The charity offers a flexible working environment, with remote working and occasional travel to their London office for meetings.

This role will take the lead on the day-to-day operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, including campaign planning, financial management, working across teams and departments and line management. This role will focus on managing the warm programme, bringing in around £1.2 million per year. Also, supporting the recruitment and stewardship of donors to achieve the best supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· To assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement an effective supporter acquisition and development strategy to maximise the lifetime value of supporters and the long term sustainable net income raised.

· To manage income and expenditure budgets on a monthly and annual basis.

· To lead on the development and implementation of an effective programme to recruit and develop supporters using a range of channels, including but not limited to direct mail, telemarketing, face-to-face fundraising, DRTV and digital, and products including cash, raffle, regular giving, weekly lottery.

· To line manage up to 3 direct reports.

· To project manage several projects and fundraising campaigns simultaneously as directed by the Senior Individual Giving Manager.

· To support, implement and promote the charity’s Fundraising strategy and vision.

Person Specification:

· Substantial direct marketing experience, ideally gained in a large organisation, and a strong understanding of Individual Giving fundraising, with a track-record of success.

· Significant experience of managing print-led fundraising campaigns, plus at least two other channels such as email, social media, telemarketing, F2F, DRTV.

· Experience of planning, implementing and evaluating Individual Giving campaigns/projects, including both fundraising appeals and strategic or process change projects.

· Understanding of how to effectively manage and motivate direct reports.

· Experience of developing and managing complex project budgets.

· Experience of using internal performance data and insight to inform future planning, including compiling reports and evaluations, and an understanding of a test and learn approach.

· Experience of working with colleagues across corporate departments to achieve common goals.

· Experience of external agency management and evaluation.

Our principal activity is the prevention of food poverty and food insecurity by offering culturally appropriate food, fresh fruits, and

vegetables as well as dietary and religiously appropriate food which we have continued to run at our five-week sessions to local people for as long as they address the underlying cause.

Main Purposes of Job and Key Tasks

We are seeking a highly organised and quick-witted Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at Spring Community Hub. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or project management and excel at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation and ensuring smooth workflows across various departments.

In addition to their primary operations duties, the Operations Officer will also play a key role in recruiting and managing volunteers, organising events, and assisting with fundraising activities. • There will be some out-of-hours working occasionally for Events / Development/ Training sessions according to the needs of the business - which you will be able to arrange time off in lieu with your Line Manager.

As the lead for major gifts fundraising organisationally, you will lead a talented team (of 6 currently, with future ambitions for growth) across major donor, corporate, trusts and foundations income streams. 

Major donor fundraising is a new area of fundraising for the charity, with the Head of High Value Relationships taking responsibility for building and growing this programme, following previous feasibility projects that identified some initial prospects with links to the organisation. 

The trusts, foundations and corporate income streams are more established but also have significant headroom to grow, with talented fundraisers already in post and showing great potential. Alongside new business, there is scope to focus on uplift and deeper engagement with this audiences to drive further support. To support this, work is currently underway to develop new cases for support that focus on long-term opportunities for fundraising to enable multi-year, high value support. 

The Head of High Value Relationships will play a key role within the Leadership Team, working cross-organisationally with colleagues to identify opportunities for funding that could have significant appeal to high value audiences. 

As Head of High Value Relationships you will:

• Lead major gift fundraising on behalf of the charity, maximising the support of major donors, trusts and foundations and corporate partners. 
• Take personal responsibility for the development and delivery of a new major donor fundraising programme.
• Balance strategic and operational duties, leading the team by example and guiding them to secure 6- and 7-figure major gifts. 
• Implement a focus on long-term support, shifting from in-year fundraising models by supporting the development of new cases for support that enable multi year commitments. 

The role would best suit:

• An experienced high value fundraiser, with expertise that includes successfully securing donations from major donors. 
• A skilled relationship builder with the ability to establish long-term, high value relationships. 
• A skilled team leader, focused on the development and upskilling of direct reports whilst collaborating closely with colleagues across the charity. 
• A creative strategist, able to identify new opportunities for funding whilst shaping and implementing a comprehensive high value fundraising strategy that includes major donors, trusts and foundations and corporate partners.

Partnerships and Events Manager

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Events Manager is a member of the partnerships team, in the external relations directorate. This role must be based in the London office but supports the work of all our global teams, most frequently the external relations team situated across London and New York.

Vision of adventure, a small outdoor charity based in the Lake District , is seeking an experienced fundraiser to join our team. We specialise in working with people with visual impairments facilitating outdoor adventures, social connection and access to specialist coaching. To achieve this the organisation partners visually impaired individuals with sighted guides for residential weekends focusing on: long walks, canoeing, climbing, tandem biking, and more. Legacy Stewardship Manager

The Legacy Stewardship Manager will plan and deliver an ambitious new legacy stewardship strategy to bring about growth in future legacy income.  It will diversify the current legacy stewardship programme to convert more legacy prospects and maintain more pledgers using a combination of relationship and mass fundraising activities. It will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality communications and experiences which make supporters feel inspired, valued and deepen relationships with them over the long-term.

This role is critical in growing future legacy income for RNID, which currently represents 72% of RNID’s income. It will play a pivotal role in a Legacy Fundraising Team of four people, reporting into the Head of Legacies, working alongside the Legacy Marketing Manager and line managing the Gifts in Wills Specialist Officer.

This role is a new addition to a growing team in an organisation where legacy fundraising has a high profile.  It is an ideal next step for an experienced and confident legacy fundraiser wanting to make their mark by growing the legacy stewardship programme to a new ambitious level that matches an increased investment in legacy acquisition.
