JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of People, the Head of People Services is responsible for leading the delivery of a quality and customer focused core people service to MSF UK. The post holder leads on all operational aspects of the People department (with the exception of employee relations), including all recruitment, core people and payroll processes, administration, systems, data and reporting.
Key duties areas follows:
- Lead, motivate and develop the People Services team towards our goal of providing a seamless and customer focused people service.
- Encourage and develop the team’s interaction and collaboration across MSF UK to support high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement, with a focus on recruitment as the priority, ensuring that a workforce plan is in place for recruitment activity.
- Project-manage the development and implementation of efficient, effective, customer focused end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for MSF UK office and hosted contracts, including the introduction of the new ATS.
- Work with the Head of Employee Relations to update People Services’ policies and ensure people policy updates are embedded as documented procedures.
- Lead the production of people reporting statistics; analysing information and producing draft reports for the CoDir, Remuneration Committee and Board. Ensure that the information provided enables managers and the Board to make decisions.
- Lead the team to ensuretheefficientprovisionofpayandbenefitsadministrationtoensurepayrollaccuracy and compliance with legislation, and lead the implementation of the annual pay review and periodic salary benchmarking.
- Lead on external relationships and ensure contracts are in place that support the effective running of the People department. Responsible for the management, renewal and procurement of external supplier contracts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MCIPD qualified (level 7) or an equivalent level of professional knowledge and experience gained through demonstrable significant experience working in People functions across recruitment, core people services and payroll.
- Evidence of skills and experience in developing and implementing efficient Recruitment and core People systems and processes that are efficient, legally compliant, represent value for money, and meet customers’ needs.

Purpose of the role:
The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. Key responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration and Support:

Role Summary
Our current Director of Finance & Operations will be going on maternity leave in mid-October 2025 and we are looking for an experienced and energetic interim Director of Finance & Operations who will be able to hit the ground running in overseeing all of our finance, HR and operations, which underpin our core mission and work to support babies, families and health professionals across the neonatal community.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Clinical strategy and plans for growth
Have responsibility for the strategic development of TTI’s clinical team, clinical delivery and clinical outcomes, to meet TTI’s ambitious and transformational Strategy 2025-2030.
Provide clinical leadership to the development of TTI’s strategic vision and annual delivery planning, models of service delivery, standards and clinical governance.
Support and enable partners, service users and especially those with lived experience to inform TTI’s clinical service design, delivery and evaluation and to engage in communications and research activities in a way that is psychologically safe and follows principles of trauma-informed practice.
Manage TTI’s clinical capacity and skills, and oversee the growth and development of the team, including recruiting, supervising and managing workload/ assignment of internal staff, associates and external multi-disciplinary team to ensure the organisation’s ability to meet service demand.
Develop and implement strategies to actively promote diversity in the clinical team and champion culturally sensitive approaches to trauma treatment through research, partnerships and new projects.

Delivery of Clinical Services
Drive TTI’s clinical delivery, in line with TTI’s overarching strategic objectives, including setting long-term and annual objectives and KPIs, within the context of clinical evidence- based best practice, trauma informed principles, participation of those with lived experience and budgetary, donor and risk-management requirements.
Oversee the development and implementation of TTI’s clinical treatment pathways for survivors of torture, trafficking, slavery and violent conflict or those affected by vicarious trauma or burnout through their work in human rights, including:
- up to date and evidence based clinical pathways for the main clinical presentations we see at TTI
- robust assessment, formulation, treatment and ending processes
- robust partnership agreements with organisations referring people to TTI for clinical treatment.
Develop and refine TTI’s clinical services in response to community needs and local/global events, in line with TTI’s strategy, including for working in international communities affected by violent conflict.
Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload.
Deliver services to TTI’s organisational clients, (including organisational reviews, trauma training, 1:1 professional consultations, critical incident support), especially to pilot, test and quality control these aspects of TTI’s delivery.
Support gaps in clinical team capacity as required to ensure smooth running of delivery and excellence of service to our individual and organisational clients.
Support internal processes led by the fundraising team to design new projects and develop grant applications in order to grow the reach and impact of TTI’s work.
Support the development of international projects and partnerships and oversee the safe delivery of international work, whether in person or online, in collaboration with the Projects and Partnerships Lead.

Maintain and further develop a robust framework for quality assurance and evaluation of TTI’s clinical activities, including engagement of clients, service users and those with lived experience.

