The Talent Set are delighted to be working with a national Children’s Charity to find a Corporate Partnerships Manager, to help deliver a major UK wide retail corporate partnership, driving regional fundraising activity, colleague engagement and exceptional supporter experiences.

This role will play a key role in delivering a multi channel fundraising programme, nurturing relationships across the region, and ensuring all activities reflect our organisational values and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver regional activity plans and contribute to partnership income targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for colleagues across your region, both remotely and in person.
• Develop creative fundraising initiatives and new engagement opportunities.
• Represent the organisation at regional events and activities.
• Maintain accurate data, reporting and evaluation to support a data led approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership objectives.
• Uphold fundraising compliance, regulation and organisational policies.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in corporate fundraising and partnerships, with the ability to drive fantastic partnership engagement plans and multi faceted fundraising initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver account plans and financial targets.
• Strong relationship building skills within complex charitable organisations.
• Commercially astute, with confidence managing competing priorities.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently

This role requires travel to partnership and team meetings across the UK, and therefore the successful candidate will need a full, current driving licence and a car for this role
