You will manage and grow a diverse range of fundraising products across Regular and Personal Donations, Payroll Giving, Legacies, In Memory, and Mid Value Donors. With the support of experienced colleagues in Events, Partnerships and MarComms, you will build a seamless and supporter focused experience that boosts engagement across all touchpoints.

you’ll be responsible for growing awareness and diversifying income through well planned, evidence based fundraising and strategic communication. You’ll lead campaigns, manage digital and offline channels, coordinate fundraising events, and report clearly on performance and progress.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, shaping messaging that inspires donors and stakeholders, while also managing volunteers and apprentices to support campaign delivery. The role is varied, rewarding, and deeply rooted in creating a more inclusive society.

As a Head of Individual Giving you will:

• Lead the design and execution of an integrated Individual Giving strategy
• Develop engaging supporter journeys using automation and personalisation tools
• Test and scale new giving products to reach wider and more diverse audiences

• Work cross functionally to align fundraising and communications for a cohesive supporter experience

About You:

You’re an experienced Individual Giving specialist with a strong track record of delivering income growth across multiple channels. You understand the value of data, automation and personalisation, and know how to turn supporter insight into action.

You’re creative, proactive, and results driven, with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You bring energy, innovation, and a genuine passion for building meaningful supporter relationships that last.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Significant experience in Individual Giving, Legacy or Personal Giving, including digital
• Strong understanding of donor journeys, segmentation, and CRM systems
• Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and campaign performance
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE

What you'll do:

* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Manager
* Provide support 9am-5pm 7 days a week
* Assess prospective discharges within 3-5 hours of receiving referral information.
* Support the customer to settle in and meet their immediate social care needs.
* Update the Discharge/Patient Flow Team on patient progress on a weekly basis.
* Escalate concerns to the Discharge Team and urgent concerns via the Crisis Line.
* Proactively monitor customer's mental state, ADLs and move-on plans.
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions.
* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available.
* Support customers to access activities and services in order to maintain and improve well-being, access benefits and reduce isolation.

Bank Support Workers have the ability to accept any shifts available on an ad-hoc basis across from all of Look Ahead's specialisms including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Homelessness and Young People. Bank Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices. Within Learning Disability services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. Within Mental Health and Homelessness services they will enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package. About the role:

This is a home based role that will include travel across England and Wales when delivering training. You will be working within a specific project that delivers learning externally to other organisations outside of VS. Your primary goal will be to design and deliver high quality learning interventions based on what our customers need.

As an External Trainer you will:

• Manage, coordinate and deliver professional, engaging and interactive training sessions to external clients using a range of facilitation methods, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed training objectives, materials and quality standards.

Lepra is dedicated to addressing leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and their consequences through direct support, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive communities. We work in Bangladesh and in India, through our sister organisation, LEPRA Society. We work in partnership with people affected by leprosy and LF to improve detection, ensure access to treatment and care, and promote inclusion and wellbeing. Last year we finalised our new Global Strategy for 2024-30, which will guide us in our efforts to accelerate progress towards global targets for leprosy and LF, and towards our vision of a world free from leprosy and LF.

Job Context

Lepra UK is seeking to expand impactful social research, and the research internship was created to assist with moving forward some key research pieces during the summer 2025. As Research Intern, you will work alongside the Head of Research and a team of research volunteers to complete a systematic evidence review on the experience of children affected by leprosy of stigma, discrimination and mental health responses. You will support the review with screening of articles, data extraction, verification, coding, synthesis and quality assessment. You will join the team two months into the project, taking on various roles to assist with the completion of this project. You will also help with conducting a literature review on the socio-cultural reasons for (non)adherence in multi-drug therapy treatment (MDT). Other tasks will be assigned as they emerge. Your work will provide valuable insight into under-researched fields and will contribute to evidence-based publications, recommendations and programming.

Person Specification

Essential

• Current or recent post-graduate in a relevant MSc/PhD programme (or otherwise affiliated to an academic institution)

The Education Access Coordinator will equip young asylum seekers and refugees to access further (FE) and higher education (HE) through advice and guidance, 1:1 casework and training for other professionals. 

