You will work with the Assistant Principal Learner Services to define, articulate and
implement our shared vision and values of the college to support learners with additional
needs in achieving their expected outcomes. You will also work with the Dean of the
Apprenticeship programme to ensure adult learners with additional needs are supported by
teaching staff and in their work placements.
You will hold a key role in the college and are expected to demonstrate outstanding skills in
working with the leadership team, parents and carers, external agencies and learners to
implement the strategic vision of the college, working with these individuals and groups to
ensure we provide a high quality of education to our learners with additional needs.
You will be accountable for ensuring that exam access arrangements are organised to meet
the needs of learners, annual reviews are completed for learners with EHCPs, ALS with the
Apprenticeship team and work alongside the pastoral team and teaching staff to implement
and make them aware of training and teaching strategies that support learners with
additional needs, and that reasonable adjustments for these learners are in place. In addition
to help administer the high needs funding claims with the Assistant Principal and Finance
department and MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Leadership
○ Develop and implement a comprehensive ALS strategy aligned with the
college’s vision and values.
○ Oversee the effective allocation and utilisation of resources, including High
Needs and EHCP Funding.
○ Monitor and evaluate the impact of ALS interventions and initiatives, driving
continuous improvement.
○ Foster a culture of inclusivity and support for learners with additional needs.
○ Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to advocate for SEND provision
and secure necessary resources.
● Operational Management
○ Line supervise the work of a team of 4 Learning Support Assistants, providing
guidance, support, and performance feedback.
○ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ALS team, ensuring efficient and
effective service delivery.
○ Co-ordinate the allocation of caseloads and workload distribution within the
team and creating support plans
○ Develop and implement robust systems and processes for identifying,
assessing, and supporting learners with additional needs.
○ Ensure compliance with relevant SEND legislation, Policies and regulations.
● Collaboration and Partnership
○ Work closely with the Assistant Principal Learner Services, the Dean of the
Apprenticeship programme, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive
and coordinated approach to SEND provision.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, including local
authorities, health professionals, and specialist support services.
○ Engage with parents/carers, providing regular communication and
opportunities for involvement.
● Staff Development
○ Lead and facilitate professional development opportunities for the ALS team,
ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support learners
effectively.
○ Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Essential:
○ Proven experience in a leadership or co-ordination role within a SEND or ALS
context.
○ Be educated to Level 3 standard.
○ In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices.
○ Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing learners with
additional needs in a further education setting.

Purpose of the role
- To provide excellent customer care to all donors, delivering optimum supporter journeys working effectively with the wider team within the Royal Star & Garter (RSG) group
- To manage all associated fundraising payment processes and procedures and work effectively with finance to manage safe and effective banking and reconciliations
- To provide fundraising support across the department and locations of our services in respect of a range of activities including fundraising events
- To support the High Value Events & Corporate Manager in time bound projects as and when necessary
Supporter care
- To be proactive in enabling the supporter journey with timely communications (phone, email and letters) and clear stewardship with both existing and new donors
- Ensure effective frontline support and response for donors across a range of incoming systems
- Ensure donation processes and procedures are adhered to and executed in a timely manner, in accordance with guidelines – updating those wherever required with approval by the RSG Fundraising Officer.
Donations and data entry
- Ensure that the fundraising CRM database is up to date and that supporters contact and financial data is accurate, including creating new records
- Complete weekly banking and allocation tasks in accordance with the approved process, liaising with the finance department to ensure that all batched income is allocated correctly
- Data inputting on the CRM to include: regular giving, importing income from external agencies including CAF and Just Giving, processing Gift Aid and accurately storing declarations
- Filing and management of paperwork, ensuring due diligence and security measures are followed.
Fundraising & volunteer support
- To provide active support to a range of events including: managing participants, sending information, monitoring online giving pages and on the day set up and pack down
- To directly source donated items and contributors to support fundraising events including raffle/auction prizes and coordinating suppliers, stallholders and entertainers
- Coordinate and communicate with volunteers for events and corporate volunteering days and activities, ensuring they are briefed and supported
- To support any regular mailings or email contact to supporters, assisting with the cleaning and compliance of data once an agreed annual schedule is in place regular.
Other
- To manage all aspects of incoming fundraising post and dedicated inboxes along with outgoing mailings
- Ensure general department are kept up to date including attendance at meetings within RSG group wherever possible
- To be conversant with relevant fundraising legislation and the guidelines of the
Fundraising Regulator and the GDPR

Knowledge and experience:

Elders Voice is a charity supporting older people in the London Borough of Brent. Our mission is to enable older people to live safely and independently in the homes of their choosing and lead happier and healthier lives. The Handyperson Service is our flagship service; it’s been in existence for 35 years and is highly valued by the older people who use it. Position Overview
The Team Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, organised and proactive administrative support to the CEO, as well as supporting the wider team across a number of administrative areas.
The role holder will also liaise with partners, Chapters, grant funders and a range of other interested partners and collaborators, on behalf of the CEO, working seamlessly with their job share partner.
Main Duties
Executive Assistant support
Work closely with the CEO and job share partner to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of CEO’s office and that secretarial and other administrative work is produced to a high standard and within set deadlines.
● Manage the CEO’s diary, balancing competing priorities and understanding the need for the degree of flexibility that is required within a busy schedule
● Arrange meetings and make travel arrangements, drawing up itineraries, arranging accommodation and liaising with host organisations within the UK and overseas as necessary.

