The Opportunity:
We are recruiting an Investment Manager – Portfolio to take a leading role in the delivery of our existing portfolio including on special situations and exits.
You will take ownership of performance and manager relationships across a broad portfolio of social impact investments. You will build relationships with senior leaders at our fund managers and take responsibility for how these investments perform against their financial, social impact and systems change goals. You will also oversee several treasury holdings, held for financial return and sustainable outcomes, that support how we manage liquidity.
Across the wider social impact investment portfolio, you will take a leading role in its most demanding and consequential moments: acting as our specialist resource for complex special situations and exits, working alongside asset class teams to protect and recover financial value and impact, and shaping how BSC triages, manages and learns from these situations.
This is an opportunity to build a distinctive skillset across every asset class in which we invest, from portfolio management and manager relationships to restructuring, workouts and complex negotiation, developing cross-asset-class judgement that few comparable roles offer. We will create opportunities for you to contribute to new investments and strategic projects as our 2026–2030 strategy takes shape.

The Senior Data and Analytics Officer plays a key role in ensuring the organisation's data is accurate, accessible, secure, and used effectively to drive informed decision-making. Responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting on data across multiple systems, including Raiser's Edge NXT and third-party platforms, the role leads on data integration, reporting solutions, data quality, and GDPR compliance. Working collaboratively across fundraising, finance, marketing, HR, and operational teams, the postholder transforms complex data into actionable insights, supports strategic planning, and champions best practice in data governance and analytics across the organisation.

What You’ll Lead & Create:
Empower a diverse team of support workers and volunteers
Working and collaborating with senior managers and stakeholders, including commissioners
De‑escalate mental health crises with confidence, compassion, and creativity
Hold your own caseload, offering bespoke 1:1 support around gambling, mental health, finances, housing and more
Co‑produce psychoeducation workshops that explore root causes of gambling behaviours
Build safe, meaningful peer‑led spaces for loved ones and affected others
Drive outreach across Hounslow, connecting communities to support
Collaborate with NHS, Public Health and internal teams to create an integrated, holistic service
Lead safeguarding with confidence, ensuring every interaction is safe, ethical and well‑documented
What we're looking for
You’re autonomous, creative, and calm under pressure. You’ve worked in mental health and addiction settings, you understand safeguarding, and you’re ready to lead. You bring empathy, flexibility, and a non‑judgemental approach to every conversation.
Minimum of 1 year working in mental health services
Minimum of 1 year working with those impacted by addiction
Minimum of 1 year of line management
Experience of managing safeguarding risks and understanding legal requirements for safeguarding adults and children

We are seeking an experienced counsellor/therapist to manage the Sexual Health Counselling Service, managing a small team of counsellors, trainees and volunteers.
The role will involve line management responsibilities for counsellors on the service, as well as for a young people’s counsellor; and overseeing up 2-4 trainee/volunteer placements, supporting their development and liaising with training institutes.
In addition to holding a small client caseload, you will also oversee client intake, assessments and allocation. You will ensure a high-quality and consistent delivery across the Sexual Health counselling service in line with KPIs and frameworks. Increasing referrals and building strong relationships in commissioned London boroughs will be an integral focus.
