SAVE Britain’s Heritage is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media and Digital Officer to lead our digital presence at a pivotal time in our campaigning work. 

About The Role

You’ll lead on our social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Bluesky), digital campaigns, and email communications. A key part of the role is content creation – helping us tell SAVE’s story in compelling ways that grow our audiences and build engagement. 

Working closely with our small team — and reporting to our Editorial & Communications Manager— you’ll also deliver digital campaigns to support events and subscriber growth. You’ll manage the monthly Bulletin via Mailchimp, update SAVE’s website, track performance using Google Analytics and explore new partnerships to extend our reach. 

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in social media and digital marketing strategy, hands-on content creation, and email/newsletter campaigns. Skills in analytics, SEO and CMS systems are also important.

About the role
As our Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in delivering inspiring campaigns and stewarding supporters who give in memory or through legacies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver engaging legacy and in memory fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee campaign delivery, from data management and scheduling to stakeholder coordination and performance analysis.

About you
You will bring proven experience in planning and delivering fundraising or marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of legacy fundraising, individual giving, in memory giving, or a closely related area. Confident in copywriting and editing, you’ll be able to tailor messaging to different audiences and inspire supporters through engaging communications.

Organised and proactive, you will thrive when managing multiple projects and deadlines, balancing attention to detail with the bigger picture. You’ll also be confident in analysing data to extract insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve campaign performance.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and able to adapt your approach to ensure both excellent supporter experiences and the achievement of campaign KPIs. Experience with CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics), international charities or humanitarian aid, managing print campaigns, or delivering stewardship events would be an advantage.

Personally, you will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships. The Digital Campaigns Officer is part of the Campaign Activism team, which works to make sure that our campaigns work effectively with our activist network, our international network, and makes best use of our supporter base for campaigning. You’ll also be working with a wide range of teams and campaigns across the organisation, including the marketing and digital teams.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who has some understanding of online campaigning, can pick up digital tools quickly, and who is comfortable writing high-quality copy sometimes to tight deadlines. You’ll be working across a variety of different campaigns, so will need to be a well-organised communicator and pick up ideas quickly.

Our charity-sector client is seeking a Temporary Individual Giving Officer to join their Fundraising, Engagement & Communications team for approximately 2 months.

Role Purpose

This role is focused on maximising comms-based engagement across the GDI Hub’s portfolio, supporting GDI Hub’s growing outreach and impact.

The post holder will work closely across GDI Hub comms team to support communications delivery across the organisational portfolio – with a focus on key regular outputs, creative content, websites, reactive queries and organisational communications. This role will involve both administrative tasks, and creative content generation, at an anticipated volume of 50% per area.

The post holder will also provide key communications and engagement support for the Disabled Leaders Network. Run by the GDI Hub, the Disabled Leaders Network is a member led, dynamic group of emerging global talent. Communications support includes digital events, managing social media and the network channels, and regular newsletters.

Across all elements of the role, the successful candidate will need to work collaboratively and dynamically. Responsibilities will include creative content generation, design, copy writing, film/photography, newsletters - alongside more administration and operational activities such as enquiry response, proof reading, and website updates.  This role will work closely alongside members of the GDI Hub team, with some interactions with external partners, collaborators and stakeholders. The salary is the same for both London-based and non-London based applicants, who are expected to fund their own travel costs to the office. The office is wheelchair accessible, with accessible lifts, toilets and showers.

Hours: This role is offered as a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 30 hours over 4 days a week). The charity has a flexible working policy with core hours of 10am - 3pm and remaining contracted hours distributed throughout the week flexibly.

This role will support with the development and delivery of acquisition activity across multiple traditional and digital channels (including TV, printed media and radio), helping to increase income and recruit new supporters to MSF UK; both through one-off cash and regular giving. This role sits within our passionate and hard-working Individual Giving Team. In 2024, Individual Giving raised around 73% of MSF UK’s total income (£83.2M). Job Purpose

This role is vital for our Acquistion and Emergency Fundraising Team to operate effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a high performing fundraising team, for an International Humanitarian cause. 

The role requires an organised and proactive person to assist and support the Acquisition and Emergency Fundraising team to increase income and recruit new supporters; both through one-off cash donations and regular giving. 

You will be specifically supporting with the delivery of high profile, multi-channel fundraising campaigns, supporting with sourcing and developing creative content, analysis and reporting and providing administrative support to the team. 

This exciting role will also support with the quick activation of fundraising activity in the event of an emergency.

We are looking for a Trust Fundraising Officer to join our supportive Trusts and Grants fundraising team, playing a key role in helping raise vital funds for services that support people experiencing and recovering from homelessness to rebuild their lives.

In the role of Trust Fundraising Officer, you will work closely with a team of four other trust fundraisers, helping to meet our income target of circa £1.5m in 2025-26, and produce high quality written proposals and reports that reflect the impact of philanthropic support on the people we work with.

In this role, you will develop compelling fundraising proposals about our varied projects and will be supported to manage a portfolio of small to medium trusts and family foundations (giving up to £10,000). You will build strong relationships with trust funders, communicating the impact of their grants and helping them to feel connected to the work they are supporting.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team meetings and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
