Job description

We're a brand new start-up at the very begining of our journey and looking to recruit this exciting new role of Volunteer Coordinator (Volunteer) for approx 4 hours per week at MINDSET. This is a Flexible and Remote Volunteer Role.

About MINDSET:

At MINDSET, our purpose is to empower men to thrive, not just survive, guided by positive role models who are compassionate, authentic, and committed to uplifting others. We are a brand new charity, and our volunteers are the beating heart of our Brotherhood, delivering peer mentorship and creating safe spaces for connection and growth.

Our volunteers are the beating heart of MINDSET—the authentic role models who deliver our mission every single day. We are building a powerful brotherhood to redefine men's mental health, and we need an exceptional Volunteer Coordinator to nurture, support, and grow this invaluable community. This is more than an administrative role; it's a chance to champion the very individuals who make our work possible. You'll be the welcoming face, the supportive ear, and the organisational force that ensures our volunteers feel valued, empowered, and fully connected to the MINDSET mission. If you have a passion for people, excellent organisational skills, and believe deeply in fostering a supportive community, you are the missing piece of our puzzle.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Experienced in volunteer management or HR is a plus, but a passion for people is key.

  • Empathetic, approachable, and a strong communicator.

  • Dedicated to creating a positive and empowering volunteer experience.

  • Committed to the MINDSET mission and the concept of Brotherhood.

Join us and become the central pillar of support for the incredible men who dedicate their time to our cause. Your work will empower the empowerers.

Ready to lead with heart and empower our volunteer brotherhood?
