We are looking for an experienced corporate fundraiser to help maximise charitable income to The Christie Charity by developing the corporate fundraising portfolio and securing corporate support and sponsorship from new and existing business contacts.

Responsibilities of our Corporate Partnerships Development Manager: 

• The Corporate Partnerships Development Manager will play a key role at Cats Protection by raising new and transformational funds in support of the organisation’s 10 year strategic objectives.

About the Corporate Partnerships team: 

• We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate. 

• The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers 

• We currently have a team of one full time and one part time Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officers in new business. On account management side our team consist of a Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships Account Manager and Corporate Partnerships Officer. This is in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team. 

What we are looking for in our Corporate Partnerships Development Manager: 

• Significant experience of developing relationships and raising money from new businesses and other corporate organisations. 

• A demonstrable track record of delivering significant financial results against agreed targets and timescales. 

• Experience of leading fundraising teams to deliver and drive income and growth 

• Significant experience of managing a diverse range of stakeholders and relationships at a variety of levels 

• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Corporate & Philanthropy Partnerships Manager to play a key role in growing income and building high-value partnerships that support our lifesaving work.

This is a strategic and highly engaging role, responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate partners, business leaders, and philanthropists. You will identify and secure new opportunities, while nurturing a portfolio of existing supporters to maximise long-term income and engagement.

Greater Change

Founded in 2018 by Alex McCallion and Jonathan Tan, Greater Change is an NGO providing cash grants to support people to overcome the financial barriers on their pathway out of homelessness using personalised budgets.

We partner with frontline charities and support workers who refer people to us who would benefit from our financial support. The personalised budgets (supported cash transfers) we provide are typically for rent deposits, ID documents, training courses etc. 

On average, Greater Change spends £1,400 per individual and last year 85% of the people we supported sustained their move into stable housing, saving the public purse over £41,000 per person per annum.

Philanthropy Manager 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and relationship-driven Philanthropy Manager to help grow Greater Change’s income, impact, and profile. Reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with the CEO, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who can be creative and structured.

You will lead key income streams across High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts and Foundations, and fundraising events, delivering high-quality proposals and thoughtful stewardship that strengthens long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be someone who understands how we are maximising impact and cost-effectiveness. You will be able to clearly communicate how our work delivers meaningful outcomes.

Above all, we are looking for someone proactive and thoughtful, who is motivated to play a key role in scaling a high-impact, evidence-led solution to homelessness.

Main Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the CEO on philanthropic relationships, including supporting the Development Board’s engagement, meetings, and follow-ups.

2. Lead all trusts and foundation activity end-to-end, including prospect research, applications and producing reports, while tracking funding deadlines, maintaining a clear pipeline, and providing regular progress updates to the CEO and Head of Growth.

3. Prepare high-quality proposals, cases for support, presentations, and donor communications.

4. Co-lead on developing and maintaining corporate partnerships with the Head of Growth

As Weldmar Hospicecare moves into an exciting new direction in fundraising, we are seeking a Philanthropy Manager to lead our engagement with key investors and high net worth individuals.

This is a brand new role designed to broaden our reach and secure the major gifts necessary to fund our specialist care services. Working alongside fellow fundraising managers, as well as the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees, and reporting to the Director of Fundraising, your key responsibilities will be to:

· Identify and research high value prospects, implementing bespoke donor journeys that move supporters from initial interest to significant financial commitment. 

· Establish and lead a group of dedicated volunteers who act as champions for Weldmar across the county.

About the Service
Solace is embarking on a new five-year fundraising strategy, with ambitious plans to double fundraised income to £3m by 2031. This voluntary income plays a pivotal role in the financial wellbeing of the charity, enabling us to do more to support the thousands of women and children who come to us each year as a result of violence against women and girls.

Fundraising at Solace works closely with colleagues responsible for winning and managing statutory funding contracts, and is situated within the Business Development Directorate, alongside our award-winning Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs teams. You will collaborate with colleagues within Fundraising, including Corporate, Individual Giving and Community, as well as across the organisation including senior leadership and Solace’s wider support and volunteer networks such as trustees and its lived-experience-led Shadow Board.

About the Role

Philanthropy has been identified as a key opportunity and will play a central part in future income growth. In this newly created role, you will lead the establishment and growth of philanthropy fundraising for Solace. Responsible for building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, advisors, senior volunteers and trusts and foundations, you will use your entrepreneurship and excellent communication and influencing skills to secure and steward committed, high-value, mutually rewarding funding partnerships for Solace.

You will be someone who is committed to the Solace values and is an experienced philanthropy fundraising expert who will embed best practice, and grow and nurture the relationships that drive sustainable income growth. As well as managing a portfolio of donors and prospects with major gift potential, you will work closely with colleagues and allies to build a culture of philanthropy.

The role is primarily based at the fundraising office at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, with the requirement to work at Birmingham Women’s Hospital, sometimes from home and some travel for meetings/events. 

Working closely with the Philanthropy Manager in our recently established Philanthropy and Partnerships (P&P) team to help us develop and nurture a range of philanthropic or prospect relationships, deliver excellent stewardship to our supporters and help grow the major donor pipeline.

Principle Responsibilities 

As an integral member of the fundraising team, the Philanthropy Officer will be expected to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to: 

• Support the Philanthropy Manager in growing the mid-level/major donor pipeline 

• Inspire, motivate and maximise the giving potential of the existing small portfolio of donors 

• Deliver income targets, in line with annual budgets for the department

• Provide a holistic supporter journey relative to the level of the donor 

• Help create compelling cases for support and build relationships with donors and colleagues across the Hospitals 

• Work effectively as a member of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to help foster and strengthen long-term relationships with supporters and effectively steward donors 

• Be proactive in researching and identifying opportunities, developing supporters and contacting representatives 

• Provide assistance to the wider P&P team in initiatives such as growing/retaining our Changemaker community

• Support and develop new engagement and stewardship events, activities and communications 

• Work effectively with operational and clinical staff to develop and implement 
  opportunities to foster and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate partners 

• Attend external networking events to grow the supporter base 

• Ensure the database is accurately updated and prepare regular activity reports and updates on activities that clearly indicate progress on goals related to donor engagement and support. 

• Develop and lead on seasonal project-based income generating activity 

• Work effectively with operational and clinical staff to develop and implement opportunities to foster and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate partners 
   

Role Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Partnerships and Philanthropy Officer to help grow our high value income and build strong, impactful relationships with partners and donors.

• Location: Hybrid (minimum three days per fortnight in London SE1)

• Salary: £33,368 FTE

• Terms:  35 hours per week (part time considered). Permanent

Role Details 

You’ll work closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager to support and grow a portfolio of corporate partners, philanthropists and high value prospects. This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing creative proposals, and coordinating meaningful supporter engagement.
You’ll help deliver tailored stewardship, identify new opportunities, and work with colleagues across Bliss to gather compelling stories and impact data that demonstrate the difference our supporters make.

About you

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to identify new prospects (trusts, foundations, corporates and major donors) to support to the philanthropy team in their fundraising efforts.

The role will help develop and expand our prospect pipeline by identifying new opportunities and supporting the philanthropy fundraising team.