This role sits within the Education Access team: everything we do is focussed on supporting young refugees and asylum seekers into an appropriate form of education from primary school right the way up to university.

The team is separated into three work streams: access to schools, access to FE and access to HE. We also run a national email and telephone advice service through which young people, their families and the professionals who support them, can receive timely and accurate advice and support about any aspect of accessing education in the UK.

This role straddles the access to FE and HE streams of work and, although it would be helpful to have some experience of working in these sectors, our experience is that this knowledge can be taught and is not as important to us as other qualities and experience.

The successful candidate will, however, need to be able to understand and retain a great deal of complex information and then clearly articulate this to others both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate would be someone who would relish becoming an expert in refugee access to FE and HE and would enjoy the problem solving element of navigating complex regulations to find the right solution for an individual struggling to access education. 

The successful candidate will also need to have experience of and enjoy working with vulnerable young people both individually and in groups. A key element of this role is ongoing casework with individuals - where you will need to build a supportive and trusting relationship over the long term - alongside running one-off workshops for large groups where the priority is to quickly gain young people’s confidence and attention. 

Finally, the successful candidate will be responsible for representing REUK’s access pillar externally.  You will co-deliver training to a high standard as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities, FE colleges, universities and other NGOs - it is therefore imperative that you have excellent people skills.

Course structure and requirements

The National Curriculum for High Intensity Psychotherapeutic Counselling within NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression outlines the full details of the course structure. To summarise, the following outlines the key training requirements:  

· A 1-year core psychotherapeutic counselling foundation level training, which also introduces the chosen NHS Talking Therapies modality. Following sign off for readiness, trainees can begin to practice at West London Centre for Counselling with people with mild to moderate depression

· Followed by, a 2-year post-graduate diploma (PGDip) in psychotherapeutic counselling (minimum 120 credits at Level 7)

· A minimum of 450 supervised client hours gained within a NHS Talking Therapies service

· A minimum of 450 training hours (skills and theory)  

· A minimum of 50 personal therapy hours  

· A minimum of 90 minutes of training supervision to every six hours of client work (or the equivalent for group supervision), or 90 minutes per week if they have completed less than six hours of client work in the week

· NHS Talking Therapy services will be responsible for supervision on site, including oversight of case management, clinical governance and management supervision in line with the supervision requirements of the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.

· An average of two to three days per week of clinical practice in NHS Talking Therapies services

· Individual accreditation (professional registration) with a professional body in line with the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual (see the manual for more details)

This includes gathering, encouraging and empowering local Christians involved in sports ministry, including expressions of chaplaincy and missional communities centred around sports clubs, centres, educational settings and gyms.  A number of local churches across denominations and Dioceses have been supporters of the project. 

In the past Activate has supported sports projects in local schools, an activity-based church service, wellbeing cafe sessions, exercise sessions for the elderly and youth activities.  The successful candidate will be involved in re-launching Activate’s mission after a break due to staff changes. 

About your team

With this role, you will have the benefit of being part of a national-focused sports team at SU, as well as the south team with a regional focus and the local context with Activate. You’ll work out of the office of St Peter’s Church, West Molesey, benefiting from the support of a local parish-based team including clergy and youth workers. Do you enjoy writing about theology and politics? Are you passionate about helping Christians to understand the Bible and what is going on in society? Are you skilled at research, developing resources and creating content? If so, this could be the role for you!

We're currently hiring for the role of Content Writer. This will sit within the expanding Communications Team, and will particularly focus on creating new resources which will inform and inspire Christians to care about and to take action around politics.

This is an exciting time to join the team, and a varied role, with the opportunity to write everything from short video scripts to extended theological papers (and everything in between!). We also intend to embark on new projects, including Bible Studies and Online Courses.

The successful candidate will have strong theological understanding, proven skills in writing, and the ability to encapsulate CARE's tone of 'truth and grace'. The position is full time and based in our London office, although flexible work options will be considered for the right candidate.
