Corporate Partnerships Executive
Reporting to: Corporate Partnerships Manager
Location of work: London-based with at least three days per week required at Deutsche Bank’s London Office. Beyond partner requirements, Magic Breakfast has a hybrid approach including working from home and occasional meetings at the charity’s London office. The role may also involve some occasional travel throughout England and Scotland including to Deutsche Bank’s Birmingham office.
Contract type: Ideally full-time, 35 hours per week, although part time / flexible hours may be considered. The role may require occasional evening and weekend work
Contract Length: This is a fixed term contract starting ASAP until 31st January 2028.

BACKGROUND
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The latest research suggests that 2.7 million children are at risk of hunger, meaning one in five children don’t have enough to eat. When a child is too hungry to learn, they struggle to concentrate, absorb information, and manage their emotions, causing them to fall behind in their studies.
Magic Breakfast provides a nutritious breakfast to over 300,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target children most in need without barrier or stigma.

JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast has a motivated and high performing Corporate Partnerships team which was recently successful in securing a transformational partnership with Deutsche Bank, beginning in January 2026. We are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Executive to support the Corporate Partnerships Manager who will together be dedicated to supporting that partnership over the next two years.
Background on the partnership:
Deutsche Bank’s UK Charity of the Year programme is a two-year partnership with Magic Breakfast beginning January 2026 with an ambition of raising £2m over that time. The partnership will be significant for the charity. Going beyond fundraising, the company aims to unlock further value by helping to build the charity’s capacity and provide access to in-house resources and expertise. Through their partnership with Magic Breakfast, Deutsche Bank is committed to enabling young people to develop life skills and emotional resilience whilst promoting social and economic equality for young people. The partnership also has the potential ensure a legacy beyond the 24-month partnership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will work with a Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver one of the charity’s largest, most high-profile and multi-faceted partnerships to date. Together you will work closely with colleagues in the Corporate Partnerships Team and across the organisation, to maximise potential of this transformational partnership.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the CSR Team at Deutsche Bank and their wider employee network.
In addition, you will be expected to support other corporate partnerships and collaborate with the wider fundraising team to deliver projects and implement processes that support Magic Breakfast’s Fundraising & Development team in achieving its income targets and wider success.
Partnership management:
- Work with the Partnerships Manager to produce compelling and timely reports for the funder.
- Work with the Partnerships Manager and Volunteering Executive to develop and coordinate a volunteering programme for Deutsche Bank’s workforce.
- Engage Deutsche Bank’s workforce through webinars, school visits and employee fundraising activity and campaigns, helping to build recognition of Magic Breakfast.
- Represent Magic Breakfast at events hosted by Deutsche Bank and brief other Magic Breakfast representatives when required.
Internal working:
- Work with the Partnerships Manager to create a partnership development plan to maximise the potential of Deutsche Bank.
- Work collaboratively with the Corporate Partnerships Team and Fundraising & Development Team to support broader departmental and organisational goals.
- Support growth by proactively identifying introductions to new prospects, whether corporate contacts or philanthropists.
- Work closely with all departments where relevant across Magic Breakfast to maximise the potential of the partnership in delivering the charity’s 2025-2028 Business Plan.
- Engage with Service Delivery team to enable school visits and volunteering opportunities to engage Deutsche Bank employees.
- Engage with the Brand and Marketing team to ensure that partnership comms and PR opportunities are optimised.
- Take part in organisation-wide working groups and projects to support the charity’s strategic goals and initiatives.
Planning, reporting and due diligence:
- Maintain accurate financial forecasting including updating monthly records.
- Ensure that Deutsche Bank and any third parties that work with Magic Breakfast as a result of the partnership adhere to our ethical fundraising policy, and flag any risks upwards for resolution if necessary.
- Ensure all partnership activity is carried out in line with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, and that key documents such as partner contracts are saved on Salesforce.
- Taking an active role in delivering and evaluating progress against the charity’s three year business plan, Fundraising strategy and as well as Corporate Partnerships team objectives and KPIs.
- Inform and support the development of the Fundraising and Development Team budget with understanding and oversight of the charity’s overall budget and accounts.
- Effectively support the day-to-day financial management of the team.
- Take responsibility for the operationalisation of Magic Breakfast’s policies and practice in relation to safeguarding, risk management, and GDPR across the team.
General:
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas, best practice and supporting team members where necessary.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge and Experience
- Up to date with corporate fundraising landscape, particularly the financial services sector.
- Some experience of delivering corporate/charity partnerships within the charity or corporate sector. (desirable)
- Understanding of the importance of due diligence in the charity sector to ensure that all partners meet our ethical fundraising criteria.
- Experience in planning and delivering events for external stakeholders.
- Experience of income forecasting and reporting.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
- Proven success of good stakeholder relationship-building and management (both internally and externally), with the ability collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously managing a varied workload and work under pressure to deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with the confidence to effectively contribute remotely across teams and departments and inspire others.
- High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages and experience of using a fundraising database Salesforce or similar CRM for relationship management and income forecasting purposes.
- Experience of using Asana (desirable).

