The role
The role of Executive Assistant is needed to provide high-quality executive support to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team. This role will oversee complex diary coordination and management, stakeholder support and communications, event planning, database management and administration for the Board of Trustees.
You’ll provide an expert administrative and coordination service to the CEO, liaising with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally. You’ll work reactively in response to changing priorities, as well as proactively, identifying ways to streamline communications, activities and engagements. You’ll be familiar with correspondence priorities, methods and composition, so that in the absence of the CEO, you can keep things moving and ensure that key stakeholders are attended to.
You’ll have a strong personal assistance and administrative background, preferably in the charity sector. You’ll be confident in juggling multiple workstreams and communicating with all levels of stakeholders. You’ll be patient, understanding and an attentive team player.
This role will be predominantly remote, however, some occasional travel to our London office (Vauxhall) will be required.

Job Purpose
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the effective delivery of the Creating Community Connections Pilot, ensuring the successful delivery of the pilot project, balancing the demands of supporting the various partnerships between funders, providers, and stakeholders to collectively deliver the required impact and ensure contract compliance.
Creating Community Connections is a three-year Domestic Abuse (DA) pilot Project, funded by HMPPS. The project is led by a partnership of women’s centre providers - Women in Prison, Anawim, Together Women, and Nelson Trust and aims to connect women in prisons with vital specialist community support services across the country, especially women's centres and organisations providing support around DA. By connecting prisons and women in custody to a network of local women’s services, we hope to aid resettlement and support engagement with holistic support to meet women’s needs, address root causes of offending, improve outcomes on release and intercept cycles of trauma, disadvantage, and abuse, with a particular focus on DA services. The project will ultimately support women who have experienced domestic abuse and work with them so that their experiences do not negatively influence their opportunity of successful resettlement back into the community.
Key Responsibility Areas
- To lead and take accountability for the delivery of the Creating Community Connections (CCC) project.
- To actively engage with funders, stakeholders, delivery partners and the internal team(s), to build a solid understanding of the CCC Project.
- Provide effective leadership to direct reports, fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture.

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, the PTN is recruiting a Partnerships Manager who will provide management and oversight of key partnerships essential to the delivery of the Network’s Strategic Plan, with a specific focus on the development and delivery of Regional Hubs.
You will have experience of establishing and delivering partnerships; dedicated to social justice; a commitment to collaborative working; and proven management experience.
Key Tasks
- To form part of the Core Leadership Team, providing overall strategic leadership across the Network

- To lead on the development and support of Regional Hubs, including support with grant funding and income generation
- To act as the primary point of contact with Regional Hubs, for initial enquiries and ongoing relationships, including with staff and trustees
- To provide oversight of the Network’s Parliamentary work in Westminster and across the devolved administrations
- To oversee the Network’s Learning & Evaluation framework, offering insight and advice as appropriate, ensuring that agreed activities are delivered on time and in budget
- To be the primary point of contact for partners working alongside the Network to deliver change in line with its Strategic Plan
- To recruit external partners to participate in the Mutual Mentoring programme
- To liaise closely with members of the Amplify Team in the development of national partnerships
- To develop and support work with creative partners to highlight the resilience of those struggling to overcome poverty
- To deputise for the Director as and when required
- To undertake other activities as needed dependent on jobholder’s knowledge, skills and experience
