About the role
The Corporate Relationships Executive provides administrative solutions and support to the Business and Industry (B&I) team, with a particular focus on supporting our work with Corporate Members. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Relationships, this role works closely with the Head and three Corporate Relationships Managers, and the wider B&I team, to ensure the smooth running of our membership network and other stakeholder relationships. This includes taking the lead on planning and drafting all communications, event and meeting management, project managing the development of new materials, and being a point of contact for our members internally and externally.
The role is London based at the EngineeringUK offices at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and will involve some (approximately quarterly) travel in the UK (including overnight). We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 2 days (or 40%) a week in the office and core hours of 10am to 4pm.

About the role
As Senior Special Events Executive, you will significantly contribute to and drive growth in Crisis’ Events Fundraising portfolio. You will have joint responsibility for ensuring that the team income target (£2.3m in 24/25) is achieved, as well as a personal income target.
As part of this role, you will be helping to roll out and embed Crisis’ special events strategy, developing our relationships and ways of working with key individuals and partners.

About the role:
This role is responsible for developing and expanding the membership offerings of LFBF, including chartered and corporate memberships, while also overseeing bursaries, scholarships, and awards. The position involves cultivating senior-level relationships with key clients, with Profit & Loss responsibilities for charity funds, and contributing to strategic decisions as part of the Senior Leadership team. This includes individuals who are under investigation for online sexual offences and those who have not offended but are worried about doing so. We use what we learn from our work to develop and deliver resources, information and training for professionals and the public, so that they can better protect children from harm and prevent abuse before it happens.
About the role
We are recruiting a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team in Edinburgh to lead the delivery of our business development and fundraising strategies.
The role will involve supporting our ambition to increase the volume of specialist support, training and spot purchased assessments we provide for social work, charities and child facing agencies. Working with the director, you will help develop and sustain appropriate strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for development, reviewing resource implications, risk, income potential and likelihood of success.
We have a strong record in fundraising. You will also work closely with our Fundraising Manager, based in our Epsom office, leading on charitable income generation through writing bids that directly apply for funds from a range of bodies. Developing effective and impactful methods to report on the impact of our services and relationship management with funders is a key part of this role.
This exciting new role will play a big part in supporting our efforts to shift the discourse about child sexual abuse ‘upstream’ so that professionals and the public understand in practical terms what they can do to prevent sexual abuse before it happens. About Black Thrive
Black Thrive Global (BTG) evolved from the work of the Black Thrive Lambeth Partnership, which was established in 2016. We exist to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people so that the thriving of Black communities is the norm.
Our guiding principle is that Black communities should be at the forefront of reimagining, redefining and co-creating a society where systemic racism and other oppressive systems have been dismantled so that they have fulfilling lives. We have two priorities – building a Black Thrive Research Institute and embedding race equity in systems change.
In September 2021 we launched our Thriving Futures Collective which has expanded the work of Black Thrive Lambeth and launched Black Thrive in Haringey and Birmingham, with Mind in Haringey and Catalyst4Change as our partners.
We have grown rapidly since 2021 and so still have a start-up culture and often deal with competing priorities at a fast pace. Purpose of the role
As the Programme and Partnerships Manager = Thriving Futures, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of the Thriving Futures programme, ensuring effective collaboration with partner organisations to advance Black Thrive’s mission. Relationship building with the localities teams is an important element of the role.
The Thriving Futures workstream is undergoing a strategic shift, focusing on key areas identified during its three years of operation. This includes intentional co-learning, community feedback through Black Thrive Community Assemblies, development of community metrics, and refining our role and offerings as a backbone organisation.
The role entails managing the programme’s day to day activities, ensuring alignment with the programme's objectives and goals, procuring additional funding resources and managing a Project Officer. You can anticipate working with different combinations of Black Thrive locality workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, design, and social media management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
· Creating and implementing communication strategies that align with STOP THE TRAFFIK’s goals and objectives. This includes monitoring and analysing live trends (i.e., on social media) to adapt and refine existing strategies.
· Write and edit compelling content for newsletters, blog posts, social media, and other channels in both long-form and short-form.
· Support our Fundraising & Development Team to produce effective individual giving campaigns through powerful visual assets and a strong, impactful narrative.
· Ensure team output upholds brand consistency and integrity across all platforms.
· Develop engaging content, including videos, posts, and case studies, that highlights real-life case studies from our team’s programmes to effectively showcase the impact of our work.
· Manage key partnerships with PR, brand, and marketing agencies who support our organisation.
