Contract: Maternity cover (12 months)
Salary: Up to £20,490 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

EACH hugely value our existing team of over 1600 dedicated volunteers, without whom we simply couldn’t do what we do! EACH are committed to ensuring our existing volunteers feel valued & supported, and as we begin to come out of the Covid 19 pandemic, there has never been a more important time to recruit a diverse team of volunteers to support our expanding retail, fundraising & care activities in a variety of new and exciting roles.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Volunteer Services team. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for potential volunteers, answering calls, responding to emails and responding to a variety of queries from both individuals and organisations.

Along with providing general administrative support, the post holder will also be responsible for maintaining accurate volunteer records on our database, ensuring confidentiality is kept at all times.

You will support managers in the induction and ongoing training of volunteers when required and be responsible for arranging ‘Thank You’ functions for our volunteers.

Benefits include generous annual leave and pension package (including NHS pension if already contributing), free parking, cycle to work scheme and a childcare voucher scheme.

This is a full-time maternity cover role for 12 months. You will be working from home, but will be well supported by your line manager and the wider Volunteer Services team. An office base will be assigned for occasional working where required, and this may be at any of our sites in Cambridge, Norwich or Ipswich.

Ideally we would like the successful candidate to start w/c 24th May 2021 to allow time for a handover.
