Ways of Working:

The successful candidate will have significant B2B new business experience and a proven track record of securing complex corporate partnerships with strategic communications packages and financial values of £1m+.
Flexible location with regular travel across the UK to visit partners and attend events alongside scheduled working at the HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire with team members - currently monthly.
Essentials:
- Experience in securing high-value, multi-dimensional partnerships in the private or third sector.

Role purpose and main responsibilities
To lead on candidate support and communication for the ‘Placement’ strand of our delivery, working closely with the Senior Talent Manager to manage all entry-level recruitment with our corporate partners. Job Summary
The Haringey Community Collaborative Manager is responsible for leading the development of the VCS Capacity Building strategy and the effective co-ordination of the Community Collaborative team which includes a Communications and Engagement Officer, a Workplace Development Manager, and a Capacity Building Manager.
We envisage the Haringey Community Collaborative Manager performing at either a primarily operational level or, for a more experienced candidate, at both operational and strategic levels. The salary range reflects this, with the upper end of the salary range reserved for candidates who can demonstrate an ability to deliver at both the operational and strategic levels.
Operationally, the postholder will have specific management responsibility for co-developing priorities for local VCS funding and capacity building, as well as the Volunteer Centre and wider VCS community of practice. Strategically, the role would include a wider contribution to the strategic management and development of Public Voice, supporting the CEO as required. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Engagement and Communications Officer to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for building a fairer legal system through impactful events, engaging member outreach, and powerful communications. Working alongside the Director of Development and the Head of Communications, this role will work across teams to maintain and strengthen engagement through events, communications and corporate outreach. The Role
The Philanthropy & Research Manager will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy to deliver on their ambitious strategy. This person will help cultivate a pipeline of ideas and manage a concentrated portfolio of philanthropic partnerships for the long-term. They will contribute to the portfolio by conducting deep, critical research in line with the inthallo’s unique approach and criteria. This will involve applying due diligence by prioritising qualitative factors and building purposeful relationships to deliver mutually beneficial engagement plans. The Person
We are looking for critical research ability, proven potential to grow, and an intellectually curious mindset. These traits are essential to success in this role, more so, than very specific backgrounds. Previous research experience in an analytical capacity is a definite a plus.
This person will have substantial experience (3-5 years) of working in environments such as philanthropy, either within grant making through family, corporate or independent foundations or possibly within the corporate or investment world where social impact and transformational change is the end goal. The position of CRM & Systems Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM in 2023.
This new role is essential to the success of Philanthropy and Partnerships, Director’s Office and the whole team, in providing effective research and administration support. The CRM & Systems Administrator will provide support across all fundraising areas including individual giving, corporate sponsorship and trusts and foundations as well as playing a vital role in keeping all Museum systems working effectively.
This includes processing donations and gift aid and maintaining records on the CRM. You will work as a key part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to help implement the Philanthropy and Partnerships strategy and streamline all CRM and supporter processes.
