About Bank Workers Charity

We’re the benevolent society supporting UK bank employees and their families. Each year we help thousands of people encountering financial, health, housing and wellbeing challenges with independent advice and guidance, case management, referrals to expert partners and grant giving.

About the Role

Hybrid working (currently two days per week in our London office).

This is a leadership team role with responsibility for our relationships with banks, unions and pensioner associations to raise awareness of our work and support the acquisition of clients. You’ll lead our new fundraising programme – developing and implementing our strategy for income generation from corporate bodies and individuals.

About You

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and self-driven fundraising/business development professional. You will have significant experience of managing relationships with new and existing partners and securing funding gained in a commercial or charity environment.

You’ll be able to balance the strategy with delivery, have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working with complex data.
