We are looking for 2 people to join our HR Shared Services (HRSS) team supporting employees across St Mungo’s in HRSS Administrator roles. This is a busy and varied role where you will play a key part in providing high quality and proactive administrative support function within the HRSS team.
We are offering 1 fixed term contract until 07/08/2026 (or secondment for internal applicants), and 1 permanent post.

- Provide a high quality and proactive service to all internal and external customers and colleagues through the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Be reliable and proactive with the ability to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner and adapt to competing to priorities.

- Working closely alongside other HR Administrators to ensure an effective and smooth running HRSS team function.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Head of Governance will lead the charity’s small Governance and Risk, and Facilities teams. They are responsible for governance, company secretarial, risk management, health and safety, safeguarding, information governance, procurement and contracts management, business continuity planning, and management of facilities and the charity's office and small portfolio of other properties.
The role would suit someone who enjoys a broad remit and working with colleagues across the charity, who can think around issues and implement pragmatic solutions. As the role has a wide remit, the ability to learn quickly will be key. Candidates will need senior level experience of charity governance, risk management and safeguarding, ideally working with adults at risk. Applicants will need to be good communicators, verbally and in writing.
This role is 0.5FTE (17.5 hours per week), normally to be worked across 2.5 days a week, and at least 2 days per week. There is some flexibility about how the hours can be worked, with attendance required at specific management and trustee meetings. Office attendance will be required on average 2 days a week for meetings and due to responsibility for office management.

Role Purpose
The Operations Director is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of all operational aspects of Katherine Low Settlement. This role oversees the day-to-day operational leadership of the charity, ensuring that its systems, processes, and teams are aligned with strategic objectives and compliant with relevant legislation.
This position will lead on programme delivery, financial management, human resources, IT infrastructure, risk and compliance, governance, and facilities management, ensuring that the organisation operates smoothly and sustainably. The post-holder will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), embedding a strong safeguarding culture across the organisation, and also be responsible for policy development and culture and wellbeing.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Operations will work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, funders, partners, and staff to drive organisational effectiveness and ensure that the charity can continue delivering high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Organisational Strategy
- Provide strategic leadership for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement efficient systems, processes, and policies to improve operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees to ensure that the charity is resilient, agile, and positioned for sustainable growth.

This is a great opportunity to join the unique RCJ Advice - Citizens Advice & Law Centre. We are looking for an experienced Trust and Corporate Manager - to be known as a High Value Partnerships Manager - to join our small and friendly fundraising team. You will be responsible for driving our strategy for fundraising from Corporate Partnerships and Trusts & Grants, both of which are already well-established income streams with lots of great potential. You will also use your experience to identify, attract and win new partnerships.

The Brompton Fountain is the children’s charity at Royal Brompton Hospital - a world leading specialist centre for complex heart and lung disease. We work alongside people to help them escape poverty, build confidence, and find community.
Our principal activity is the prevention of food poverty and food insecurity by offering culturally appropriate food, fresh fruits, and vegetables as well as dietary and religiously appropriate food which we have continued to run at our five-week sessions to local people for as long as they address the underlying cause.
We also provide a range of wraparound support, including advice services, particularly around employment and immigration through our Back2Work Team, Holiday Clubs for Children, Youth Groups, a Clothing Bank and our Spring Up Women’s group.

Volunteer Management:

Work in collaboration with the Leadership Team and Business Support Team to recruit and train Volunteers.

Oversee and manage the volunteers in the team who support activities and events, providing necessary guidance and supervision.

Coordinate and oversee all Food Service / Project volunteers, and oversee the volunteer timetable to ensure the best use of volunteers

Coordinate the volunteer team at the warehouse and oversee groups of corporate volunteers, school groups, and other youth groups visiting to help.

Administration and Reporting:

This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead a driven team of Volunteering Partners. The Volunteering Partnerships and Implementation team strive to inspire, support and enable a quality offer and experience for volunteers and volunteer managers. Through working directly with the Dementia Support and Partnerships directorate (who deliver our services), you will be making a difference to volunteers, volunteer managers and people affected by dementia.
You will be a trusted expert in volunteering, building relationships with senior managers and leaders by creating a structured approach to how we support the directorate in order to give the best possible volunteering experience. You will lead a team of Volunteering Partners and work collaboratively across the Volunteering team as well as with the People Partnering team to create ways of working, deliver projects, develop connections and ensure we provide a strategic and structured service to our stakeholders.

About you
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience as a trusted expert in volunteering who is able to listen, lead and engage their team as well as a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
Using deep volunteering expertise as well as any experience of voluntary income, the Senior Volunteering Partner will be skilled at building trust through meaningful relationships with senior managers and leaders.

About us
We’re a thriving advice organisation that is part of the national Citizens Advice network. Our services are delivered by a team of around 40 paid staff and 60 volunteers. We have a typical annual turnover of £2 million and in addition to our core advice service, funded by Wandsworth Council, we have a range of projects funded by trusts, foundations and our local Integrated Care System.

We’re recruiting a Service Manager for our Financial Resilience Navigators project and Home Visiting Team. This role will sit within our Management Team and we expect the successful candidate will divide their time roughly equally between the two projects.
As well as contributing to the leadership of the organisation, the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading and supporting teams of staff and volunteers, ensuring they are equipped, trained, and motivated to deliver effective, high-quality client-centred services.
- Managing and supervising support and advice projects across multiple channels (in-person, outreach, home visiting, online, telephone), ensuring services are accessible to vulnerable client groups.
- Managing relationships with commissioners and funders, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations and can demonstrate this to our funders.
- Leading in building and maintaining positive, collaborative partnerships with statutory, voluntary, and community sector agencies and teams.
- Providing direct advice and ongoing support to clients, maintaining a caseload where appropriate, particularly in complex or high-priority situations.
This role might suit applicants wwith experience of giving advice and supervising advice services, but it also offers opportunities to develop skills and knowledge around Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, as the Financial Resilience Navigators project is a pilot that will be externally evaluated.
