You will work directly with young carers aged 5 and up to achieve positive outcomes, identifying and preventing inappropriate caring responsibilities through whole-family assessments and reviews and ensuring that young carers and their families have access to a range of emotional and practical support appropriate to their needs. You’ll also work closely with the Young Carers Team Leader to support the delivery of our young carers activities programme.
We are looking for someone who has a real passion about our mission and with proven ability in communicating sensitively with children, young people and their families. You will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in the use of IT. You will need to be available for occasional evening and weekend work.
You will have experience working with vulnerable children and young people and will have a strong grasp of the realities of being a young carer in an inner city London borough.

About the role
Morden College is seeking a dynamic Brand and Digital Manager to support the Communications Lead
to put Morden College’s brand and new Strategic Framework at the heart of everything we do to deliver excellent homes, high quality services and thriving communities. This is an exciting role that will help transform resident and staff engagement with a number of projects in the pipeline that you will support including brand development work, a new website and the development of e-communications through a new CRM system.

We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Managers to join our IT Transformation Team at Look Ahead. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects including Finance systems and case management systems. You will work closely with the Head of IT Programme and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. This is a fixed term contract of 12 months.
What you'll do:
Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed as scheduled.
Track project progress and prepare status reports for senior management.
Assist in managing resources to ensure projects remain within scope and financial constraints.
Schedule and participate in project meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Support risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and helping to implement solutions.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and correspondence.
Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
Assist in budget management and reporting.
Help ensure quality control measures are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role
The Opportunity Fund Partnership Development Manager plays a central role in supporting funding opportunities aligned with the objectives of the Opportunity Fund. This role combines relationship-building and programme development to ensure the Opportunity Fund achieves the maximum impact.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead specific areas of policy and influencing work focused on inequities in end of life care, under guidance from the Senior Policy Manager.
- Analyse research and policy trends, develop clear and inclusive policy recommendations, and produce high-quality outputs (briefings, consultation responses, blogs, reports).

As our Policy Advisor –Research and Data Monitoring you will support the highest standards of research development, analysis and communication of data relating to the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector.
In this role, you will lead high-level analysis and quality assurance of WASH data use as well as management research resources, include the Research and Evidence Bank, the Research Tracker and the Statistics Bank.

- Contribute to the design and commissioning of research projects to support advocacy, campaigns, media communications
- Oversea and manage small research projects – facilitating the sharing of research outputs and learnings within GPAC and across the organisation
