The successful candidate will also play an important role in growing the programme by helping us recruit new gyms, retain existing partners, increase participation and identify opportunities to improve the programme and its fundraising potential.

You will work closely with the Programme Administrator and Fundraising & Social Media Coordinator to ensure that programme activity, fundraising and stories are connected and used effectively across the charity.

  • Work closely with the Fundraising and Social Media Coordinator to identify fundraising opportunities and success stories.

  • Identify participants, gyms and program moments that could be used for case studies, social media and wider communications.

  • Provide accurate information, photographs and stories to support fundraising and communications activity.

  • Celebrate and communicate program successes with participating gyms.

Teamwork & Data

  • Work closely with the Program Administrator to ensure program information and actions are accurately recorded.

  • Use program data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities.

  • Contribute to regular program reviews and team meetings.

  • Share relevant information with the wider charity team.

  • Ensure that the Program Administrator has the information required to maintain accurate records.

  • Contribute to monitoring program performance against agreed targets.

Continuous Improvement

  • Help develop new program ideas and opportunities.

  • Contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the Battle Cancer program.
