About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Strategy and Planning Manager to lead the way in strengthening how Fundraising plans, prioritises and delivers growth. Bringing together strategic thinking and operational delivery, you will ensure our product strategies are audience-led, insight-driven and focused on long-term, sustainable income growth.
Leading two Product Strategy Managers, the Fundraising Planning Manager and the Fundraising Planning Officer, you will build a clear, joined-up approach to product strategy and planning. You will support your team to turn ideas and opportunities into actionable plans that help deliver real impact.
Working closely with Senior Managers across Acquisition and Development, you will help embed smarter ways of working so that product strategies shape supporter journeys, strengthen loyalty and unlock sustainable income across a broad fundraising portfolio.This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly created role, influence planning at scale and lead a team at the heart of turning fundraising strategy into action. If you enjoy making sense of complex information, helping plans take shape and supporting teams to make confident decisions, we would love to hear from you.
