Join our team as a Partnerships Fundraiser, working with sectors which include property, luxury brands and finance.

This varied role sits within the Volunteer Partnerships team, a unique team which consists of four volunteer fundraising boards, made up of influential, high-profile individuals who feel passionately about the NSPCC and volunteer their time and expertise. The boards employ a range of fundraising techniques to reach their goals, but their main focus is on using their networks and influence to secure income generating opportunities via corporate partnerships, major gifts from individuals, collaboration with brands and fundraising events, all of which generate significant funds for the NSPCC.

An opportunity has arisen for a Partnerships Fundraiser to join our team for 13 months working with our boards of extremely passionate C-suite executives to secure high value partnerships and deliver a wide range of projects. Some key partnership successes across our boards have included Chanel, Legal and General, IP Publicity, World Gold Council, BDO, WeWork, Hines, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, BCLP, Rios, NLA, Country and Townhouse and many more. The boards have also founded a range of successful income generating initiatives, including strategic network groups from a varied array of industries all at a senior level which supports each Boards activities, high value innovative events, corporate partnerships, philanthropic proposals.

As Partnerships Fundraiser, your workload is very wide ranging:

• you will personally manage key high value supporters
• you will work alongside the Senior Partnerships Managers to identify and secure new fundraising partnerships
• you will be required to work collaboratively across different teams and divisions across the NSPCC, to win new partnerships and maintain success

About the role

At Breast Cancer Now, we’re seeking a Senior Press & PR Officer to join our ambitious press, PR & celebrity team for 12 months. The role is focused primarily on the charity’s Fundraising portfolio, including our corporate partnerships and high-value fundraising events, all of which raise vital funds that help the charity to deliver world-class research and provide life-changing support for anyone affected by breast cancer.

About you

As an excellent communicator, you’ll be great at building trusted and influential relationships across a range of stakeholders including colleagues, journalists, external partners and advocates and ambassadors of Breast Cancer Now. About the role

Travalyst is recruiting its first full-time COO. This is a broad role, supporting Travalyst’s CEO and a growing Executive Leadership team to enable delivery of this first-of-its-kind global initiative. About you

You will be able to demonstrate a track record in successful organisational design and implementation, including the development of effective but adaptable systems and processes and their roll-out across a complex organisation with multiple partners and stakeholders. You will manage and lead on finance, governance and risk, ensuring that Travalyst is run according to the highest standards for a UK not-for-profit organisation. 

Proven scale-up operational experience, in a sustainability-focused organisation and/or a UK not-for-profit, is essential. Strong project management skills, enabling effective prioritisation and decision-making and excellence in delivery, would be of huge benefit in the role. 
 

Areas of responsibility: 

Governance, Legal & Risk

· Be accountable for governance structures and processes, including reviewing and revising governance documentation annually

· Ensure compliance with UK statutory and legal obligations 

· Support the Travalyst Board and CEO to ensure effective risk management and mitigation 

· Support CEO with preparation of Board packs and attend Board meetings as an Observer 

· Act as Company Secretary 

· Provide oversight of legal discussions and documentation, working with pro-bono legal team where needed

Financial Management

· Oversight of financial management and administration, including near and longer-term financial planning, modelling, and cash flow management

· Manage outsourced Finance Director, bookkeeper accountants and auditors for budgeting, statutory accounting, audit, payroll, and tax - and evolve the Finance function as the organisation scales

· Support the CEO on funder management, leading on financial and operational aspects of fundraising, including leading grant application processes, budgeting and grant reporting

HR and Organisational Design

· Oversight of HR management and administration, including resource planning and recruitment

· Managed outsourced HR and recruitment consultants on professional development, culture & engagement, employee lifecycle management and recruitment initiatives

· Evolve HR function as the organisation grows

· Oversee workforce planning and recruitment for new hires supported by outsourced HR

· Ensure compliance of all existing legal/ contractual agreements with employees, consultants and suppliers

Operations and Strategy

· Support the CEO on the development of Travalyst’s annual strategic planning and lead on the accompanying operational plan

· Support the CEO in managing Travalyst Coalition Partners, including acting as the relationship lead where required

· Lead on Travalyst’s procurement process and manage key supplier relationships including all contracts, policies, and procedures

Resourcing & Project Management

· Lead on development and implementation of project management and delivery processes, ensuring excellence in delivery across project teams

About the role 

This is an exciting new post in the Communications Team at Glass Door. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will support the delivery of a new paid & organic digital marketing strategy, working closely & collaboratively with both the Comms & Fundraising Teams, as well as co-lead on the delivery of a new website. 

