The Regional Collaboration Officer is the second role in our expanding regional team, supporting our neighbourhood to national strategy. You’ll report to our new Director of Regional Collaboration, providing essential coordination to enable cross-sector collaboration in and between Combined Authorities.
Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events with local leaders and partners; managing schedules, budgets and documentation; providing on-the-ground support for regional initiatives; and keeping communication clear and consistent across all stakeholders. Responsibilities

Programme Delivery Officer role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of the First Give programme in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, plus providing guidance and troubleshooting for the lead teachers at First Give partner schools.
The role will be hybrid, with 3 days a week in our main offices in West Hampstead, London. Regular travel to schools across London and the South East will be required.

Key responsibilities

This new role is essential to the success of the Finance & Fundraising teams, in providing effective finance and CRM administration support. The Finance and CRM Administrator will support income generation activities including fundraising and venue hire, as well as playing a vital role in keeping the Museum’s accounting systems working effectively.

About the role
The post-holder will provide independent advocacy in various settings, including in the community, people’s homes, and hospital settings including mental health wards. You’ll raise awareness of advocacy, including for people from minority ethnic communities. You’ll work as part of a team of independent advocates, reporting to the Advocacy Service Manager.
You will work as part of the Ealing advocacy team. You may also need to carry out your role in other London boroughs.
Under the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the post holder will be required to visit CQC registered care homes and would be subject to government requirements.
Key responsibilities
î Provide advocacy for eligible people under Mental Health Act 2007, the Health and Social Care Act 2012, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and under the Care Act 2014.
î Provide a one-to-one advocacy service for people and undertake case work, evidencing and uploading case notes and data in a timely manner.

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.
We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK.
We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.
We are recruiting Cantonese speaking Employment Advisors to join the STEP team delivering this new programme. You will provide high quality advice and guidance through 1:1 employability support and group employability workshops with the aim of coaching individuals and supporting them on their journey into employment that suits their previous experience and skill set.
You will prepare participants for employment and help them to achieve their chosen training and employment objectives. Some experience securing and/or managing individual giving OR major donor fundraising.

Strong communication skills (internally with other colleagues and externally with supporters) including the ability to write clear and persuasive fundraising copy.

The ability to write applications to secure grants from trusts and foundations and reporting.

Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met.

Commitment to Free Tibet’s mission.
Desirable

CRM and fundraising analysis experience.

Digital fluency in direct relation to fundraising i.e. email marketing and social media.

Some experience managing staff or volunteers.

Experience working in a third-sector organisation would be an advantage.

You will manage a small fundraising team and play an important role on our senior management team. You will be experienced in winning large trust and foundation and statutory sector grants, as well as having knowledge around diversifying funds in a not-for-profit context.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building our brand, diversifying income streams, and increasing our donor profile.

- Developing and delivering fundraising strategies based on our Strategic Plan.
- Overseeing our funding portfolio and supporting the development of individual donors.
- Sourcing and applying for funds to meet strategic priorities.
- Networking with other agencies and stakeholders to promote our work.
