We are looking for a person to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team and support administration across both our volunteer staff and employed workforce.

This role is key to ensuring the Army Cadets can communicate well with the volunteer community and that national level events are correctly supported.

This position is a permanent full-time post (40 hours per week) which will be home-based. However, regular travel across the UK attend events and meetings will be required.  The starting salary for the post will be £29,644.00 per annum.

Summary

• Act as a first point of contact for overall event management activities and undertake project planning programmes.
• Monitor and provide budget updates to the Head of Senior Leadership Development, ensuring expenditure is within budget.
• Responsible for setting up vendors through the procurement process.
• Liaising with freelancers and suppliers to ensure contracts are in place, invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
• Provide diary management support to the Head of Senior Leadership Development and programme leads to arrange meetings (booking internal and external meetings with Zoom/ Microsoft Teams/meeting rooms, administration support, minutes, agendas and papers).
• Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and reporting from the learning management system. This includes maintaining records of the people-related data and all module information on our online/learning platform and shared drive.

• The post holder is expected to work from Church House 1-2 days per week.
• The role requires the postholder to undertake travel, have overnight stays in venues across the country and on occasion work outside of normal office hours to support the planning and delivery of events.

Please note: This role is also suited for candidates who choose to work from home. If you opt to be a homeworker, you are responsible for your travel expenses to your primary/base location, as the role requires you to attend infrequent face-to-face meetings 1-2 days per month.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be/have:

• Experience in planning and organising activities and/or events which support project work, as well as contributing ideas to improve the efficiency of processes/work.

Purpose of the Job 

We are looking for a Dynamics Developer to play a key role in the Felix IT Team to support our continued support and development of bespoke applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics technology stack.

This role will report into the Senior System Administrator who is responsible for our Microsoft Dynamics environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

At The Felix Project, we are embarking on a journey to apply technology and IT systems to streamline the business and become more efficient. Our core applications are all based on the Microsoft suite – Dynamics, M365, Power BI, Fabric, Real Time Marketing and SharePoint. We also use the Microsoft Security and Compliance systems. We do also have a number of 3rd party external systems where we pull data from for analysis.

Currently we have the following solutions built in MS Dynamics, a journey which we started 3 years ago.

· Volunteer Management System (based on the MS Not For Profit stack)

· Community Portal (Internal bespoke application that manages our Charitable Organisations we support)

Person Specification 

We are looking for a Dynamics Developer with experience helping to continue our migration of legacy applications and spreadsheets into D365. We have a limited external support contract from a near shore support centre in Bratislava and an offshore support development team in India (limited days per month), so this role will also focus on supporting current and new Dynamics applications.

The role will also require the person to support and engage with the business to gather clear requirements and log them in DevOps once they have been prioritised.

As we grow, it is paramount we develop all areas of the charity to have maximum impact through innovation, creativity, agility and an entrepreneurial approach. During our continued migration to D365, we expect the successful applicant to be able to review business processes and make suggestions and improvements from the As Is process to the To Be process prior to modelling with technology.

The successful candidate will also have a comprehensive understanding of the DataVerse, and the structures of tables and rows used in Dynamics as this will be the lead system for our business reporting and intelligence via Fabric and PowerBi during 2025. 

Essential Criteria

·Act as primary support for Felix’s MS Dynamics solutions

·1st line Helpdesk; Responsible for triaging and resolving tickets both internally and externally with our support centre

·Troubleshooting system performance issues and minor bug fixing

·Liaise with Senior System Administrator and IT Change Management to ensure tickets are prioritised and dealt with in a timely fashion within SLA timeframes

·Test the resolution of Bugs in the development environments before being deployed to production

·Test new features in the development environments before being deployed to production

·Support the Senior System Administrator in deploying Felix solutions to the live environment

·Manage and maintain user permissions, security roles and security teams

·Ensure that data in Dynamics is accurate and protected against unauthorised access

·Partner with team members in Felix IT across the organisation to train new users and support existing users with system usage such as data entry, reporting, and basic system functionality

·Monitor Dynamics operations and conduct performance analysis to assesses options for optimising and configuring the system

What you’ll do – the key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of our partnership events including our Academy Visitor Days, as well as designing and implementing new stakeholder engagement initiatives based on previous stakeholder feedback.
• Support with, and at times lead the production of documents and communications for internal and external audiences, for example event invites, guest lists, handbooks, letter templates and agendas. The Marsh Christian Trust (MCT) is looking for an Assistant to join a small, dynamic team and support the day-to-day running of the organisation. This role would be for a 9-month contract as maternity leave cover, and would suit someone who is interested in the charity world and looking for a part-time position. Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. 

Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking for a project Administrator to maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the Oasis Youth Support project at North Middlesex University Hospital, a project supporting young people who have experienced violence which has had a negative impact on their mental wellbeing.

Duties Include;

1. Updating and maintaining the project’s database from local NHS systems.

2. Identifying young people eligible for the service by screening referrals or trawling the hospital system and ensuring these are collated on the project database to be contacted by the youth workers.

