The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the CRM and Customer Data Lead will ensure that the charity get the most out of the CRM data so that it can deliver insight driven selections and segmentations for the whole organisation, supporting and collaborating with colleagues to reach and engage with customers in a compliant and customer-centred way.

We're in a fantastic position to have recently have partnered with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) for an evaluation of our programmes. 

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Manchester.

• The Manchester Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.

• Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.

We are recruiting a Research Financial Analysis Lead – a critical new role focused on delivering robust financial modelling, analysis and tools to support King's in maximising research impact and managing cost recovery. You will work across Finance, Research Management, and senior stakeholders to develop data-led insight and improve the visibility of research financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the development of tools and models that integrate research data into financial planning and forecasting
• Build a dynamic, multi-year planning framework based on research grant data and cost recovery assumptions
• Enhance in-year forecasting by linking live data to forward-looking analytics
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Research Management, and FP&A teams to ensure data consistency and alignment
• Drive process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements across research finance
• Contribute to TRAC and benchmarking analysis to inform strategy and performance

About You:

• Deep understanding of research finance, including income recognition and overhead recovery
• Strong experience in research grant financial management and reporting frameworks
• Skilled at financial modelling, data integration and building analytic tools (Power BI or similar)
• Knowledge of TRAC, financial planning, and the UK research funding landscape
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing financial change projects in complex environments
• A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) and at least 5 years post-qualification experience is desirable

About the opportunity

We're in a fantastic position to have recently have partnered with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) for an evaluation of our programmes. 

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Sussex.

• The Sussex Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
• The Sussex Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities
 

• Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
• Responsible for overseeing the quality of tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery. Provide regular check-ins with tutors to ensure ample support and guidance is given to provide targeted tuition to pupils.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers. Maintain clear and timely communication with relevant school staff, offering regular check-ins with key school stakeholders, and contribute to impact reporting to schools. Supporting the Programme Manager with strategies to retain and sustain school partnerships.
• Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty.

Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset. We are currently looking for a Head of Logistics and Trading to join our team responsible for the management and duties arising from the MSSC stores team and Sea Cadets Shop orders, and other departmental functions.

We are looking for a capable, ambitious person, able to accept increasing responsibilities, as the department transitions significant staff/role changes in the coming months.

Responsibilities

• To manage the operations of the MSSC Logistics & Trading department, which includes motor transport management for the MSSC.
• To be line manager to the Logistics & Trading Team.
• Be Building Manager responsible for the safety and security of all machinery, staff and operations within Sea Cadet Stores.
• Be responsible for budgetary control and finances associated with the department.
• To provide warehouse management and administrative oversite to operations for receipt and dispatch of online shop orders, MoD and MSSC stores held on loan throughout the MSSC.
• Liaise with SCC units, contractors, suppliers and MoD, to effectively deliver an efficient, effective department.
• Be responsible for maintain appropriate levels of MoD and Sea Cadets Shop stock.
• Liaise with Royal Navy regarding use of RN systems for purchasing uniforms and other RN provided equipment.
• Manage warehouse receipt and dispatch, ensuring that all orders are dispatched within specified timelines.
• Manage the operations of the Westminster Stores and Sea Cadets Shop online systems, ensuring that all records are maintained and up to date and accurate.
• Be prepared to assist with the manual aspects of warehouse activities as required.
• Liaise with Royal Navy and Captain of Sea Cadets regarding changing uniform requirements.
• Liaise with fundraising team to develop a strategy for increasing sales in the SCC shop.

Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health charity. Our vision is a society in which everyone has positive mental health and feels part of a connected community.

About the Role and the Project

CPSL Mind’s Perinatal service delivers one to one and group support to pregnant women and new mums and dads who are at risk of, or are experiencing, a mental health challenge in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough.

We have recently secured new funding to increase our support across Cambridgeshire. As part of that funding, we will be setting up a substantial support package for Dads across Cambridgeshire. The support will include group support, one to one support and working with partners, businesses and employers to better support dads. We also have a funding to launch support for dads in Peterborough which will include group and one to one support. This is an exciting new role which will be instrumental in setting up the service as well as delivering the support across both areas.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver the support we offer to new parents in our area by providing a collection of tools and techniques to promote positive mental wellbeing through our groups and one to one sessions.

The successful candidate will have the skills to of time management and adaptability, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to be able to support dads as well as network and build service connections with other professionals, partners and businesses.
