As the Poppy Appeal Manager in North East London, your main role is to achieve income, expenditure, and contribution targets, ensuring the success of the appeal. Your role also involves representing Royal British Legion locally, engaging in outreach activities, and providing updates to key stakeholders. Flexibility is essential, as some evenings, weekends, and overnight stays may be required. The ideal candidate will possess commercial knowledge, financial management skills, and experience in supporter relationship management. The evening consistently raises over £500k; this year, you will support the delivery of the Gala, but next year, you will lead it along with a calendar of cultivation and stewardship events that will help us grow partnerships with major donors, corporates and foundations.
While you will work in a small, fully remote team day to day, you will be part of the global Pratham network. The team in India has over 6,000 staff, and they raise $28m locally. Pratham USA has 14 chapters and produces around 12 galas a year, which contributes to its $30m income; you can share the films and branding of their galas, meaning we can really stretch our budget to put on an outstanding event.
We are a small team, and whilst an events person is vital for our development if someone wanted to get involved in other fundraising streams, particularly corporate or major donors, we would be delighted to read about it in your application and discuss it at the interview or in a call before the interview—which are welcomed.
All current staff have visited India to see the programmes, and whilst we can't guarantee you a visit as we grow, it remains an ambition. Senior Events Executive (Special Events), an excellent opportunity to join a Social Welfare Charity, based in the West End, London.

As the Senior Events Executive, working closely with the Senior Special Event Manager, you will lead, manage, and deliver one of the charities extremely successful and prestigious flagship event, along with delivering other supporting events such as commemorative garden launch, committee events, thank you parties and help to develop them even further.

The Dalit Solidarity Network UK is a small human rights organisation working to eliminate caste-based discrimination in the UK and South Asia. Summary of the role:
We are seeking a new Director who will be responsible for working with the Board to:
i) Develop and deliver of DSN-UK's overall strategy and objectives;

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Email Marketing Manager will help to maximise income, supporter recruitment and retention through digital channels, including paid search, display ads and social media (fundraising appeals)
This role is responsible for delivering all email marketing activity, including:
· You will own the entire email marketing strategy, working collaboratively within the lifecycle team, as well as with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Data, Website, Content and Design
· Understand digital marketing campaigns and journeys email marketing.
· You will manage a range of creative media agencies as and when required.
· You will be responsible for the full digital fundraising donation funnel.
About You
You will have experience of:
· Managing Email Marketing Campaigns for large organisations
· Using the Dot Digital email platform
· People Stage and Fast Stats
· Building landing pages within a website content management system (preferably Drupal
· Delivering digital products that are fully compliant and meet best practice e.g. on accessibility
· Data-driven optimisation of email content
· Building Email and SMS marketing campaigns across a range of internal departments
· Managing external contractors and suppliers to deliver work on time and to budget
· Online information management, in order to build landing pages for email campaigns
· Manage large and complex projects and to deliver against set objectives
· Monitoring and evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends, providing perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Email marketing management and delivering email marketing to meet business targets
This role requires some travel for team away days.

Samaritans is on a mission to make a profound impact on suicide prevention and they need a new Senior Philanthropy Manager and their expertise to drive the philanthropy programme to new heights.
The Senior Philanthropy Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Philanthropy programme to enable a step change and growth in income. Working with the Assistant Director of Business Development, you will lead on all major donor acquisition, cultivation and stewardship programmes and involving Samaritans Senior Leadership Group and Income Heads of Teams where appropriate. You’ll provide superb line management to the Philanthropy Officer and ensure there’s an integrated, collaborative approach to donor work with other team members in the Income department.
The selected candidate will have substantial experience of fundraising with a strong track record in major gift fundraising and experience of personally soliciting gifts of five and six figure gifts from major donors. You will ideally have experience working with mid-value programmes and a proven track record of managing key relationships at a high level.

Key responsibilities

- Represent the organisation and participate in external events (globally) to promote WAGGGS’ interests, brand, and mission.
