About the Role As Group Coordinator – London Survivors' Collective, you will: Create, coordinate and facilitate peer support, psychoeducational and wellbeing groups for survivors of sexual violence. Support group delivery across Alliance partners, ensuring consistency and quality. Collect and input feedback to strengthen service delivery and co-production. Develop new group models from pilot through to evaluation and launch. Champion survivor participation and trauma-informed practice throughout.

About You You’ll bring: Experience supporting survivors of sexual violence or working in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector. Confidence in group facilitation and collaboration. Strong organisational and communication skills. A commitment to feminist values and survivor-centred practice. Relevant qualification within the VAWG sector (ISVA, IDVA, or similar) are desirable but not essential. 

The post-holder will share responsibility for promoting and upholding the organisation’s safeguarding standards. This includes ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, young people, and adults at risk; recognising and reporting concerns promptly; following all safeguarding policies and procedures; and contributing to a culture in which everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.

Senior Supporter Development Officer (Mid Value and Regular Giving)

You’ll be the voice and face of the mid-value programme, building meaningful connections with supporters who give between £500 and £5,000, helping them see exactly how their generosity transforms lives. It’s a hands-on role that needs someone comfortable working across digital and mail campaigns, managing external suppliers, and making data-led decisions about where to test, invest and grow. You’ll work closely with the wider fundraising and comms team to ensure supporters move seamlessly between mid-value and major donor programmes, and you’ll have support to deliver the stewardship and campaign logistics.

What you'll do:
* To receive enquiries in all formats and be the first point of contact to resolve or action/escalate accordingly.
* Support the Customer Contact Centre Service Lead in creating a "first time resolution" team culture when handling enquiries, requests and complaints; linking customers with relevant departments, duty staff and undertaking the necessary administration and monitoring.
* First time resolution of informal complaints and transfer formal complaints relating to reactive repairs in accordance with Look Ahead's policy and procedure to the Senior Complaints and Feedback Officer
* To provide details on Look Ahead's Support function for customers or external agencies to include Support Worker or scheme contact details and referral process.
* Receive and action maintenance requests for owned, managed or leased properties to include responsive repairs, void/empty property repairs, insurance, rechargeable, planned, cyclical and servicing works. Monitoring the progress of works orders to including updating, varying, and completing work orders
* Ensure repairs and voids process are updated on CX housing management system at each stage accurately and efficiently.

• Lead the delivery and expansion of Young Epilepsy’s challenge events programme.

Gilgal Birmingham is a specialist domestic abuse charity providing refuge accommodation and community-based support for women and children at risk of, or experiencing, domestic abuse. We offer emergency refuge spaces and a growing range of outreach services that help women rebuild their lives, access safety, and move towards independence.

We are seeking a Grants and Trusts Manager to secure and manage the funding that enables this vital work. This is a key strategic role leading our grants, trusts, statutory funding and corporate income pipeline, working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for prospect research, high-quality bid writing, reporting, and building strong relationships with funders and partners. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can manage the full fundraising lifecycle and contribute to the growth of a life-changing service.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning

• Work with the CEO to implement Gilgal’s Fundraising and Income Generation Strategy.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, statutory bodies, and corporate partners.

• Prepare a rolling income generation plan with timelines and bid targets.

• Support the CEO in identifying opportunities for partnership bids and collaborative tenders.

Grants and Trusts

• Research and identify suitable funding opportunities aligned with Gilgal’s priorities.

• Develop strong, evidence-based funding proposals with clear outcomes and robust budgets.

• Coordinate with service leads and finance staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage the full bid lifecycle, from identification through to submission, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Maintain a funding tracker with deadlines, progress updates, and reporting requirements.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, trusts, commissioners, and partners.

• Provide ongoing updates to funders to strengthen long-term partnerships.

• Attend relevant meetings, events, and briefings.

Reporting and Monitoring

• Produce clear, impact-focused reports for funders and stakeholders.

Your focus will be to deliver high quality housing advice and advocacy in line with the hub’s local community projects, working alongside people who are experiencing homelessness and bad housing to identify issues facing local communities.  You will plan and deliver casework to individuals and communities to resolve their housing situation and engage with community groups, local organisations and individuals to understand local housing issues and raise awareness of people’s housing rights.

You will also work in local community settings and with community groups to deliver advice and rights awareness workshops and make sure that people with lived experience of homelessness have opportunities to share their story, give their opinions and participate in the design and delivery of Shelter services. Offering day to day support to volunteers, providing learning, shadowing and mentoring and being a consistent role model for our values are also key aspects of the role.

You are able to listen to, engage and work with individuals and communities and with all stakeholders, including people with lived experience of homelessness. You will have knowledge of and/or proven ability in housing and homelessness advice and advocacy and are able to progress to specialist level knowledge, training will be provided. You will have the ability to carry out casework related interviews, maintain detailed case records, advise and support clients to make informed decisions, as well as a collaborative, flexible and professional approach to your work.

Role Description

The Funding and Insights Officer supports the Head of Funding and Partnerships (HFP) in delivering HACT’s fundraising and income generation objectives in line with the organisation’s business strategy. This role focuses on identifying new business and funding opportunities, conducting market, sector and competitor research, and generating actionable insights to support HACT’s marketing, customer engagement, and income generation strategies.

The postholder will play a key role in shaping HACT’s understanding of the external environment, including trends in housing, social impact, and innovation. Reporting to the HFP, they will contribute to fundraising applications to trusts, foundations, and corporates, support the services team in developing compelling and proposals for HACT’s research and consultancy work, and carry out desk-based market research to inform the activities of the marketing and customer teams.

City of Trees is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Engagement Officer to develop and manage volunteer experience and consultation at City of Trees’ new tree nursery. The nursery is the first stage of the development of this new City of Trees site and future National Urban Forestry Centre.

This is a brand-new post to help develop an outreach programme and activity plan to engage the local community and stakeholders to help shape this ambitious and exciting project in its development stage. We want to engage a wide range of audiences by providing clear pathways for people to get involved in this exciting next step for City of Trees.

The postholder will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Engagement Coordinator (and wider team) to develop a programme of volunteer and learner activity for the site, and contributing to City of Trees’ engagement and green skills programmes.

The postholder will be experienced in outreach and community engagement to help identify different groups and individuals to be involved in this exciting new development right from the start. We are seeking someone who is experienced in community consultation principles and techniques to help develop an activity plan during this development stage.
