About the role and you

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and talented senior practitioner to join the management team for a thriving service area, whilst continuing to work directly with autistic adults. In this role:

· You will oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of specialist services for autistic adults who have sexually offended or are at risk of doing so.

· You will support our skilled practitioners in delivering an evidence informed and quality service.

· You will passionately enable and uphold the team’s commitment to excellent practice in the prevention of child sexual abuse.

This role requires clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of autism, sexual offending behaviour, and safeguarding. The postholder provide expert consultation, and will ensure that all our interventions are neurodiversity-informed, trauma-sensitive, and evidence-based. The goal of the project is to ensure that autistic people across Scotland are empowered to make better choices about their behaviour online and offline.

The postholder will also contribute to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and service innovation, supporting the Lucy Faithfull Foundation’s mission to prevent child sexual abuse.

This post needs someone who is confident in project management, professional, proactive and outcome-focused, with exceptional communication and engagement skills. You will have the vision and operational management capabilities to maintain and advance support for our clients.

The post is funded by the Support Autistic Adults fund until March 2028 and the post is offered on a fixed term contract until this date.

About the role
We’re looking for a warm, proactive organiser to help more women seeking sanctuary access our Touching Safe Ground programme — weekly trauma-informed yoga and English for wellbeing sessions in East London. You’ll reach out to asylum hostels, GP surgeries and community and legal services to connect with women who may benefit. You’ll support them in attending, help sessions run smoothly, and manage practicalities like childcare, refreshments and expenses. A key part of the role is also building a brilliant volunteer team — recruiting, supporting and coordinating volunteers who make our sessions possible. You’ll also work closely with the Project Lead and colleagues on outreach, monitoring and partnership-building. How are staff supported to work remotely?

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

The Wise Group is a leading social enterprise working to lift people out of poverty through mentoring support, employment, skills, and energy advice.  St Giles and The Wise Group came together to form a partnership with the aim of supporting the Probation Resettlement reforms by offering a high-quality service underpinned by staff who have lived experience and cultural competency.  As a result, we have been awarded contracts to deliver Financial Wellbeing Services across Wales that will involve providing a range of financial support and advice to community offenders and prison leavers. 

About this exciting opportunity

Our successful candidate will provide operational management and effective leadership to a team of Financial Wellbeing Coaches (FWCs) and Peer Advisor volunteers employed in the delivery of one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Finance, Benefit and Debt (FBD) services in Wales.

We will count on you to set performance objectives and monitor progress – ensuring compliance with contractual performance indicators and quality improvement, and to monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance.

This key role will also involve managing partnerships, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, and managing and coordinating allocated resources, including volunteers and spot purchase funds.  Ensuring there is a safe and trusting working environment for staff and working closely with other St Giles Wise Managers to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice are also key duties.

What we are looking for 

• Experience of working in, or managing, services supporting challenging people

• Experience working in or managing multi-agency partnerships working towards common objectives 

• Hold a relevant qualification, or be able to provide evidence of training at specialist level in money and/or welfare benefits advice 

• Sound understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload 

• Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, guidance codes of practice and industry standards

• Ability to coach and mentor staff to motivate and facilitate optimum performance Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading on key organisational projects, driving deadlines and delivering excellence in our products and services. What you will do:

• Act as Project Manager across concurrent projects that span the work of RCUK.
• Drive consistent standards of project management across teams, including clinical, technical and engagement projects
• Champion RCUK established project management process and governance requirements with colleagues
• Advise on best practice and drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain project documentation in collaboration with project teams.
• Report to Project Board.

Hertfordshire Mind Network deliver essential mental health support in Hertfordshire, providing a diverse range of services from our seven Wellbeing Centres and other venues across all ten districts of the county. Funded locally, our services are available to all residents in Hertfordshire over the age of 18 and we offer dedicated services for 5–18-year-olds.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Domestic Abuse Helpline Advisor to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and other forms of violence and abuse, including those at the point of crisis.

Helpline Advisors are responsible for providing high-quality, empowering, emotional and practical support, assistance and information to women and those supporting them, who contact the Freephone 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline, run by Refuge. Helpline Advisors deliver one to one support to women and those supporting them to ensure that they are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming service, enabling women to understand their rights, make decisions and increase their options. The job involves working across multiple platforms including phone and live chat, to inform survivors of the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety.