About the Role
As Financial Controller, you will lead on the integrity and efficiency of Sadler’s Wells’ finance operations, ensuring strong financial stewardship across our group of charities and companies. This is a senior and visible position within the finance team, with responsibility for overseeing financial records, controls, compliance, systems and reporting.
You will provide leadership to the transactional finance team and act as a key partner to departments including Catering & Events. Working closely with the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you will play a critical role in delivering reliable management information, supporting insightful analysis, and enabling informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial transaction processing, ensuring accuracy across purchase and sales ledgers, payroll, banking and supporting systems.

GiveOut is an award-winning international LGBTQI community foundation bringing together our community and allies to support LGBTQI activism worldwide.
Across the world, courageous activists are working tirelessly to protect LGBTQI communities and advance equality. But they lack resources and funding is fragile, especially in the Global South. LGBTQI groups receive a tiny fraction of international development aid.
GiveOut exists to bridge this gap. We provide a platform for individuals, businesses and others to give tax efficiently in one place, ensuring sustained funding for LGBTQI human rights activism worldwide. By pooling donations, we provide grants to pioneering organisations, empowering them to defend our communities, tackle inequality and campaign for lasting change.
Our grant-making process follows a rigorous framework of consultation, due diligence, and vetting. It is overseen by our Grant-Making Advisory Panel, composed of LGBTQI activists from the Global South, and governed by our Board of Trustees.
In just seven years, we have provided over £3 million in new funding, supporting nearly 60 LGBTQI organisations globally. Our grant partners report back on their achievements, and we share their impact with our supporters, demonstrating the tangible difference their generosity makes.
Together, we are strengthening the global LGBTQI movement, ensuring activists have the resources they need to build a more just and equal world.
About the Role
Grant-making is central to GiveOut’s mission of growing giving to support LGBTQI human rights activism globally. As Senior Grant-Making Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our grant-making programme, ensuring we effectively channel resources to LGBTQI activist organisations worldwide.
Bringing a passion for and knowledge of international LGBTQI human rights, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills in grant-making, gain insights into LGBTQI human rights movements worldwide, and build meaningful relationships with LGBTQI activists and organisations across the globe.

Help shape the design and execution of GiveOut’s grant-making programme

Ensure GiveOut’s Grant-Making Policy and guidance remain up to date with best practices in grant-making and is responsive to the needs of the global LGBTQI movement.

Work with the Grant-Making Advisory Panel (GMAP) to identify and assess new grant partners, and coordinate annual GMAP meetings.

Grant Portfolio Development and Management

Develop an annual portfolio of grants, balancing renewals and new partnerships, and collaborate with the Executive Director to present to the Board for approval.

Conduct due diligence on grant partners, draft grant agreements, and manage payment processes.

Monitor and evaluate partnerships, coordinating narrative and financial reporting to track progress and impact.

Maintain and update the grant partner database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

The Generous Giving Manager is a very exciting and influential role at the Diocese, as you will build on the strong and energetic foundations within our two-person Generous Giving Team to strengthen the financial sustainability of local churches by encouraging generosity in time, talents and financial giving.
Working closely with deaneries, parishes and their leadership teams, you will identify local challenges and opportunities for generous giving, sharing innovative giving practices to help parishes and deaneries develop creative and effective ways to resource their mission.
Communicating clearly and inspiringly the principles of Christian giving to diverse audiences, you will keep up to date with National Church resources, promoting and supporting a wide range of giving methods such as the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS), online and contactless giving. You will also offer guidance to parish officers for resources on giving campaigns, legacies and grant funding.
This is an ideal role for someone with a good understanding of church life, a passion for helping local churches thrive, a strong commitment to community engagement and an understanding of generosity grounded in Christian teaching.
With demonstrable experience in fundraising or parish ministry, you should bring an awareness of the financial and missional challenges facing churches today, particularly in rural contexts.
With an understanding of the Church of England’s structures, ethos, and range of traditions, you will have the proven ability to plan, advise on and lead giving or fundraising programmes in a not-for-profit or charitable context. You should also have a clear understanding of the teaching which underpins the Christian principles of giving.

Baca is dedicated to providing support and care to 16 to 18 year old unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are newly arrived in the country, helping them rebuild their strength, dignity, and hope for the future. We are excited to offer trainee positions within the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). The post-holders will work within OTR as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering brief, focused, evidence-based psychological interventions in the form of low-intensity support and guided self-help to young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience whilst also completing a Graduate or Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies Practice (Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Children, Young People and Families) delivered by the University of Exeter.
The post holders will attend all university-based teaching and self-study days required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed curriculum, and work within OTR services for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.
