• Organising Mystery Shops: Plan and run mystery shopping activities to ensure members experience high-quality services from statutory and other organisations, providing timely feedback to help providers improve.

• Coordinating Speak Out Meetings: Organise and facilitate monthly Speak Out campaign meetings and support members’ participation in LD Partnership Board meetings.

• Supporting Campaign Participation: Assist members to take part in and report on campaigns at Borough, Londonwide, and UK levels, with the aim of improving services for adults with learning disabilities.

• Supporting Consultations: Help members engage in consultations at local, regional, and national levels, ensuring their views are captured and communicated effectively.

Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside a good understanding of the challenges faced by adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To develop, implement and evaluate the Banter Project youth service in partnership with adopted young people in Northern Ireland.  These young people range in age from 14-25 years and live throughout Northern Ireland.  The role will primarily work with the project participants, but has additional relationships with community organisations, educational establishments and employers to ensure that all project goals and outcomes are efficiently and effectively met.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead the development and delivery of all elements of the Banter Project adopted young people’s service within Northern Ireland in a fun, interactive, interesting and an ability appropriate manner.

• To support the project participants to play an active role in the design and implementation of a programme of monthly activities for adopted young people. Sustaining and developing a monthly social hub, supporting the development of basic life-skills, and preparation for opportunities in further education, training, employment.

• To support a Youth Advisory Group (YAG) in its role to enable adopted young people to steer the Banter Project while developing skills which promote independence, personal development, social and life skills, leadership, and community involvement.

• To organise and supervise the work of the Youth Services Support Worker to deliver the Banter Project. 

• To provide opportunities to connect with, and signpost to, relevant services, particularly those who work with care experienced young people.

• To develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation to review individual goals, track progress and impact, via data and analysis of outcomes to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.

• To record service activity using the electronic data management systems to collate in preparation for reporting and learning opportunities.

• To gather output and outcome data from the Banter Project service in accordance with the quality assurance systems within AUK. 

• Work with other staff members to deliver a high-quality project for our adopted young people and their adoptive parents.  Work as part of a team to contribute to a positive work environment and shared goals. 

• To attend internal and external training/meetings as appropriate, to remain connected with broader adoption issues, relevant policies, working practices, and network with other youth work providers in Northern Ireland.

• To engage in supervision and professional development.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership role at North London Open Spaces, and directly contribute to and make a meaningful impact in the conservation and protection of these cherished green spaces. 

As a member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert at NLOS for nature conservation, conceiving and leading on initiatives, advising colleagues, and working collaboratively both internally and externally.  They will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day management of most of Hampstead Heath and all of Highgate Wood, and will also oversee a number of services that function across and support the four open spaces (eg, arboriculture and tree management, waste and recycling, conservation, and ecology).  

For the better performance of their duties, the Head of Conservation will be required to reside in accommodation that is provided on site and will be scheduled onto an on-call and duty manager rota with other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for nature conservation at Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood, Queen’s Park, and West Ham Park
• Oversee the day-to-day management of Highgate Wood and most of Hampstead Heath
• Oversee arboriculture / tree management, waste management, conservation, habitat creation/restoration and management, wildlife management, water body management, and climate change adaptation across North London Open Spaces
• Lead and motivate a team of 25-30 multi-skilled professionals committed to the conservation of these four sites
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, including environmental protection, climate change, nature recovery, wildlife protection, flood risk management, and health and safety.

About You

We are looking for a high-energy and innovative leader with a strong background in nature conservation, open space management, and team leadership. 

The successful candidate will bring:

• Demonstrable experience in managing complex public open spaces.
• Comprehensive experience developing and delivering biodiversity and land management programmes and projects in a range of habitats, ideally within an urban setting.

• Significant experience managing complex conservation work and projects across varied landscapes
• Significant knowledge of biodiversity and wildlife management, including land and water management.

• Strong experience managing a diverse team of professionals in an operational environment. 

• Experience of implementing legislation and policy relevant to biodiversity conservation, planning guidance, and site designation for wildlife conservation and species status designations.
• A highly creative, entrepreneurial and ‘can do’ approach to problem solving, with the ability to remain resilient in the face of challenges. 
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort interrogating and analysing data and budgets.

About the role:

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research like the National Centre for Accessible Transport.

We are now recruiting for three Transport Solutions Managers, one permanent position and two 24 month fixed-term contracts. These roles will lead the design and delivery of high-impact work focused primarily on accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging – a key priority for the Foundation. This is a pivotal role that combines technical understanding, programme delivery, and stakeholder leadership, and is designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure.

