Your editorial skills, eye for a compelling story and understanding of our audiences will help us grab attention, communicate the importance of our work, prompt action, and raise vital funds.
You’ll lead on our brand’s tone of voice - ensuring consistency across all written materials, and sharing best practice by helping other teams understand and use our tone of voice and style guides correctly. You’ll be working on a range of creative projects, with huge variety - one day you’ll be developing key messaging for an appeal, and the next you’ll be interviewing people we work with, writing copy to support people living with lung conditions, or brainstorming ideas to promote an event. Our team supports all areas of the organisation, and you’ll lead on copy development from brief through to delivery.
You’ll have an exceptional ability to flex and nuance copy for different audiences, across a range of content formats and subjects. You’ll be skilled in interviewing with sensitivity and authenticity, supporting the welfare of people sharing their stories with us. Your meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach will help us develop and deliver bold, compelling copy and connect with our audiences.

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Creative Copywriter to join the team. As Creative Copywriter, you will write creative and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, websites, ads, social media, and more. You will also collaborate with designers, strategists and marketers bringing campaigns to life. This is a full-time, permanent role, home based within the UK with meetings in Bradford every fortnight.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house role. You will have a strong portfolio showcasing versatile writing skills across different formats. You will be able to think conceptually and craft narratives that engage and convert. An understanding of branding, marketing strategy and audience psychology is essential for this role. Candidates will also have a passion for culturally inclusive marketing and a nuanced understanding of diverse communities including the Muslim Community.

As we embark on an exciting 5-year strategy we are looking to recruit an experienced Individual Giving Manager to focus on the delivery of repeat giving. Developing our weekly lottery, raffles and regular giving products and the sustainable income they provide.
This will be a crucial role within the team and playing the lead role in promoting these forms of giving to a wide external audience. Ensuring that we increase our reach across all areas of our communities through all forms of communications and engagement. You will also be able to work collaboratively across internal teams to promote regular giving and lottery products, ensuring that we maximise the potential of this important form of giving.
You’ll be an experienced direct marketer who is comfortable with product development and using data to drive a great experience for our supporters.
