.g. newsletters, social media, web, and print). 

• Assist with design and production of creative materials (e.g. posters, flyers, and booklets). 

• Help with fundraising and partnerships by researching opportunities, preparing applications, maintaining records, and providing admin support.

• Contribute to planning and promoting fundraising and volunteering initiatives, creating content and strengthening relationships.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following 

• Experience in marketing, communications, PR, fundraising, or bid writing. 

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including social media.

This position fulfils the National Flood Forum’s role as part of the Environment Agency’s Resilience and Innovation Fund FAIR approach to Community Flood Risk project. The project officer will help communities to work in partnership with flood risk management agencies to better manage flooding and its impacts in their area. This will involve working with communities at flood risk and agencies using methodologies developed by the National Flood Forum and used successfully around the country.

We are seeking someone warm and approachable, who will be required to work in Staffordshire and potentially other areas in England & Wales. You will need to be able to engage appropriately and effectively with grassroot communities at risk of flooding, as well as professional organisations and have proven project management skills.

Day to day you will work directly with members of the public in communities and liaise closely with external organisations.

The National Flood Forum team is small, intimate and extremely supportive of one another. Officers work in projects across the country but speak and meet on a regular basis. Training and experience is gained alongside these officers in their areas.

The Role

IIED is seeking a dynamic and experienced Philanthropy Manager to work closely with IIED’s Head of Business Development and Directors to meet unrestricted income targets. The role also involves supporting IIED’s research and MEL colleagues across the organisation to raise restricted income. The focus of the role will be networking, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a mixed portfolio of funders and prospects with the capacity to give at the £2m+ level.

You will be responsible for developing meaningful funder relations, including philanthropists, institutions and multilaterals. You will work closely with IIED’s Head of Business Development and IIED’s Directors to win high-value, multi-annual, strategic and unrestricted funding, from philanthropists, trusts and foundations, companies and high net worth individuals. You will engage institutional funders and philanthropists on a long-term journey with IIED to support our organisational strategic vision.​

About You

​To be successful, you therefore need to bring significant experience in generating unrestricted and large, multi-annual restricted fundraising, and a demonstrable track record of directly soliciting or orchestrating the successful cultivation of seven-figure philanthropic gifts. The role will include directly building donor relations, generating leads, developing and submitting cross-organisational pitches and propositions, building donor intelligence, developing collaboration through internal and external partnerships, and directly undertaking fundraising to support IIED’s transformational climate change and sustainable development agenda.

The Philanthropy Manager sits within the Business Development Team and is accountable to the Head of Business Development. The role will entail direct unrestricted and flexible fundraising, donor research, provision of cross-organisational funding strategies, pitches and propositions.

The role will also support IIED’s teams with their restricted fundraising activity, including helping them to produce pitches, propositions, supporting application documentation and application budgets.

To be successful in the role, you will enjoy playing the different roles in fundraising, and know how to gauge what is most appropriate – the driver or the navigator, the broker or the facilitator – as you are motivated by achieving transformative outcomes that matter.

The Business Development Team sits within the Strategy and Learning Group, which includes IIED’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team, and is responsible for relations with IIED’s core funders.

Art Explora is seeking a full time Community Programme Coordinator to lead on the day-to-day running of the Community Programme in London, working closely with Art Explora’s Community Programme Manager and coordinating programme volunteers.  

Art Explora is a non-profit arts organisation founded in the UK in 2021. Our mission is to tackle the social, economic and geographic barriers that prevent many people from having the opportunity to take part in the arts. We increase access to arts and culture through innovative programming, new forms of engagement and by taking cultural projects into the heart of communities, schools and care settings. We believe in building connections through the arts. 

On the Community Programme we work in partnership with care settings, such as care homes and hospitals, to connect people in care with art and creativity. Working with volunteers, artists and musicians, we share the joy of art to combat loneliness and isolation. Our main programme strand is Arts at Home, supplemented by music sessions, Music at Home, delivered in partnership with Spitz Music, and arranging trips, Art Explorers At…, for residents to visit museums, galleries and theatres.

During Arts at Home sessions, volunteers introduce residents to a variety of artworks, accompanied by open-ended questions and thought-provoking prompts designed to spark conversations and connections within care settings. Our aim is to bring residents together to encourage independent thinking, combat loneliness, improve their wellbeing, and to experience arts and culture just as everyone should have the right to.

We are seeking a Community Programme Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of the programme and work closely with the Community Programme Manager to expand our offer. 

Key Responsibilities

• Programme administration including but not limited to being the first point of contact and managing the volunteering inbox, processing expenses, sending weekly confirmation emails to volunteers and a monthly newsletter, and inputting monitoring data 
• Delivering and facilitating Arts at Home, and other community programme sessions 
• Support planning and delivery of trainings and events for volunteers – volunteer inductions, volunteer social events, and volunteering bespoke trainings 
• Coordinate ‘Art Explorers At’ trips to cultural venues 
• Increase knowledge within the team with research and advocacy of best practice 
• Contribute to marketing and messaging of the Community Programme through AE’s website and social media
• Lead on development of select programme areas, as required 
• Work closely with the CPM to explore and build partnerships with new care settings 

Who we are looking for

• A team spirited, organised, proactive and reliable individual 
• A passion for engaging new audiences through arts and culture 
• A good knowledge of arts engagement practice and leading organisations in this field 
• Ability to respond to challenges with flexibility, positivity, and to be solution focused 
• Proven experience of working with volunteers including recruitment, training, logistics and personal management 
• A confident communicator (oral and writing), with an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and partners 
• An interest in working directly within the care sector 
• A proven track record of data monitoring and administrative support 
• Desirable to have experience establishing or working with a volunteer management system
• The Project Coordinator will be required to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which Art Explora will carry out upon appointment.

As Store Manager, you'll lead a dedicated and diverse team of around 30 self-sufficient volunteers who are passionate about making a difference. You'll be instrumental in maintaining the shop's excellent local reputation, while also identifying opportunities for continued growth through community engagement, stock generation, and further volunteer recruitment.

With the shop open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am–4.30pm, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead by example on the shop floor, and bring fresh ideas and energy to everything from displays to fundraising initiatives.

You will be someone with exceptional people skills, a natural leader who understands the importance of community and enjoys supporting people to exercise similar passions through volunteering.