While your core focus will be on EV charging, you also may be expected to lead and/or contribute to other transport projects across the transport themes.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led team driving change in the transport system for disabled people, and to work on some of the most complex and impactful projects in the sector.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of accessible EV charging initiatives, working closely with Programme Directors and partners across government, industry and the charity sector.
• Scope, commission and manage projects related to EV charging – such as pilots, commercial partnerships, research studies or funding opportunities – ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.
• Bring technical and market understanding of EV charging (e.g. standards, installation, interoperability, user experience, accessibility requirements) to shape the Foundation’s approach in this space.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of specific initiatives, including planning, budgeting, due diligence, contracting, risk management, and governance reporting.
• Use insight, evidence and stakeholder engagement to shape new programmes of work and ensure delivery reflects the needs of disabled people.
• Work flexibly across our matrix team, contributing to projects or funding rounds outside your own portfolio as needed, and supporting colleagues with specialist input or delivery resource.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including OZEV, DfT, BSI, chargepoint operators, local authorities, disability organisations and industry experts.
• Collaborate across the Foundation, including with the Insight & Evaluation, Finance and Communications teams, to ensure high-quality delivery, learning and visibility of our work.
• Bring and apply knowledge in key areas as accessible transport, disability, inclusive innovation, grant making or systems change.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of our delivery models, funding mechanisms and ways of working.

Your experience:

Must haves:

• Experience managing complex projects, ideally in EV charging, transport, or energy sectors.
• Ability to translate technical or policy insight (e.g. standards, user experience, accessibility, or engineering considerations) into practical delivery and funding approaches.
• Experience managing projects or funding opportunities from inception through to delivery, ideally across multiple partners or suppliers.

Job Title: Support Coach

Location: Bermondsey, Close to Surrey Quays station. (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Please note that this service has step free and lift access. 

Salary: £27,000

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota varying between 08:00 - 21:30 which includes 12.5 hour shifts with 1 hour unpaid break, approximately 3 shifts per week. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays so flexibility will be required.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) on day shifts with a rolling rota. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will work with residents to create tailored support plans, identify their needs, goals, and skills, and motivate them to reach their potential. You will encourage engagement in activities and the community, provide tools for life skills, and ensure effective risk management with a strong focus on public protection. The team work closely with one another and support which achieving overall service KPI's, and you will be part of making a greater change. Everyday looks different so this is perfect for someone who wants a role where no two days are the same. 

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times
• Engaging with residents, ensuring they are adhering to their license conditions. This may include planning activities to engage them with other people, communities, and opportunities
• Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for night colleagues for a seamless service
• Building trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins
• Focusing on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals

About You

We're looking for someone who has a true passion to help make a difference and contribute to providing safer communities for all. You will be comfortable working within the criminal justice setting, and supporting residents to have access to the tools and resources to better enhance their quality of life after their release from prison. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment, be proactive, and have resilience to challenges.  You will have insight into criminal justice settings and the ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds who face multiple and complex challenges. You will thrive working within the team as well as independently, and be comfortable with working with people who have different offending histories. We're looking for someone who can build trust and rapport with others, and has a positive outlook, which can be used to support others. We also look for:

• Ability to manage own caseload and determine priorities with time management. Able to use own initiative
• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, ex-offenders, mental health, substance misuse, challenging behaviours or a good understanding of the sector.
• IT Proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, basic Microsoft experience
• Understanding and/or practical application of key legislation regarding social care, housing, criminal justice and mental health
• Cultural awareness, Self-awareness, and ability to identify personal growth areas and take feedback
• Alignment with our values of Ambition, Empowerment, Inclusivity, and Transparency

Prospectus are proud to be supporting this charity with their search for an Interim HR Manager at a time of change for the organisation. The HR Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality people management across the organisation in a standalone role. They manage an HR Officer to provide responsive advice, efficient processes and a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance and exit. Working closely with the Director of Finance & Operations, the postholder ensures policies, systems and procedures are legally compliant, well-communicated and fit for purpose, and that managers and staff have access to clear guidance and practical support. They ensure HR decisions are informed by accurate data and sector good practice, escalating complex or high-risk matters for senior oversight.

The successful candidate will be CIPD level 7 or equivalent with demonstrable experience of delivering efficient and positive employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding and induction, contract changes, performance management, development and exits. You will be able to demonstrate effective change management, and ensuring practical advice and support to staff and managers on HR issues, ensuring fair, consistent application of policies and escalation of sensitive or complex employee relations matters.

Other responsibilities include ensuring that data including payroll-related information is processed accurately and on time, liaising with teams to resolve issues and maintain secure data flow and supporting staff wellbeing, engagement and inclusion by helping managers access relevant guidance, tools and external support where required.

The organisation are a remote first organisation and as such this role can be based from home, anywhere within the UK.  There are also offices available for those who would like to spend time in the office. This role is part time, 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week) and initially on an interim basis, funded until September 2026.
