The Senior Manager, HIV Services Coordination and Team Lead plays a key leadership role in supporting and enabling METRO’s HIV service managers and project leads to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and impactful services. Reporting to the Head of HIV or Director of Services, the post-holder provides day-to-day oversight of contracts, projects, and workstreams, offering hands-on supervision and management support across the HIV domain.
The post holder will act as a key link between delivery teams and the charity’s strategic leadership, helping staff navigate funder requirements, reporting deadlines, and project milestones. They will support the development of funding proposals, engage externally with commissioners and partners, and ensure METRO’s HIV services are aligned with good practice and funder expectations.
METRO Charity runs various HIV prevention and support services across London and the Southeast. These services include Pan London and local HIV prevention services, HIV support services including advice and advocacy and family support, HIV peer mentoring and counselling services. Many of these services are delivered in partnership with agencies such as the GMI Partnership consisting of Spectra, Positive East, and our partners such as The Love Tank and African Advocacy Foundation. Our services are also embedded in other sexual health partnerships, such as the SASH programme, which consists of our partnerships with Turning Point, London Friend and Naz. We also work with several NHS Trusts as part of our work with the London HIV Fast Track Cities programme and wider programmes.

Our partner seeks a driven and astute grants finance officer to support in the financial management and monitoring of projects being implemented in Asia, Africa and Latin America. This is a newly created position, and will suit someone who is meticulous, has strong attention to detail and able to manage relationships with a number of global stakeholders.

- Manage the financial transactions and entries, prepare and process income receipts and maintain accurate digital records and ensure proper filing of all financial documentation on internal systems.

Katherine Low Settlement has worked with older people since its conception in 1924.They are a core part of the community that we continue to work with. We provide, often in partnership, a range of projects and activities for older people including health and wellbeing; creative arts; intergenerational work; connecting people and trips/outings.
Our services include Battersea Bites, Age Well and Core social activities and digital inclusion.
We work with people 50+ to:

Key Objectives for this Role
Oversee the day-to-day running of our Battersea Bites Programme that includes a lunch club for people 50+ that runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and a healthy eating session on Mondays. This includes leading in the planning, shopping and preparation and provision of meals, the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen including overseeing a team of volunteers and ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Planning
• Plan and develop a monthly lunch service menu, a month in advance, using creative license to provide nutritious, varied, and satisfying meals that meet diverse dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, cultural needs, vegetarian/vegan options) while strictly adhering to Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Develop ideas for Battersea Bites Healthy cook and eat/ other sessions with the Age Well Team.
• Handle purchases and expense tracking using the Soldo card, ensuring full compliance with the bank card usage policy, and submitting all receipts and records promptly and accurately for financial oversight and reporting, for which training can be provided.
• Create several themed menus throughout the year which will engage members. For example, a Summer Lunch, an Afternoon Tea, etc.
• Support the planning of the older people’s lunch club with older people themselves
• Support the Elders team to welcome and support new members to feel part of the programme.
Delivery
• Complete a weekly food shop either online (we currently use Asda delivery service) or locally, buying fresh ingredients weekly which fall within the financial budget.
• Prepare, cook and serve healthy meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Undertake stock control such as stock rotation, ensuring all food items are labelled with expiry dates and disposed of when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is ready and set up for the lunch club service.
• Ensure the security of the kitchen and store cupboards to provide a safe working environment. (Our cupboards are locked.)
• To ensure routine day-to-day as well as specialised cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areas.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including the health and safety folder containing opening and closing checks. Training can be provided.
• Ensure your hygiene and cleanliness are of the highest standard, and those of anyone entering the kitchen, including volunteers, are suitably dressed and uphold the same standards
• Be part of and work closely with the Elders Team at KLS
• Support elders who attend the club so that the sessions are safe and enjoyable for them.
• Inform the Manager (or in their absence the Head of Service) of any concerning incidents, compliments, complaints or accidents (including safeguarding issues).

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead FareShare's digital marketing function, and will deliver ambitious, insight-driven initiatives that drive engagement, grow audiences and maximise impact.

About The Role
Working closely with the Program Director, the Program Manager adapts and manages the Europe Regional Finance program to ensure the program team delivers on its objectives and goals. The role requires high-level coordination and support to a team working across Europe, leading campaign planning and evaluation processes, grant management, while coordinating the program's budgeting and re-forecasting.
The Program Manager ensures the effectiveness of the Europe Regional Finance Program by managing and coordinating its various projects, overseeing budgets and grant cycles, implementing team effectiveness initiatives, and supporting the development and execution of program planning, monitoring and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focussed Finance Coordinator to take our organisation to the next phase: this is a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact at a fast-growing organisation. We have recently upgraded our finance systems to Xero and updated our processes: we now want to build on this success. The Finance Coordinator will prepare financial reports for the board and ensure compliance with financial regulations. They will work with our bookkeeper to ensure excellent day-to-day financial management. They will collaborate with our Project Leads, supporting them to set and manage budgets, report quarterly to the board, and ensure all project income and expenditure is recorded accurately in Xero. They will also use produce cashflow forecasts and scenarios using the Xero integration with Syft that Selce has implemented. They will also play a role in HR processes reviewing timesheets monthly and ensuring contracts are amended as staff roles evolve. This role is crucial in supporting the financial health and sustainability of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
· Review financial data and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
· Present financial reports with variance analysis and commentary for the board.
· Support with the preparation of annual accounts, working with Selce’s nominated accountants and the Board.
· Respond to any queries from Selce’s nominated accountants or from the Board.
· Maintain accurate cash flow forecasts for all areas of the business.

Financial Record Keeping:

The Account and Support Manager will be responsible for working with the Upshot team to deliver high quality customer service to all clients. They will manage the implementation of the Upshot system for new clients, deal with customer support queries and manage contract renewals for existing clients. The role enables the candidate to work closely with a range of audiences, stakeholders and different charities, sport and non-sport, to help and support them to collect good data and better measure the impact of their community work.
Remote working from home; The expectation would be that the successful candidate would spend 2 days per week at the House of Sport with Upshot and the remainder working remotely. At times depending on business needs there may be a requirement for more days to be worked in the office. This role also includes periodic travel to client locations to build relationships and deliver training.
The successful candidate will be managing high-level and detailed relationships with clients and this role will see the successful candidate as a primary point of contact for both new and existing clients of which they are responsible for.

The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.
The post holder will be the main contact for all maintenance related matters and will maintain the property management records for the estate, develop volunteer projects and training on maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning and will assist with fundraising.