Support the transition of TTI’s clinical team and associates onto client management software, with a focus on good data, confidentiality and consistency of adoption.

Clinical Risk and Safeguarding
Hold delegated authority from the Board for TTI’s clinical risk management, including engagement in TTI’s Risk-Management Sub-Committee, driving implementation of risk-management and mitigation actions relating to clinical delivery and leading TTI’s monthly internal QSP meetings.
Feed into internal annual policy review processes, as they relate to clinical delivery, risk management and compliance with clinical duties and trauma-informed practice.

People Management

Essential Criteria
● HCPC registered psychologist who has completed Post Graduate doctoral level training in counselling or clinical psychology.

About the role

You will lead all aspects of charity financial and resource management for two separate but closely connected charities, the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) and the Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA), which are supported by a single head office team. Position: Programme Officer
Reporting to: Senior Programme Manager
Location: Sidcup, Greater London, and hybrid working of 1 day in the office and 4 days remote (subject to change)
Contract Type: Permanent and full-time
Starting Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 gross per annum (based on experience) plus benefits

The Programme Officer will work closely with both the project teams and the wider organisation to support the effective management and delivery of projects across from our London office.
Purpose
The Programme Officer will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation of project delivery activities across our portfolio, predominantly in Africa, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. The post holder will support project delivery, ensuring quality expectations (internal and client), delivering within the scope and budgeted resources of projects, and in line with project timelines. They will work closely with other members of the programme delivery team, our technical team, delivery partners, and consultants to ensure projects maximise their positive impact and will also support the Senior Programme Manager to disseminate good management practice across the organisation, and advise on delivery approaches.
Main Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Programme Officer include the following:
1. Project Support
- Provide support to Programme Managers in the delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope and comply with client contracts
- Take on the project management of assigned select projects within a determined budget/complexity threshold, ensuring that they are delivered to time and quality
- Set-up and monitor project workplans, including change requests ensuring that approvals are formally recorded and filed
- Manage day-to-day relationships with delivery partners and internal team(s) and build a solid understanding of delivery needs and timelines across projects
- Monitor and support timely client and consultant billing and invoices attached to delivery
- Support onboarding of consultants for new projects, including due diligence checks and contract preparation based on set templates
- Ensure project management software and tools are accurate and kept up to date for allocated projects
- Provide timely responses to client queries and alert the Senior Project Manager of any potential risks
- Lead duty of care and travel planning for staff and consultants, working alongside administrative officers
- Liaise closely with technical colleagues and Project Managers on project support needs.
2. Project Financial Management
- Monitor project budget performance, capturing variances and liaising with the Finance Team and Senior Programme Manager
- Monitor and support the processing of consultants’ expenses/fees against contracts and client invoices against contracts.
- Make recommendations to ensure financial outcomes are met with respect to time, quality and cost, and provide early warning of project overspend
- Prepare internal project update reporting including finances and resourcing using required management tools.
3. Organisational Support and Business Development
- Provide support in strengthening policies, procedures, and management tools for Development Pathways
- Coordinate with wider project teams to ensure technical capacity is well planned across Development Pathways’ portfolio of projects
- Signpost colleagues to relevant project management tools and processes, when required
- Support project closure processes as required, capturing and sharing lessons internally
- Provide ad hoc input to evolving organisational requirements as directed by senior members
- Assist with the identification and monitoring of business opportunities in donor markets, as requested
- Update SharePoint and ensure project data sheets are developed and up to date to facilitate bids for tenders
- Collate and share project information to support the Business Development and Communications department.
Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
The Programme Officer will require the following combination of applied skills, knowledge, and behaviours to successfully contribute to team goals:
Required:
- An undergraduate degree in an appropriate subject
- Around 3 years’ experience working on project support or delivery within international development, research and/or the consultancy sector
- Ability and confidence to work independently and manage their own workflows
- Good communication skills and an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders at the individual level and in representation of the organisation
- Excellent drafting skills
- Ability to understand and effectively analyse and utilise financial information
- Proven ability to resolve problems, anticipate barriers and create practical solutions
- High IT proficiency (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated attention to detail ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Ability to travel internationally when required.

- Up to 3 yeaers project management experience
- Proficiency in additional languages

Reporting Lines:
This post will report to the UK Office Senior Programme Manager.
