About the role

• Be a key point of contact for receiving and processing referrals to the Providence Row, Resource Centre.
• Complete assessments of those referred to the Centre
• Make statutory and non-statutory housing referrals dependant on the persons need and eligibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including outreach teams, health services, City of London Police and other support organisations.
• Work within the Team Around Me model, engaging closely with the City Outreach Teams and the Navigator service to develop and implement joint action plans for people rough sleeping.
• Connect City clients with essential health services to address tri-morbidity—the complex combination of physical ill health, mental health, and substance use that often affects individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.
• Facilitate referrals to training, employability, and volunteering programs to support long-term stability and independence.

Full-stack Developer

We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the development/digital marketing team for a twelve month fixed term contract.

Position: CE369 Full-stack Developer (two posts)

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work related meetings)

Salary: £40,906 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,275 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

Hours: 2 x 35 hours per week positions available

Contract: These are fixed-term contracts for 12 months.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Digital Developer, the Full-stack Developer will help to make a mark on the transformation and future proofing of all Association websites and microsites whilst helping the development/digital marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Combining solid LAMP stack experience with strong skills in HTML, JavaScript and pre-processed CSS and a proven working knowledge of Drupal 9/10 to build accessible and high performing responsive website solutions
• Working in an agile environment, both independently and with other team members, from tickets created in the Jira project management system by a range of internal clients across the charity
• A willingness to switch between the back and front end development aspects of the role depending on the requirement of each given task
• Offering solutions to problems and improvements to the quality of the Drupal development environment
• Creating and executing accessible, responsive web solutions while adhering to existing brand design requirements
• Ensuring that best practices are followed for both back and front end performance
• Writing high standard, clean code to best current practices using version control (Git)

About You

You will have/be:

• Solid LAMP stack experience
• Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript and pre-processed CSS, preferably SASS
• Experience of in working in a mobile first development environment
• A working knowledge of Drupal 8-10 and its core and main contributed modules
• Fully conversant with version control, preferably Git
• Experience with Jira or any other similar project management system and of developing in an agile environment
• Happy to work in a command line environment, knowledge of working with Drush
• Knowledge of package and version management via Composer
• Experience working with AWS environments, especially EC2, S3 and Cloud9
• Experience theming with Twig templates
• An open mind to new technologies and development practices

Main Purposes of Job and Key Tasks

We are seeking a highly organised and quick-witted Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at Spring Community Hub. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or project management and excel at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation and ensuring smooth workflows across various departments.

In addition to their primary operations duties, the Operations Officer will also play a key role in recruiting and managing volunteers, organising events, and assisting with fundraising activities. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Governance Adviser to join our busy Governance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level secretariat support for the end to end cycle of meetings and activity within your allocated RBL committees, sub committees and UK and overseas subsidiaries. Working in a small and tight knit team, this role supports the wide range of activities forming the engine room of RBL’s corporate governance. It will bring you into contact with a large variety of stakeholders at all levels around the organisation so being an effective and confident communicator is key.

Reporting to and working closely with our Governance Manager, you will provide cross committee governance cover, enabling the efficient running of meetings through the year including at Annual Conference and assisting in election processes for National Officers, Trustees and Membership Council.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Arrange agendas, collate papers, attend and minute committee meetings, and liaise with Chairs of committees to achieve a high-performance governance process
- Ensure meeting minutes actions are recorded and completed in a timely fashion and are maintained on the board platform
- Work closely with Executive Directors and paper authors to ensure reports are received in a timely fashion and contain consistent quality
- Work with the Governance Support Officer to ensure the effective organisation of subsidiary and committee meetings of the Board including dates and times, venue, attendees, agendas, minutes, action logs, and the cycle of pre and post committee meetings with the Chairs
- Support the Trustees and Executive Board in the smooth running of the governance of the RBL Annual Conference by attending for the duration of the conference weekend and providing governance support in preparation for the Annual Conference

12. Support the active promotion of the FYT training and resource offer.
13. Lead the monitoring and evaluation (impact assessment) of FYT’s work
