As Programme Officer, Knowledge, Learning and Communications, you will be working closely with the Manager in the Knowledge, Learning and Communications (KLC) team and you will engage with civil society issues throughout the Commonwealth. You should have relevant experience in developing innovative digital content including copy and visual media for a range of online channels. You will need to be able to produce and schedule quality content related to the Foundation’s programmes to build engagement with civil society audiences. The programme
The mandate of the Knowledge, Learning and Communications (KLC) programme is to capture, distil and share knowledge and learning to strengthen Foundation’s impact and effectiveness. The programme brings together a range of functions critical to the Foundation’s identity, coherence and visibility including the facility to learn internally; management of information and infrastructure; leadership of the Foundation’s monitoring and evaluation work; and all aspects of our communications and outreach including reporting.
The role
The Programme Officer (PO) will support the effective delivery of the Foundation’s Knowledge, Learning and Communications (KLC) workplan. Working under the supervision of the KLC Programme Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the Foundation’s websites; planning and creating content for our online channels that communicates meaningful results and tells the Foundation’s story in as engaging way as possible; event coordination, facilitation and promotion; support for media relations; support for annual reporting and results monitoring; and support to Foundation staff in the optimal use of communications tools and IT.
Key tasks and responsibilities
The postholder will undertake the following key tasks:

The individual
We seek an individual with demonstrated experience in communications gained within a comparable field, especially of social media and online marketing, along with experience of using website content management systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and have a good understanding of Microsoft tools and webinar/virtual meeting platforms. They will have strong writing skills and experience in storytelling and reporting, along with an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. They should have an awareness of ensuring brand and style guidelines are reflected across communication activities and be comfortable acting as a first point of contact for media enquiries as well as liaising with colleagues and external suppliers.
What we Offer
Salary expectations: £32,076 - £35,605 per annum

Oasis Southampton City Farm is a community focused registered charity working in Southampton. We provide a range of supportive, wellbeing boosting, and nature-based activities for our communities, which include young people and adult learners with disabilities.
We are looking for a farm assistant who will support the Farm Lead in delivering the vision for the farm by supporting the delivery of the farm’s day service, which includes adults with varying learning, physical, and mental disabilities (or different abilities). This role will include:
· Delivering the day service activities every Monday and Thursday, which include supporting our day service to care for our rescued and rehomed animals, sports, woodland activities, gardening, arts and crafts, and public facing activities.
· Deliver life and employability skills boosting sessions alongside the public, such as pop-up cafes and fundraising stalls.
· To carry out animal cleaning rota responsibilities alongside the day service,
· To support the farm education lead in the day service achieving AQA awards through day-to-day activities.

About the team
The Media team strategically leads on both proactive and reactive media, supporting WaterAid’s fundraising, partnerships, brand awareness and political influencing & systems change strategic priorities. The team are responsible for outreach to a range of media in the UK and globally – across traditional, consumer and digital.
The team works with Country Programmes and work on global media outreach with WaterAid Member Offices, operate a 24/7 media hotline and manages areas of reputational risk.
The Media Team consists primarily of 4 functions – News, PR, Celebrity Ambassador, and Global News. The Interim role would manage a team of 11 people and three direct line reports. The Celebrity Ambassador function sits within the team but line management of the Celebrity & Influencer Lead is with the Global & UK Director of Communications.
About the role

As Interim you will lead and work with the Media team to explore and encourage new approaches including how we further maximise the digital media landscape.

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.
In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.
You will:
· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.
· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.
· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.
· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.
· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.
The role requires:
· A strong commitment to supporting ADHD/Autistic adults to improve quality of life and self-advocacy.

Key Responsibilities – Supporting ADHD/ Autistic Adults
Providing individualised task-based support
· Provide one-to-one ad hoc, tailored support for pre-and post-diagnosis (with the support to be co-produced by the service user). This support may include, but is not limited to:
· Practical support with communication or executive functioning tasks and activities such as making calls, form filling, applying for benefits, and planning their week.
· Working within a “help you to do it” model, encouraging skill building and self-advocacy.
· Support with applications for further education and employment
· Maintain and update our public-facing ADHD Resource Board, and foster relationships with other support organisations to strengthen our signposting and referral pathways.
Facilitate Support Groups
· Facilitate twice-monthly ADHD Groups.
· Facilitate Parent and Carers Support group.
· Facilitate monthly pre-diagnosis support group.
· Facilitate Coffee Connect social group for ADHD and autistic adults.
· Facilitate quarterly Professional Connect Forum.
· When agreed in advance with manager provide cover for other colleagues’ projects.
Facilitate Courses and Workshops
· Deliver a 6-week Understanding my ADHD Course for newly diagnosed ADHD adults.
Front of house support and referrals process
The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.
SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.
CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication.
Other Responsibilities - Wider support
The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.
· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.
· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.
· Contribute to the development and delivery of training for professionals and the community by:

Role Title: External Communications and Advocacy Lead
This is a rare opportunity to shape the new communications function in a thriving cancer charity, establishing Shine as the go-to charity supporting all young adults living with any type of cancer in the UK.
Responsible to: Co-CEOs
Location: Hybrid, with two to three days per week at Shine’s offices in Blackheath, Southeast London.

· Work in line with the purpose, vision, mission, and values of the LIC.
· Deliver high-quality information and advice on housing and welfare benefits according to client needs.
· Manage your own caseload and undertake casework with minimal supervision.
· Provide services in accordance with all relevant quality standards.
· Create and maintain comprehensive client and service provision records, using information technology and other systems.
· Support service delivery via telephone, drop-in, and pre-booked appointments, including staffing the response line as needed.
· Advocate on behalf of clients with third parties, including the Department for Work and Pensions and local authorities, by letter, telephone, email, and in-person.
· Contribute to multi-disciplinary service provision, build excellent working relationships, and establish referral pathways to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
· Maintain excellent knowledge of benefits, housing law, grants, as well as changes in law, practice, and supporting services.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams and services.
· Attend any outreach including social groups as required.
· Ensure safeguarding measures for vulnerable adults and children, as well as the health and safety of staff, volunteers, and clients, are followed in line with established processes.
· Comply with LIC policies and procedures, including those relating to confidentiality, data protection, equality, and diversity.
· Participate in meetings and commit to personal learning and professional development.
· Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by management.
