In this role, you'll establish and lead the Organisational Development consulting team to diagnose organisational needs in order to design and deliver holistic solutions across multiple directorates and sites. What will be some of the main responsibilities?
Leads a high-performing internal consulting team, managing workload, priorities, and capacity in partnership with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise.
Sets and maintains high standards for Organisational Development consulting, using playbooks and quality reviews tailored to different working environments, including multiple settings.
Oversees the diagnosis, design, and delivery of complex Organisational Development interventions for the Directorates, such as operating model changes, team development, and capability building.
Supports the work of the Centre of Expertise by designing and delivering organisation-wide interventions to deliver the People Plan priorities.
Coordinates blended delivery teams and external partners, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and strong outcomes.
Tracks and reports the impact of Organisational Development interventions, capturing lessons learned and feeding improvements into CRUK's frameworks and toolkits.
Coaches leaders and teams through change, building confidence and capability to sustain improvements over time.
Manages and develops the Organisational Development consulting team, building a diverse pipeline of talent and ensuring inclusive, ethical, and psychologically safe practice.
Uses strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence decisions, secure sponsorship, and align delivery with strategic priorities.
What skills are we looking for?
Proven Organisational Development consulting experience in complex organisations, with strong judgement across diagnosis and design for culture and team-effectiveness challenges.
Team effectiveness expertise, with a track record diagnosing team dynamics and operating rhythms, strengthening purpose, roles and accountabilities, decision-making and cross-boundary collaboration.
Portfolio & service leadership experience: running intake/triage, prioritising against strategy, balancing capacity/skills, managing interdependencies and setting clear service standards.
Scale and quality assurance capability: turning designs into reusable playbooks/briefs with acceptance criteria; running proportionate Quality Analysis and learning loops to improve methods over time

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Registered Practitioner Psychologist with a background in clinical psychology to join our team in Croydon. The service offers a psychologically informed environment across four sites, providing low to high support forensic mental health services to our residents with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnosis. In this role, you will drive the delivery of evidence based psychological assessments and interventions aimed at the rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents into the communities. This is a creative, evolving, and impactful role which works closely with our Group Psychological Lead and wider teams to provide support to staff and at times residents to support in providing a streamlined and psychologically informed service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to the team with supporting our residents to overcome personal challenges and create a supportive environment
- Advise and streamline best practices, and enhance the overall skills and expertise of the team to deliver high quality care and support
- Provide clinical supervision to the team
- Provide highly specialised psychological assessments for our residents with mental health and complex needs
- Exercise full clinical responsibility for residents psychological care as a care coordinator within a multidisciplinary team

About You
We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, able to proactively encourage, take leadership and ownership for creating a psychologically informed environment. You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively within the organisation and with external partners, collaborating with external stakeholders regularly in a multidisciplinary approach. You will be able to utilise your own expertise and support in empowering the wider team to enhance their skills to deliver a service which is supportive, safe, and in line with best practice for the organisation and external regulatory bodies.
- HCPC Registration is essential
- Post-graduate doctoral level training as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology
- Previous experience working as a qualified clinical and/or forensic psychologist, including working with people with complex backgrounds/needs and a good understanding of the sector we run our services in
- Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
- Understanding of criminology, psychology, and behavioural patterns, and how they link to different behaviours and engagement
- Ability to understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise
- Ability and willingness to show flexibility in working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents

This role is essential in our drive for evidencing the impact of the work we do. Job Purpose
The Oxbridge Programme Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Explore Oxbridge programme. They will work closely with the Head of Student Opportunities to plan and develop the programme.
The role will involve the management and coordination of a comprehensive package of support for students from Year 9 / S2 upwards. This includes workshops, webinars, day trips and residentials designed to increase student knowledge about studying at selective universities, in particular The University of Oxford and The University of Cambridge.
The role will involve stewardship of various stakeholders, including Oxbridge colleges and IU school partners. The Programme Manager will work closely with the wider Student Opportunities team and IntoUniversity centre teams to ensure students are benefitting from the programme.

The Explore Oxbridge programme is open to students who are either currently being supported by IntoUniversity centres (typically students aged 14-18 years) or IntoUniversity Student Associates (IU alumni). The programme offered to students will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Eligibility for the role
In order to be eligible for the role, applicants will:
- Have completed an undergraduate degree to a 2.2 or higher.
- Have achieved a grade C or higher in GCSE Maths and English/ achieved National 5s or Standard Grade at Credit level (grades 1-2) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Have EITHER a minimum of 18 months full-time paid experience working in a delivery role at IntoUniversity; OR a minimum of 2 years full-time paid or voluntary experience working with children and young people, either at IntoUniversity, or external organisations, or a combination of both. For designated top food partners, you will be their day to day point of contact with regular face to face contact at all levels. You will undertake structured, strategic account management, leading and coordinating FareShare’s engagement across our organisation. This will mean agreeing and executing a bespoke joint business plan with each account to get more food, money and strategic support. You will also feedback on ways that we can better support our accounts and improve our services to them.
The Role
This role will identify, develop and manage top food partners relationships and strengthen existing business relationships with companies in the food industry, generating value for the partner and to secure growing and sustainable volumes of surplus food for the FareShare Network.
You will work directly and be on-site with top food partners to help identify and overcome the barriers which exist to giving surplus food to people in need as well as increasing money and strategic resource.
You will also be required to work closely with FareShare colleagues within FareShare and across the UK in our partner organisations in order to identify and understand opportunities for creating mutual and shared value.
Main areas of responsibility
Partnership Management
- Contribute to the development of consistent, structured Joint Business plans with designated accounts that take into account food, funding and other strategic initiatives to drive growth in food, money and other strategic resources.
- Work on behalf of the account to develop and embed services relevant to the account and agreed through the joint business plan – e.g. employability or store level redistribution.
- Execute joint business plans and report internally and externally on progress.
- Research and understand your accounts, including key ESG initiatives, waste streams, key personnel within the organisation that will help drive its success and engage the relevant internal departments through both desked based research and face to face contact.
- Proactively drive account forwards and progress these relationships with regular on-site visits and linking FareShare exec with key contacts.

What you'll do:

About Adolescent Health Study
The Adolescent Health Study (AHS) is an ambitious new UKRI-funded initiative to establish a prospective, longitudinal population study that will generate a globally leading open science data platform and research resource. AHS aims to recruit at least 100,000 young people from across the UK and to follow their mental and physical health and wellbeing over at least 10 years. It plans to collect data through questions and measures; to obtain bio-samples for a wide range of genomic and other high-throughput assays; and to capture linked data relevant to health and wellbeing from participants’ health, education and other administrative records. There will be a strong emphasis on engaging with and involving young people, schools, parents and other relevant stakeholders in the design and delivery of the study, as well as on including young people that represent as wide as possible a range of backgrounds, experiences and characteristics. AHS will focus on enabling a wide range of research, including studies of the critical biological and social developments that occur during the transition from childhood to adulthood and the determinants of both mental and physical health and wellbeing in adolescents and young adults.
