We are recruiting a Complex Needs Practitioner to support individuals experiencing rough sleeping across the Wirral. You will work as part of a small and dedicated team of outreach workers seeking out and supporting those in our community experiencing homelessness. Provide outreach support, working flexibly across community locations with a central hub based at our head office in Birkenhead.

What you’ll do

As our Senior Website Officer, you’ll take ownership of Anna Freud’s key websites, leading their development, performance and day-to-day management to ensure they are effective, accessible and genuinely useful for the people who rely on them

• Lead and deliver website roadmaps and projects, working with teams across the charity to prioritise, QA and release improvements
• Manage and optimise website content, ensuring pages are accurate, engaging, on-brand and aligned with SEO best practice
• Use analytics, tracking and reporting to understand user behaviour and make data-driven improvements to performance and journeys
• Improve user experience and accessibility through testing, UX/CRO best practice and ongoing optimisation

What you’ll bring

You’re an experienced, hands-on website professional who enjoys owning websites end to end, using insight, testing and strong technical know-how to improve performance, user experience and impact across a complex organisation.

• Strong experience managing and updating websites via a CMS, with the confidence to troubleshoot issues and take day-to-day ownership
• You’re comfortable leading website projects and development work, juggling priorities and working with multiple stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of SEO (on-page and technical), and experience improving search performance through well-planned content and structure
• You’re confident using tools like GA4, GTM and testing platforms, and enjoy turning data into clear insights and decisions
• Experience working with agencies or third parties, and the communication skills needed to keep work moving and expectations aligned

• To be educated to A Level or equivalent or have experience in a similar role at a similar level.

• Experience of exceeding targets within a retail environment. 

• The ability to take full accountability for the financial performance of a retail operation, with a keen eye for opportunities to maximise income and efficiency.

The development and implementation of a UK-wide cross-government child poverty strategy means this is a great time to join CPAG as we look to influence policy makers to adopt our evidence-based policy solutions to child poverty.

We are looking for someone to take a lead role in developing evidence-based policy positions to support CPAG’s influencing and campaigns work. You will have knowledge of political processes and how external organisations can effect change. Starlight has a long and successful track record of delivering high-profile, high-value special events, including the prestigious Blenheim Ball, Newbury Race Day, and until recently, the Highclere Clay Pigeon Shoot. These events are supported by influential committees and play a critical role in raising income, stewarding donors and connecting supporters with our purpose.

With a gap in our Philanthropy team and maternity leave expected to begin in March, this 18-month fixed-term role exists to lead and deliver Starlight’s flagship events at a senior level, with immediate responsibility for the Blenheim Ball (April) –  the event Tatler refers to as “ society’s smartest ball “chaired by Lady Alexandra Spencer Churchill; and Newbury Race Day (May) – one of Starlight’s longest-standing and most successful supporter events, hosted by Nicky Henderson and his Committee.

This is a senior, delivery-focused role designed for an experienced events professional who can hit the ground running and immediately take ownership of two flagship events. Working closely with the Committees, you will bring leadership, strategic judgement and outstanding project management to ensure these events continue to excel in reputation, income and supporter experience.

We are specifically looking for talented individuals who have a short notice period and are available to start in January. Candidates need only apply if available through to April 2026 with no planned significant periods of leave.

Keychange is a Christian charity with over 100 years of experience supporting people facing vulnerability. Today, we provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people across the South and Southwest of England.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our specialist women’s homelessness service, Wayside Community in Reigate. This community is a 19 bed, 24-7 supported housing for women experiencing homelessness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong frontline experience who is ready to step into management within a highly supportive and mission-driven team.

About the Role
The Deputy Manager plays a key role in the leadership of Wayside Community, supporting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in the day-to-day running and development of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in Surrey in ensuring the smooth daily running of the Service at all times and deputising in her absence for all matters relating to the management of the Service.
• Ensure that Wayside Community complies with all statutory regulations relating to supported housing, health and safety, fire precautions etc.
• Working with the Women’s Homelessness Lead to develop performance targets and quality control measures for the benefit of the team, and monitoring team members’ work to ensure that these are met.
• In conjunction with the Women’s Homelessness Lead ensure that effective assessments and action plans are updated for all residents through a key worker system and on case files.
• In conjunction with the Women’s Homelessness Lead ensure that all safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints are managed robustly.

• Knowledge of the range of services available to homeless people who may have complex needs or other support needs.

Occupational Requirements
This role is subject to legal Occupational Requirements under the Equality Act 2010. The postholder must both a woman and a practicing Christian. These requirements are essential due to the nature of the role, including spiritual support, trauma-informed care for women, and active church partnership development.