Over the last five years we have increased the number of individuals and organisation supporting the charity from 800 to more than 3,500 a year. The charity is set to build on this success and aims to continue this growth, so that we can reach more patients and provide additional support at a time when it is more critical than ever for kidney patients.
The Corporate Partnership Manager will play a key role in this growth. Our Corporate Partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.
Primarily, you will be responsible for building engagement and driving new income via charity of the year partnerships, corporate partnerships, and employee fundraising. You will manage the Corporate Partnership Officer who is developing a growing portfolio of supporters across different sectors. You will also work closely with the Events Manager, Trust & Foundation Manager, Head of Fundraising and Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications as well as the wider Fundraising team to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth.
Alongside the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications who takes a special interest in the charity’s Corporate Partnerships, you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and delivering the activities, programmes and processes required to grow corporate income from c£2.3m in 2025 to even greater levels over the coming years.
You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist via our current partnerships and relationships. A key part of this role will require you to develop new opportunities and secure significant income (5-and-6 figure partnerships) through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.
The right candidate will have a proven record of generating strategic partnerships that result in 5-and 6-figure corporate income, building strong and rewarding relationships, with stewardships skills that generate long term support for the charity. You will be a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience of cultivating new relationships across a range of businesses and sectors.

We are seeking a proactive Corporate Partnerships Manager to build strong, purposeful relationships with businesses that share our commitment to healthy, resilient ecosystems.
You’ll influence our fundraising strategy, develop engaging corporate offerings, guide ethical decision-making through due diligence and provide exceptional stewardship to attract and retain business support - both for our core work across the country as well as for inspiring place-based conservation projects.

The Role:
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead on the identification, cultivation and stewardship of corporate supporters of the Scottish Wildlife Trust. The position sits within the Development Team alongside colleagues focussing upon Individual Giving and Grants.
The candidate will ideally have:
- Minimum of 5 Highers including Maths and English
- Minimum of 3 years account management experience gained in charity corporate partnerships or a relevant account management role, as well as a proven track record of cultivating, securing and successfully managing corporate relationships
- Well-rounded general knowledge in the way that the not-for-profit sector operates

The Head of Legal will provide comprehensive, strategic legal advice across a wide range of organisational activities, with a primary focus on investigations and litigation advice.

This role will lead on managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners, as well as developing new business relationships that generate vital income for wildlife across the county. You will build strong, long-term partnerships with businesses of all sizes, providing excellent account management, thoughtful stewardship and clear, compelling communication about the difference their support makes. You will be responsible for securing new partnerships, sponsorships and corporate donations, working to agreed targets and using your networking and negotiation skills to open doors and close opportunities.
You will work closely with our Partnerships Manager and colleagues across Communications and Finance to develop engaging opportunities for business support, such as membership and sponsorship packages, Wild Work and wellbeing days, events and campaigns. You will also support community fundraising activity, helping local groups, organisations and individuals to raise funds and awareness for Suffolk’s wildlife. In everything you do, you will champion the Trust’s values and ensure partners receive a professional, positive and inspiring experience.
We are looking for someone with experience in corporate partnerships, business development or fundraising, who is confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including at senior level. You will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, comfortable presenting to external audiences, preparing proposals and reporting on impact. You will be organised, proactive and data-literate, able to manage a busy workload, maintain accurate records and work effectively with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends are essential. About the role
This new Lead role sits within the Design Council Programmes Team led by the Chief Design Officer and has responsibility for leading the development and embedding of our funding strategy. Coordinating income generation of ~£2m per year including securing £250k of philanthropic (T&Fs, corporates, other sources) funding in the first year, the role also has the objective of growing overall revenue but in line with the refreshed Design Council business and funding model to ensure it remains strategically aligned and sustainable.
Reporting to the Head of Programmes with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for oversight of the overall revenue pipeline, working across the organisation to have full line of sight of funding opportunities and partnerships and ensure a consistent approach to how we generate revenue.
You will drive an effective stakeholder engagement plan, working closely with the Communications team to ensure campaigns and events help build and maintain a strong network of funder relationships and strengthening our profile as a charity.
The scope covers directly securing philanthropic/corporate partner funding as well as supporting wider commercial income generation and also ensuring they are all anchored in our Theory of Change and enable long term income growth.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and hands-on individual, with a track record of securing funding from a range of sources and growing revenue in a national not-for-profit or commercial organisation.
You will be ambitious for Design Council’s aspiration of reaching £8m revenue by 2031 and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and experience of developing revenue generation strategies and converting opportunities into secured income.
You will also know that fundraising is challenging and competitive, so you will be resilient and experienced in building the relationships that can secures six-figure+ multi-year income. Therefore you need to be brilliant at building external networks, joining the dots and seeing opportunities to connect people and ideas for the benefit of organisational strategy.

Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience fundraising / revenue generation in a commercial or not-for-profit sector organisation

As an Individual Giving Manager, your role will have overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the Individual Giving strategy. You will use proven fundraising techniques across print and digital to grow and diversify our programme, engaging with both new and existing audiences to support our work with children with brain injury and neurodisability.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing legacy marketing plans, utilising channels including direct marketing, digital and events. Alongside this, your role will focus on our mid value programme, producing and developing campaigns and stewardship plans aimed specifically for this audience.
The Individual Giving team are a small and ambitious team who sit within Public Fundraising and form part of a wider Fundraising and Communications directorate. The team is responsible for generating around £1m in income a year, through recruiting new donors and building relationships with existing donors, including legacies and mid value supporters. We have ambitious plans for growth and, as part of a supporter marketing remit, are developing more holistic relationships with our supporter base.
Reporting to the Senior Individual Giving Manager, you will take overall responsibility for planning, managing and delivering innovative and impactful supporter campaigns across a range of channels. With the ability to resolve everyday challenges and obstacles independently, you will be expected to deliver a range of Direct Marketing fundraising campaigns through the full creative process, from briefing to concept, through to final delivery, as well as reviewing results and making recommendations. Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign project management:
- Plan, manage and deliver innovative and impactful supporter campaigns across a range of channels, including donor development, supporter acquisition and prize led fundraising activities.
- Support the Senior Individual Giving Manager in the setting of budgets and achieve income targets outlined in annual plans.
- Produce, take ownership of and implement medium to long-term product strategies for elements of the development and/or acquisition programmes – delivering all associated campaign activities, assessing the performance of each product against response and income targets, and managing these on an ongoing basis in order to meet or exceed targets.
- Produce clear and succinct briefs to agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Use marketing judgement to proof, edit and develop compelling creative, and make sound decisions on proposals and testing plans.
- Work closely with the Data Manager, as well as Supporter Care, Communications, Events and Partnerships Fundraising to successfully deliver campaigns and evaluations.
- Continually test and learn across campaigns to improve performance, consistently looking to improve ROI and lifetime value across the programme.
- Manage contract and campaign agreements with external agencies, ensuring activities are delivered in a compliant way, adhering to GDPR and fundraising regulation including the Code of Fundraising Practice.
Management of supporter journeys:
- Develop effective welcome and supporter journeys, to help minimise attrition and increase the average lifetime value of donors.
- Ensure that new supporters are thanked and welcomed appropriately, with an emphasis on testing early-stage engagement.
- Support the creation and testing of an integrated supporter journey programme that is segment and channel based, in collaboration with colleagues across the wider Fundraising department.
Reporting and analysis:
- Closely monitor campaign results and provide updates on performance.
- Produce post-campaign analysis reports.
- Work with the Data Manager to develop and update existing reporting mechanisms.
- Make recommendations to improve the performance of future campaigns based on evidence and data.
Legacy marketing and administration:
- Develop and implement legacy marketing plans utilising channels including direct marketing, digital and events.
- Liaise with the wider Public Fundraising team to brief speakers and identify new speakers or ‘Legacy Ambassadors’ to help promote legacy fundraising at key events.
- Build one to one relationships with potential legacy donors, including taking them on tours of The Children’s Trust to showcase our service provision.

Mid value programme:
- Work with Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement the mid value donor fundraising strategy.
- Build and steward relationships with our mid value donors, developing relationships which inspire donors and supports them towards making significant gifts to The Children’s Trust and encourages long-term support.
- Identify and develop mid value prospects, as well as potential major donor prospects from within the mid value cohort for stewardship by the Philanthropy team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build appropriate supporter journeys for mid value prospects and donors.
- Consider innovative ways of engaging mid value donors and prospects, such as targeted communications and events.
Developing insight, product development, competitor analysis and industry perspective:
- Use existing research and insight, and where appropriate, undertake and commission new projects to derive new / further insight and analysis.

The Purpose of the Role

The Director of UK Mass Markets is responsible for the leadership and direction of the Mass Markets team in the UK and for securing long-term sustainable income for the IRC through individual donor acquisition, retention and supporter care. Key Accountabilities

· Develop and deliver an innovation programme, ensuring fundraising products and activity are at the forefront of the UK sector and allow IRC to cut through to new audiences.

· Representing IRC in the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Fundraising Directors group.
· Be the senior contact for all mass marketing partnerships with third party supplies.

