Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager. As part of the Grant Partnerships Team you will play a lead role in collaborative and ambitious partnerships between corporates and OnSide that give opportunities to young people.
Position: Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager
Location: Hybrid working: Two days a week in the London office (White City), combined with home-working and travel across the Youth Zone network as required
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible working available)

About the Role

About You

You will have experience of:
- Personally winning and growing a range of high-value (£100K to £1M+) corporate partnerships in the charity or commercial sector

We are looking for a Systems Accountant to join our Finance & Assurance team during an exciting phase of transformation on a permanent basis. About you
You will bring strong expertise in finance systems, with the ability to translate technical functionality into solutions that align with organisational goals. - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of system accounting experience.
- Significant experience with Unit4 ERPx or other ERP finance systems, particularly in a post-implementation context. Knowledge of Avalara and Proactis is beneficial.
- Ability to combine technical system knowledge with financial context to deliver business-focused solutions.
- Highly proficient in Excel and other data handling tools, with strong analytical skills.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Business Development

Do you have the passion, skills, and experience to help develop and deliver complex nature conservation and infrastructure projects in the South of England? We’re looking for someone who is well-organised, solutions-focused, and can adapt their skills to the development and delivery of a diverse range of projects.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, skilled and passionate Project Development Manager to join our England Project Management team, working primarily in the South of England.
The England Project Management Team manage all sorts of projects, from species recovery at a landscape scale to infrastructure repairs and commercial developments. Each day as a Project Development Manager is different. You might find yourself chairing a project team meeting one day, visiting a construction site the next, and negotiating with contractors the day after that.
As a Project Development Manager, you will directly manage some of the most ambitious and complex projects within the RSPB. At the same time, you will work closely with the Operations Director and Area Managers in the Southern region to develop a pipeline of projects across the South, and make sure they’re being well-managed.
Our project teams include colleagues from a range of disciplines as well as external consultants and suppliers. You’ll need to be able to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders and motivate others to get things done to keep projects progressing smoothly.
Key activities will include:
- Develop and manage one or more complex projects at any one time. To include budget management, stakeholder management, risk management, contractor procurement and other tasks as required.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project success by focusing on a common goal.
- Develop and oversee a pipeline of projects that contribute to delivery against strategic priorities, working with regional/country management teams.
- Provide support & advice to the regional /country management team to enable them to use the PMF effectively to deliver strategic priorities and successful projects (including ensuring project assurance is in place).
- Line management of more junior project management team members.
- Provide advice and support to colleagues on project management best practice, helping to build overall project management capability across England.
- Be an advocate for Cora, the RSPB’s on-line project management system.
- Undertake project reviews as commissioned by the management team/other stakeholders including other regions & countries to ensure lessons are learned, best practice shared, and capability increased.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Proven project management skills relating to planning and managing complex projects, managing risks/costs/time and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills to join the central finance team of a growing international charity working at the intersection of cultural heritage and community development.

About the Role
Working as part of the charity’s central finance team, the Finance Assistant will help ensure the integrity of financial records and play a key role in maintaining accurate and timely bookkeeping for the UK.
You will be responsible for recording and reconciling transactions, processing invoices and payments, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with audit schedules. This is a highly detail-oriented role, requiring excellent accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording USD and GBP bank, MoneyCorp, and PayPal entries in QuickBooks
- Monthly reconciliation of all UK bank, MoneyCorp, and PayPal accounts
- Reviewing and processing supplier invoices and expense claims, including setting up payments
- Setting up multi-currency payments for international offices and maintaining creditors ledgers
- Maintaining UK debtors and creditors ledgers
- Recording and reconciling corporate credit card transactions
- Reconciling specified balance sheet accounts monthly
- Assisting with audit schedules and financial reporting
About You
The ideal candidate will be methodical, accurate, and proactive, with significant bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks skills. You will be comfortable working remotely, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
Key skills and experience required:
- Significant bookkeeping experience with excellent understanding of double entry
- Strong experience using QuickBooks
- Understanding of multi-currency accounting
