About Multibank Scotland
Multibank Scotland tackles poverty and waste by redistributing essential goods to people who need them. We work through a network of charities, community organisations and frontline services to provide families and individuals with items such as clothing, toiletries, bedding, baby products, household goods and other essentials.
We currently operate across Fife, Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh, and are expanding into Glasgow. This is an important period of growth for the organisation, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial, practical and relationship-focused person to help us build lasting partnerships and identify new opportunities for impact.
Role Overview
The Head of Partnerships and Development will lead Multibank Scotland’s partnership and development activity.
This is a senior, outward-facing role for someone who can identify opportunities, make clear and compelling asks, build trust quickly and turn ideas into practical partnerships. We are looking for someone who creates momentum and follows opportunities through, rather than someone focused solely on networking or stakeholder management.
The role will lead the day-to-day development pipeline across corporate partnerships, product supply, strategic relationships, expansion opportunities, funding proposals and supporter stewardship.
A central part of the role will be developing partnerships that increase the volume, quality and range of goods available for redistribution. This will include working with businesses, manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers and other organisations to secure donated goods, services, expertise and in-kind support.
The postholder will also help expand Multibank Scotland’s reach. Working closely with the Chief Executive and the Scotland-wide Operations Manager, they will support the development of new partnerships, satellite sites and delivery models across Scotland.
Fundraising will form part of the role, but it is not primarily a traditional fundraising post. The emphasis is on building strategic partnerships that create long-term value, whether through goods, funding, services, expertise, infrastructure or collaboration.
The Chief Executive will continue to lead on overall strategy, major funder relationships, Board reporting, governance, finance and key organisational decisions. The successful candidate will add senior capacity at an important stage of growth, helping to turn external interest and opportunity into delivery and lasting impact.

About the role
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring CFFC continues to grow its impact, strengthen partnerships and inspire philanthropy across Calderdale.

Background and Aims of the Community Health Champion Programme
This role is for our Community Health Champions Programme (CHC). The programme is led by and for City & Hackney’s diverse communities. Community Health Champions (Champions) empower residents to become aware of, take ownership and work towards more positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
This is achieved by the programme sourcing, recruiting, training and supporting a diverse cohort of Champions who live, work, volunteer or study within City & Hackney. Our vast network of 230+ Champions who amongst them speak 40+ languages, are instrumental in tailoring and sharing vital health messaging with residents and feeding back insights, concerns and questions which are then used to develop more bespoke, relevant and culturally nuanced health messaging. The programme was launched during the Covid-19 pandemic but has now expanded to focus on wider health issues and wider determinants of health such as mental health and wellbeing, long term conditions, diet and nutrition.
Purpose of the Role
The Communications and Engagement Officer will lead on programme communications, coordinating and delivering the day-to-day communications that power the Community Health Champion CHC) programme. The primary goal of this role is to equip Champions with accessible, inclusive, high-quality communications content, tools and resources enabling them to effectively engage in the programme whilst building trust and improving health literacy across City & Hackney.

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). About the role
In 2018 Bridges Outcomes Partnerships co-designed the Single Homelessness Prevention service with Brent Council following the Homelessness Reduction Act (2018). The service provides early intervention to prevent or relieve homelessness for single people who previously would not have received support, aiming to prevent the mental trauma associated with homelessness and stop individuals reaching crisis point.
Our services continue to evolve into models that combine homelessness prevention, refugee support, and family stability interventions to improve life chances for vulnerable people and reduce the long-term impacts of housing instability and child poverty.
The Referral & Assessment Officer is a key role within the London Partnership, it is the first point of contact for people who have experienced trauma or are struggling to find a home.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for the following activities within this element of the service

Receive and process referrals from Brent Council, acting as the central point of access for the service.

Review each referral against the service eligibility criteria, completing an initial triage assessment to determine the most appropriate support pathway.

Contact clients where required to gather any outstanding information or supporting documentation needed to progress their referral.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Brent Council, delivery partners and other stakeholders to support effective referral pathways and timely allocation of referrals.

Liaise regularly with Brent Council and delivery partners to resolve referral queries, gather outstanding information and ensure referrals progress efficiently

Identify, record and escalate any immediate safeguarding concerns through the appropriate safeguarding procedures.

Record client support needs, risks and relevant information on the case management system to ensure delivery partners have the information required to provide safe and effective support.

This is a hybrid role. The postholder will be expected to work across a combination of home working, Bridges offices and partner locations. This will include regular attendance at Turning Point in Brent to work alongside Brent Council and partner organisations, supporting the effective management of referrals and the development of local referral pathways.

The Community Engagement & Support role is about providing greater sustainability and resilience for the Fahr’s Disease community and Fahr Beyond as a charity. The post holder will be building the capacity for Fahr Beyond to provide support for people living with Fahr’s and their families through creating a volunteer network that can provide an ongoing fortnightly support group. Additionally, through working with other organisations, the post holder will develop more support pathways and opportunities for patients; this is envisioned as strategic work within the Parkinson’s and Dementia space.
This post will also play a key role in bridging Fahr Beyond’s work with the community and medical professionals to develop awareness of Fahr’s Disease.
What will you do in the role?
Volunteer Mobilisation & Management
- Support the development of a volunteer strategy for Fahr Beyond
- Actively manage the establishment of a volunteer network utilising prior expressions of interest, and you will support the onboarding of volunteers
- The main point of contact for volunteers and help resolve matters they may have
Engagement & Communication
- Monitor and respond to incoming correspondence to Fahr Beyond, along with assigning any actions for response to the appropriate volunteer
- Support the trustees and volunteers with managing Fahr Beyond’s social media
- Work with Fahr Beyond volunteers to ensure that Fahr Beyond maintains regular communications with patients, medical professionals, and key partners
- ·Represent Fahr Beyond at sector events and/or meetings, particularly with organisations we are a member of
Project & Event Management
- Support (and if required coordinate) Fahr Beyond’s education and awareness events for Fahr’s Disease, and events connecting multiple stakeholders in the Fahr’s Disease space

We’re bringing together six representatives from financial services firms to explore ways to improve support for customers experiencing suicidality. The Partnerships Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the SPAL, working closely with participating firms to assist them in developing, testing, and implementing practical changes to help prevent suicidality.
The Partnerships Officer will manage relationships with multiple firms simultaneously, each at a different stage in their journey to testing and embedding new and improved approaches to identifying and supporting customers experiencing or at risk of suicidality. Success in the role requires excellent organisation, persistence, and relationship management skills, alongside the ability to understand the challenges and competing demands faced by participating firms and to support them in maintaining momentum and delivering results.

- Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of emerging Action Lab research insights. Applying research insights in discussions with firms, supporting them in translating evidence into new or improved tools, processes and communications.
- Supporting a portfolio of firm representatives simultaneously, ensuring each remains engaged, motivated and on track to deliver against agreed objectives and milestones.
- Developing a strong understanding of participating firms' priorities, pressures and operational realities, using this insight to provide effective support.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders beyond participating firms, and developing strong internal relationships, proactively sharing insights and intelligence from Action Labs to maximise our organisational impact.
- Identifying opportunities to raise the profile of the Action Lab research-to-impact model, including relevant conferences, speaking opportunities and awards.

We are looking for a New Christian Communities Development Officer to help grow new Christian communities across the Diocese.