· Network and build external profile of the IRC UK Mass Markets team by attending relevant fundraising and sector events, and building other external stakeholder relationships.
· Input into effective risk management of mass marketing income by accurately assessing opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses on a regular basis, and iterating the programme based on results.
· Accurately forecast, monitor and report on income and expenditure budget lines.
· Keep up to date with sector developments in individual giving, digital fundraising to ensure IRC is at the forefront of fundraising developments.
· Work closely with Mass Markets team in other national markets (i.e. Korea, Germany, Sweden, US) and the International Operations team to ensure all engagement is coordinated, and where appropriate, synchronised.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
· Driven, motivated and proactive with a solutions-based attitude and resilient in the face of setbacks.
· Proven ability to manage, meet and monitor fundraising budgets and Key Performance Indicators.
· Excellent organisational skills, especially the ability to manage a complex, varied and substantial workload.

· Institute of Fundraising, Cass or comparable qualifications would be an advantage.
Experience:
· Extensive experience of individual giving (or mass marketing) and digital fundraising and ideally, mid value and legacy giving, within a large or medium global charity, including a proven track record of both acquisition and retention.**

· Comprehensive understanding and experience of audience and donor segmentation, analytical modelling such as LTV and use of insights to drive strategy and performance.**

About Corporate Performance
A growing number of companies and financial institutions are seeking to mitigate their impacts on nature. But many have made commitments that are not being met, and others are failing to take any action at all. We hold to account through our Forest 500 project, assessing the policies and performance of influential companies and financial institutions. With our suite of Deforestation-free Finance Guidance and a forthcoming new tool, DEFT Pathway, we provide tools and data for financial institutions and investors to support effective engagement with high-risk companies. We support the finance sector, policy makers and other stakeholders by providing market-leading data on deforestation and ESG metrics through Forest IQ.
Role Overview
This is an exciting and pivotal role for an experienced research and project lead. As Research Lead for the Corporate Performance Programme, you will have oversight of all aspects of research relating to three of Global Canopy’s flagship projects: Forest 500 (including Floresta 250), Forest IQ and DEFT Pathway as well as associated Guidance. You will be part of an effective team in a fast-growing and dynamic non-profit delivering on complex and impactful projects around the world.
You will manage a team of researchers, building on the strong and collaborative atmosphere already in place. You will have a vital role across the organisation with visibility of other research projects too, including how they complement each other and interact, and work with other experts such as those from communications or Human Rights.
The Research Lead contributes to strategy developments and innovations in our approach and in the data products and tools we provide. You will work with colleagues to help secure funding for the continued impact of our research as the world changes.
You will lead methodology updates in line with the Accountability Framework initiative and in the context of world events relating to forest risk commodities, and interpret methodologies for annual assessment cycles led by the team.
The impact and audience for this data will be a key focus for you. You will distill the resulting data into findings and insights for content creation and publications and will work with colleagues to ensure the data is well understood by media and assessed entities. By speaking and representing Global Canopy at events you will ensure our methodology and data is shared openly and delivers impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Corporate Performance (CP) research team, maintaining accountability for technical quality assurance of our data, process and findings across three of Global Canopy’s flagship projects: Forest 500+ (including Floresta 250), Forest IQ and DEFT Pathway, as well as Deforestation Free-Finance Guidance
- Lead and manage the research team, supporting Research Associates and Researchers to own and succeed in their respective projects and with the workflows they manage
- Build strong teamwork and technical excellence with a focus on impact
- Stay abreast of methodological updates, research methods and best practices across the assessment cycles, based on ongoing NGO alignment and external developments in line with our Theory of Change
- Lead cross-function collaborative team working and communication to ensure a focus on impact in research strategy and delivery, with seamless end-to-end processes up to and including data and content releases
- Strongly contribute to the management and strategy of the CP programme during a pivotal year by driving and developing new innovations
- Contribute to new fundraising proposals that strategically progress research needs and ensure continued funding.
- Deliver commitments to donors and in the CP annual plan related to research and help maintain donor relationships by reporting on Research-led deliverables
- Connect the CP programme with its target audiences and extend impact by engaging with NGOs, working with the Communications team to create public-facing content, and representing Global Canopy externally, particularly on technical elements of the methodology, best practice and findings

Benefits
Salary: £60k full time equivalent. This role sits within Band C on Global Canopy’s remuneration framework.
Nature of contract: Full-time, fixed-term (24 months), with possibility to extend dependent on funding. We are a flexible employer and welcome candidates wishing to work flexibly.
Base: Our office is in Oxford, with flexible home-working arrangements in place. Ability to attend the office fortnightly at minimum would be desirable.
Holidays: 36 days (including bank/public holidays) for discretionary use across the annual leave year. Option to purchase up to an additional 5 days or equivalent of one week’s leave.