Through this role, we will ensure that all our existing supporters are actively communicated with and that we are regularly engaging with a range of new supporters through a unique & tailored approach.

What you will do as part of our team 

Marketing:  

• Work with all internal stakeholders to develop digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels delivering against KPI’s for income, campaigning and brand awareness. 

• Co-manage delivery of multiple/ congruent campaigns, appeals & events to attract & engage new supporters - often working alongside key members of other teams including fundraising, operations and advocacy teams. 

• Co-lead on the project management & delivery of a new website

• Work collaboratively with the Digital Comms Officer to ensure all content is optimised for multiple purpose/platforms and in line with our brand guidelines 

• Contribute creative ideas to generate content for campaigns, news stories, blogs and social media 

• Oversee development and delivery of quarterly e-newsletters. Assist colleagues with their email marketing to ensure on brand and in line with overall digital calendar 

• Work closely with the Individual Giving Officer to run email marketing campaigns - including audience specific segmented email journeys

• Work closely with the Community & Corporate fundraising colleagues to ensure content and digital journeys are meeting their needs through an integrated marketing approach

Monitor impact 

• Monitor the impact of paid & organic marketing campaigns to report on key KPI’s and metrics. Using tools within social media platforms and Google analytics. 

• Work closely & collaboratively with the Digital Comms Officer to ensure all conversions of paid promotion are tracked effectively & efficiently 

• Analyse marketing journeys for collaborative Fundraising deliverables – including campaigns & appeals and create monthly reports to share success of conversions 

• Lead on the moderation and tracking of website usage 

• Lead on the evaluation of social media and online reach, create monthly reports, and assist with evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns & appeals 

• Lead on the monitoring and track Google ads & analytics

Strategy 

• Support the creation & delivery of the digital audit of GD web & socials

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service based in Surrey.

Position: S11185 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based Surrey, however extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week (flexible working available)

Salary: Circa £16,043 per annum (FTE circa £26,700 per annum) (inner London weighting £2,370 per annum or outer London weighting £1,260 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. · Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience

3. Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis (APF) is the UK’s leading health and research charity for Pulmonary Fibrosis. We are seeking an excellent relationship manager to develop new and existing Corporate Partnerships for APF, driving growth in income to help us fund vital research and support more of the estimated 70,000 people living with pulmonary fibrosis in the UK.

APF supports people affected by Pulmonary Fibrosis - a cruel and terminal lung scarring disease that cuts thousands of lives short in the UK each year. There’s no known cure, and it’s on the rise. As Senior Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager, you will grow income from corporate supporters and other partners (including pharmaceutical companies). Providing supportive line management to the Trusts and Grants Coordinator, you will drive our trusts and statutory funding income streams, working collaboratively across APF teams and with our supporters.

ACCT UK launched its new name and brand in 2021 and we are now seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to continue the delivery of our engagement programme. ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. About the role

A key aim for this role is to help the charity to reduce its legal, contracts and compliance risk profile and to respond proactively to changes in the legal, regulatory, donor and compliance context. The Legal Counsel reports to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer, works closely with the Chief Executive and other SLT members and supervises the Legal, Contracts and Compliance Advisors and the Paralegal and Procurement Officer.

Key responsibilities include:

· Oversight and management of key legal risks applicable to ODI including but not limited to, insurance, intellectual property, trademark registration, government legislation (including IR35) defamation, subscriptions, tenancy and lease agreements and other relevant agreements.

· Advise and manage contract disputes and audit challenges and assist ODI in mitigating legal risks not only in contracts but compliance and operational processes where required

· Provide advice and support to the research teams throughout the contract process, starting with tendering and negotiating through to the eventual contract award and implementation phase.  This support will include review, drafting and negotiation of contract terms.

· Simplify and streamline the contract process; developing guidance, templates and training for teams involved in contracting and promoting sound contract management across the global entities.

· Support the programmes with assessment of donor procurement requirements and opportunities in order to deliver compliant, quality and value for money arrangements on behalf of ODI.
