Job description

Senior Learning Coordinator
Hours: Full time, 35hrs/week, Monday to Friday
Based: London, Birmingham, Salford, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Belfast
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

Into Film is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young people’s educational, cultural and personal development. We are proud to say that over half of UK schools engage with our exciting programme of film clubs, cinema screenings, resources and training.

A new opportunity for a Senior Learning Coordinator has opened up at Into film in our Learning Team, reporting to the Training Manager, the postholder will be responsible for devising, commissioning and delivering high-quality film-focused online training, face-to-face courses for teachers and resources for use predominantly in school classroom settings and Into Film clubs and will have line management responsibility for the Learning Officer within the team.

The successful candidate will have UK teaching experience with the ability to train and support peers together with experience of planning, writing, overseeing and facilitating/moderating written online course content from inception to publication and will be able to demonstrate experience in learning management systems and online learning.  Significant experience of relationship building with will stakeholders, proven research, presentation and persuasive communication skills together with experience of working with and/or a good understanding of initial teacher training with demonstrative experience of engaging with these or similar partner organisations is also a requirement for the role.
