Job Summary
Ten Ten Resources is seeking a Schools Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting our partner schools in their use of our award-winning Catholic educational resources. Acting as a key point of contact for school staff, you will help ensure a smooth, welcoming and highly responsive experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.
You will handle school enquiries, maintain CRM data, manage user accounts, and support the delivery of school communications and helpdesk services. You’ll also contribute to the systems that underpin our delivery, bringing order, insight, and efficiency to the heart of our operations
This is a full-time, home-based role (35 hours per week), but we are open to applications on a job-share basis. Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll work closely with our collaborative and mission-driven team, combining independent responsibility with shared support.

Responsibilities
As Schools Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Support

Act as the first point of contact for school enquiries across email, phone, voicemail and webchat.

Respond to queries, resolve user issues, and provide quotes for subscriptions and trials.

Triage communication to the relevant team member, where needed.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM (HubSpot), including:

Keeping contact details up to date.

Researching school term dates and contact information.

Auditing pupil numbers and other key data.

Building segmented databases for outreach to new markets.
Project Support

Assist with content uploads and conduct basic technical checks.

Support the planning and organisation of projects (e.g. filming, product launches).

Research and source goods or services to support delivery.
General Admin

Prepare and send occasional hard-copy mailouts.

Handle post and support light finance admin, such as banking cheques.

Place of Work
This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.
The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. However, we are open to applications on a job-share basis, where two individuals work together to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.
We meet weekly as a team on Zoom to share updates, collaborate on projects, and pray together. In addition, we gather in person at least three times per year - typically once per term - for planning, training and team-building. These in-person gatherings usually involve overnight stays and are held at various locations around the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPI’s, budget and spend, and work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on advertisement spend / return on investment.

Ensure regular monitoring of performance across all activities and make necessary adjustments to maximise net income opportunities.

Analyse and share the results of campaign activity.

Support forecasting and budget planning on Digital marketing activities within the IG budget.

Stewardship and Supporter Experience

Maintain a good level of understanding of our supporters' behaviours and motivations to create and implement stewardship content and journeys, feedback and respond to queries and enquiries relevant to IG activity.

Work with the team to ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner and all interactions and activities are in line with our supporter promise.

Ensure supporter journeys are segmented and personalised wherever possible.

Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, exploring opportunities for meaningful dialogue, feedback mechanisms, and a sense of community.

Database and Compliance

Hold a good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, and the Fundraising Code of Practice.

Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including but not limited to Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (G4A) and MailChimp.

Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for digital channels.

The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

Knowledge and experience of trends and dynamics in digital fundraising (ideally), including audience identification and optimisation strategies including with new technologies like AI tools.

Experience and a track record of working on landing page optimisation and on-site conversion funnel improvements.

A good understanding of individual giving best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.

Experience moderating digital campaigns or working with others to do so (knowledge of issues and best practice) and providing excellent supporter/customer support as needed.

Role Summary
Beyond Sport is seeking a dedicated Grants Manager to lead our end-to-end grant-making process across our global programmes. This partner-facing role will lead all grant application processes, including due diligence, approvals and agreements as well as grantee relationship management through the life cycle of the grant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a truly global organisation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the team in both the US and the UK, reporting to the Senior Programme Manager (UK). The position will support the strategic programme implementation and work alongside specialists in the team on Monitoring and Evaluation and Events & Capacity-Building.
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Management
- Lead on all communication with grantees (and award recipients) across programmes.
- Manage grantee payment and reporting schedules with clear expectations and communications.
- Build and own the organisation's system of communicating with grantees (and award recipients).
- Collaborate with Finance on grantee bank account details, payments, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with the team to support grantees through marketing, events, and capacity building opportunities. Work cross-team to support grantees to fulfil monitoring and evaluation of grant requirements, insight surveys and financial reports where needed.
- Maintain the grantee CRM database, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to use.
Grantee Selection Process
- Manage the grant application process from start to finish for funding and award programmes.
- Lead the preparation of all grant applications including fund design, funding criteria, design of application and review scoring process.
- Responsible for supporting potential applicants during the open application period.
- Lead on all tasks required once the application process is closed, including collating and summarising applications, scoring and recommendations and due diligence.
- Coordinate with external expert advisors, judges or participatory panels with transparency around roles, timelines and compensation.
- Draft and process the signing of grantee approvals and agreements engaging with the Board of Trustees in grantee approvals where needed.
- Collaborate with the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead on key data from selection processes to inform the Beyond Sport Measurement Framework and learning.
- Manage the system of storing relevant up-to-date application information in our CRM database.
Miscellaneous
- Where required manage and support specific global programme or awards including partnerships management and design.
- Advise and support the development of the Beyond Sport Awards.

• Provide administrative support, including managing purchase orders, sales invoices, and maintaining estate and land data systems.
• Assist with the creation of estate reports, legal documentation, and processes for site-specific data collection.
• Conduct or support WCC validations both on and off the estate and liaise with landowners on carbon projects, helping track progress and ensure verification standards.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support project delivery and stay informed on evolving carbon standards and market developments.
• This role includes a mix of working from home and at one of our regional offices.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who can bring or is keen to develop the following:
• A good understanding of - or willingness to learn - estate functions, legal requirements, and natural capital codes such as the Woodland and Peatland Carbon Codes.
• Basic knowledge or experience of woodland creation for conservation and carbon benefits.
• Awareness of woodland creation grant schemes across the UK nations.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent attention to detail with confidence in data handling and using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to support stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

About our Service User Engagement Lead role:
No two days will be the same in this role.
You will be great at helping us change things and embrace new ideas and ways of working, helping others to get on board with them too.
You will provide high quality advice and support throughout our services, identifying opportunities for improvements in how our Service Users are supported.
As well as the linking with the operations team, you will build a strong and effective relationship with the central teams, to ensure a Group-wide overview of work.
You will help develop and monitor action plans to support service innovation and best practice.
You will be good at producing a range of written reports and presentations, tailored to specific audiences.
You will look externally, and support and challenge colleagues to learn from good practice elsewhere.
It is important you keep up to date with your own professional knowledge and so engaging with learning and development opportunities is a must.
What we’re looking for in our ideal Service User Engagement Lead :
Highly organised, you will have great attention to detail and help to reinforce our high standards in our work.
You will be good with data and proactively use this, other research information and best practice standards to identify opportunities for services to develop and improve. You will support others too in the use and analysis of data and its importance to service improvement.
You will demonstrate a passion to ensure the best outcomes for our service users, always placing them at the heart of what we do. Happy to challenge poor practice and internal and external policies.
You will also need to ensure that Vibrance’s Leadership Values into Actions are delivered and maintained to a consistently high level, and staff teams work with service users to identify and meet their own goals and aspirations.
Good knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements is essential.
You must be willing to work flexibly across our services and will have experience of managing staff and leading a diverse team, with a willingness to develop within the role. You must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), both internally and externally and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office.
As the role requires travel between services it is essential you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
