Finance Coordinator is a new role to support our expanding services.
This newly created role will form part of our Finance Team. As a member of a small but dynamic team, you will work closely with the Senior Finance Officer and Head of Finance. Your role will be critical to our success, with your principal responsibilities including:
- processing purchase ledger invoices
- inputting bank and all financial transactions onto the Xero accounting system
- recording donations to Xero accounting system
- reconciling donations, stewardship and CAF transactions with Xero
- reconciling cheques, standing orders and Stripe transactions with Xero
- processing the weekly payment runs ensuring that all payments are paid on time
- processing staff and volunteer expenses
You will have the support of our excellent and established Finance Team, which is central to the smooth and effective running of our operations. You will be responsible for liaising with colleagues at all levels across the organisation, as well as our Trustees, partners and suppliers.

As an experienced Debt & Welfare Benefits Adviser you will already have a background in providing effective, high-quality debt and welfare benefits advice to a wide range of clients in differing circumstance.
Based at our Newtown office with outreach work in other areas of the city, you will be adaptable with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage your own workload.
You will be joining a long established and professional Money Advice Team providing specialist advice with a holistic approach that covers all areas of debt and welfare benefit along with training to build and continually improve money management and financial capability.

London’s Air Ambulance Charity delivers first-class, world-renowned training via The Institute of Pre-Hospital Care. It has influenced clinical guidelines, governance standards, and the practice of air ambulances in the U.K, Europe and Australia.
We are seeking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Clinical Courses Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. This role will assist with all aspects of the activities of our clinical training programmes within The Institute of Pre-Hospital Care. The Clinical Courses Co-Ordinator will work closely with our clinical and operational teams from both the HEMS and PRU services along with our university colleagues and degrees faculty.
Reporting to the Degrees Manager, the post will have responsibility for assisting with all aspects of the delivery of the clinical course programmes. The post holder will be an integral part of the Institute team working closely with other members of the wider charity team.
You will be a highly organised and experienced person with a can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