3. Quality assure the data being recorded on the EVIDE system.

4. Preparing regular reports as required by the projects funders or other stakeholders.

You could be successful in this role if you: 

· Have a relevant experience with administration, including using excel, word and other Microsoft systems.

· Have an eye for detail and accuracy.

· Possess excellent oral/written communication and organisational skills.

· Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work to deadlines.

Prospectus are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, supporting them with the recruitment of a Finance & Admin Coordinator to join their collaborative team.
 
The organisation are a UK based children’s charity that helps marginalised young people to make and monetise music. Every year, the charity raises £10 million to fund inspirational grassroots music projects and support aspiring young creatives up and down the UK. The charity are on a mission and campaigning to break down barriers for young people facing inequity, exclusion and discrimination and you could be a part of that too!
 
This role is available on a fixed term 12-month contract (maternity cover), where you would work on a full-time basis (37.5 hours a week). You will have the opportunity work a hybrid working arrangement which will include 3 days a week at Southwark based office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The salary for this role is £30,000-£32,000, depending on level of experience.
 
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and oversee the day to day running of the office. This will involve, co-ordinating meetings for trustees and staff members, ensuring operational systems and procedures are working efficiently, liaising with external partners and suppliers, and assist with making sure the office is health and safety compliant, while ensuring it is a warm and welcoming environment.
 
You will support with finance administration, processing income and expenditure and ensuring prompt submission of monthly financial reports.
 
You will provide HR administrative support, including recruitment, contracting, inductions, DBS checks and the management of confidential documents in keeping with GDPR compliance.
 
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a busy office environment and strong finance and administration experience. You will have experience of using MS Office, Asana and Icompleat or similar financial software. You will have strong levels of numeracy and experience in processing financial information. You will help co-ordinate recruitment campaigns and have experience using SafeHR and Web Recruit or similar HR packages. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
 
You will have strong communication skills and experience developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have experience in line management.
 
Desirably, you will have an understanding of the principles of data protection. You will have experience of creating contracts, knowledge of using Asana and other project management systems. You will have an interest in music and wider creativity, young people, and/or social justice issue.

We are recruiting for a Immediate Individual Giving Officer for a FTC for 2 months ,which could be extended for an inspiring children's charity. You will be supporting the administration of a summer appeal going out , we are looking for an immediate candidate who can start in June, initially the contract it will be for 2 months .

The Role
To act as the first point of contact for Individual Giving and provide on-going support to donors. This includes but is not limited to, thanking donors, responding to enquiries and providing support and advice in relation to donating to the charity
To deliver and fine tune stewardship for all one-off and regular donors. Stewardship must thank supporters in a timely manner and provide information and inspiration to show how the donor how their gift makes a difference. This includes sending emails and letters, welcome packs, and personalised email updates and resources.
To support the Head of Public Fundraising with appeals and other Individual Giving projects that the charity will be running an appeal in June and in November and December in the lead up to Christmas.
To utilise Raisers Edge database to record and track donor interactions.
To manage income processing for one-off donations, cash and cheques.
To work with the Database Manager to tidy donor records and maintain accurate records.

The Candidate
Knowledge and understanding of Individual Giving fundraising
Knowledge and understanding of the importance of donor care
Track record of communicating with supporters by telephone and through written communications Experience of delivering stewardship plans to maximise income and engagement
Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection legislation
Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Raisers Edge)
Good planning and organisation skills
Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills

About the role

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our small and friendly team on a part-time basis (15 hours a week) ideally working 5 half-days, Monday to Friday (3 hours each day) but the exact working pattern is negotiable.

Success will require you to be highly organised, adept at managing your time and prioritising tasks effectively, all while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy, even when juggling multiple responsibilities across different service areas. 

Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online project management tools, are essential. We are currently looking for a Senior Virtual Learning Officer to join our learning development team.

This role will be involved in the development of training covering subjects such as:

• Safeguarding
• EDI topics such as Autism and Gender Diversity
• Health and Safety
• Onboarding new adult volunteers to Sea Cadets

Responsibilities

• Work with course designers to develop new, and maintain existing, elearning and media content.
• Translate storyboards into interactive learning content, creating activities, graphics, animations, audio and videos, using tools such as Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Canva, H5P, Murf and Adobe.
• Ensure learning meets development guidelines, and is accessible, functional and engaging.
• Integrate learning content to create courses on our learning management system (Moodle).
• Test learning content, including using screen readers and other accessibility software.
• Help to maintain the guidelines for course development.
• Support the day-to-day administration of the Sea Cadets learning management environment
• Cultivate strong working relationships across multiple teams (internal and external)
• Stay up to date with latest system upgrades and advise on their potential impact on existing or new courses

Requirements

• eLearning development experience ( e.g. tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, or similar)
• Experience in media creation for graphics, sound and video editing.
• Good MS Office skills

Desirable

• Experience using Teams and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• LMS Administration experience (our platform is based on Moodle, Mahara and Alfresco but other LMS skills will be transferable)
• Subject matter knowledge in one of the following areas:
