Summary
- Routine weeding and mowing to keep lawn areas in top condition. Other lawn tasks include edging and re-seeding.

About the role
You’ll lead the production of Annual Accounts for the Charity and its subsidiaries and oversee the wider Financial Accounting Team. You’ll also deputise for the Head of Financial Operations and contribute to Finance Transformation initiative.
As a subject matter expert, you will advise on technical accounting, tax, and internal controls and liaise with auditors and advisors. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving process improvements through the effective use of data and digital tools across the organisation, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Accountable for the efficient and accurate production of the Annual Accounts, acting as a key contact to the Auditors and Governance Team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader, with a passion for giving children the best possible start and with a strong belief in the power of communities. The role will work both locally and nationally, as part of the wider team.
The Director will manage our client’s existing programme in Redcar and Cleveland with a talented and committed team (10 staff). They will also develop and manage the new programme in Middlesbrough, currently in Discovery phase, and recruit a staff team of 8- 10 people, with support from the charity’s central team. The Director of Development will be responsible for developing and achieving the organisation's income strategy, with particular focus on developing, prospecting, and building relationships with high value donors, corporates, financial advisors, and wealth management. This role will be critical to leading and executing successful engagement strategies for both internal and external stakeholders, with the support of a small team of two.

The Role

Your lived experience of mental health challenges and use of secondary care services will be central to your ability to connect with and support others, alongside a practical understanding of recovery principles, stigma, and self-management techniques. You will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a flexible, reliable approach to supporting young adults in transition. A willingness to travel across Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey and to engage in further training relevant to peer support will also be essential.

In partnership with MOPAC, this specialist role is your chance to support victims of stalking with expert advice and advocacy for London, all while hlping to shape a trauma-informed, survivor-led approach that leads the sector.
