About the Role
As Policy & Advocacy Officer, you’ll be a core member of our dynamic policy team, helping to influence positive change at the heart of environmental, planning, and community policy in the UK. FareShare Midlands is proud to partner with Muslim Hands to launch a new Community Pantry network in Nottingham. This exciting initiative will redistribute healthy surplus food to support communities in need - tackling food waste and providing affordable food to those who need it most

The Role

The Pantry Coordinator will play a vital hands-on role in both developing and managing the daily operations of these new community food pantries.  They will be responsible for managing food supplies, while embedding food safety guidelines and best practices at every stage.  They will implement effective systems to ensure smooth service delivery while continuously consulting with the community to refine and improve the pantries’ operations.

As a critical role in the success of the trial, the Pantry Coordinator will monitor performance, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality. Additionally, they will create and maintain an inclusive, welcoming space where individuals and families can access food with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Collaborate with supply chain, member services, and depot teams to ensure pantries receive an appropriate mix of high-quality, nutritious food that meets community needs
• Oversee and provide hands-on support with receiving, storing, and displaying food across all pantry sites
• Monitor and manage inventory to ensure adequate food for all attendees and minimise any waste
• Implement systems to maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational efficiency within the pantry
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Drive our vans to deliver food from the depot to the pantries as required

Community Engagement

• Work closely with pantry community leads and partner venues to foster strong collaboration and build community resilience
• Build positive relationships with pantry members, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed
• Use community consultation and feedback to continuously enhance the pantry experience
• Promote a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for all users

Volunteer Coordination

You will work in our Aspire Team to further develop specialist youth work provision in Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire, supporting young people’s emotional well-being and helping them to overcome challenge and develop social skills. • Build positive relationships with autistic children and young people through different programme activities.

Herts Mind Network (HMN) has formed a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver a one-to-one outreach service for people who are in hospitals across Hertfordshire.

About the Role:

• To receive referrals from the staff at Lister Hospital.
• To manage and prioritise all administration tasks associated with the service.
• To build strong relationships with staff at Lister Hospital and Mental Health Teams across Hertfordshire.
• To work in partnership with other agencies.
• To establish a strong presence on the ward, working at the hospital when required.
• Ensure a direct community service is in place which encourages, motivates and builds patients self-esteem and confidence. This will include goal setting and support with social and practical skills development.

About the Role

The Supported Lodgings service provides long term placements for 16 and 17 year old young people with care experience in the homes of vetted and trained Community Hosts. This service will provide structured support packages enabling young people to develop a range of skills as they move towards independent living.

The role is a busy and varied one. You will be responsible for ensuring all young people referred to the service, are assessed, supported and placed effectively with their hosts. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training and management of hosts, as well as promoting the service to key stakeholders, and supporting young people directly.

Your work will be underpinned by Depaul’s Endeavour model of assets-based, psychologically informed delivery. The aim of this is to ensure that every young person leaves the service with the skills and resilience to be confident and self-determining in their lives.

Working under the direction, guidance and support of the Greater Manchester Prevention Services Manager you will be responsible for young people needing longer-term placements, as well as sharing responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all hosts and staff at the service.

Key responsibilities include:

· First point of contact for young people and referral partners.

· Assess needs and risks, ensuring suitable safeguarding and placements.

· Arrange young people’s stays, ensuring support and a welcoming environment.

· Ensure health and safety through regular checks and reporting.

· Provide regular support and planning sessions for young people

· Support young people in preparing for independent living and long-term housing.

About You

You will need to have the following skills and experience:

· Experience and an understanding of working with Care Leavers, young people experiencing homelessness, unaccompanied asylum seekers or people in crisis

· Experience in supporting young people with their support needs, working closely with other key professionals.

8Cats Digital is on a mission to create the most effective, creative, and accountable digital marketing campaigns in the sector and we’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join us.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital campaigns that have real-world impact - from bringing in leads for legacy campaigns to raising seven figures for individual giving. You’ll take a client brief and lead it through every stage: creative ideation, execution, optimisation, and analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Take briefs from major charity clients and translate them into outstanding multichannel digital strategies
• Oversee campaigns from start to finish: from creative briefing to real-time optimisation to final reporting.
• Work across a diverse range of causes and channels, leading on paid media and collaborating with specialists on delivery.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for our in-house team (designers, ad buyers, copywriters).
• Monitor live campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 - spotting trends, fixing problems, and seizing opportunities.
• Deliver post-campaign insights that go beyond the numbers - and explains the 'why'.
• Support the senior team on key accounts, and lead others independently.
• Contribute to our long-term mission to raise £100m for our clients' causes by 2035. A target we're well on our way to achieving. 

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house) working with charities or non-profits.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
• Ability to manage campaigns from brief through to post-campaign insights.
• Strong data skills, able to review performance and draw actionable conclusions
• Experience creating post-campaign reports and communicating impact
• Comfortable working across multiple clients and causes simultaneously 
• Charity sector experience or knowledge of fundraising campaign types (desirable)
• Familiarity with other paid digital channels such as YouTube, TikTok, Reddit or offline channels like DOOH or TV (desirable)

The Details:

• Location: Remote (UK-based), with travel to London for client meetings or team meetups

We are looking for someone to join the Bristol Women’s Pathway (*women only) as a Project Worker. Our Women’s pathway offers safe spaces from abuse, exploitation or Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and provides accommodation and housing related support to women experiencing homelessness;

As a Project Worker you will join a team dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to residents while they are living in the hostel, and a positive move-on into independent housing. In this role you will:

• Oversee a caseload of clients and provide ongoing 1-1 support in an approachable, caring and person-centred way.
• Provide practical and personal support to clients with complex needs around areas such as housing and health. 
• Have a good understanding of a person centred approach and how to provide the right support to clients to meet individual needs, identifying personal aims and ambitions and making plans to achieve them.  
• Work with the team, external statutory agencies and voluntary organisations to ensure everyone has access to available support.  
• Continue to develop your skills further around working with clients in a holistic way, and to gain a deeper understanding of housing and benefits law, and other specialist areas through training, supervision and line management support. 

In this role you will work on a shift rota including mornings, evenings and weekends. In some of these role’s staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

About you 

We are looking for enthusiastic people with experience helping people throughout difficult periods and a process of change, and able to manage complex situations. If you have good interpersonal and skills, patience and resilience we will provide you with the knowledge and training you need to work with clients in a holistic and person-centred way. You should also demonstrate:

• A sound understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness, and the difficulties they can experience in accessing services.
• Some experience of liaising with a number of individuals or agencies to achieve effective outcomes for others.
• Good communication and listening skills and the ability to work with a variety of different people.
• The ability to work in a role that supports vulnerable people and maintain high level of contact with clients on a day to day basis.
• Above all, you should have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives with a non-judgemental approach to working with people with complex needs.
