ADSS is Kent’s biggest independent charity dedicated to providing support to people affected by dementia. Following a significant expansion in 2022, the team is now supporting more people than ever before. Summary of the role
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the role will support the implementation of our 2030 Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with colleagues in Fundraising, Communications and Delivery Teams. The post holder will have responsibility for maintaining and growing Individual Giving, through key digital platforms. They will support the Head of Fundraising in researching and implementing new platforms as ADSS develops its fundraising capacity and capability.
The successful candidate will bring creativity, innovation, and great donor stewardship and retention skills to ensure that the Charity achieves its ambitious fundraising goals.
Main purpose of job
The individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for the delivery of ADSS fundraising from individual donors, primarily through digital platforms.
The post holder will handle stewardship contact with all individual donors and fundraisers with warmth and appropriate enthusiasm and sensitivity. Our supporters participate in a variety of events and have a range of motivations for giving to the Charity including families who are raising funds in memory of a loved one.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will gain exposure to a variety of income streams through collaboration with Fundraising colleagues and volunteers.
Together, you will explore opportunities to diversify ADSS’s funding streams and look for ways digital platforms can enhance Corporate and Community Fundraising and vice versa.
The Role Responsibilities
Maintain and grow ADSS’s income from individual supporters with a focus on digital platforms.
Lead on the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys.
Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, supporter-centric campaigns.
Fundraising Strategy and Planning:
·Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including regular giving, to support ADSS’s mission, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
·Organise and execute fundraising campaigns and events, including individual giving, special events, and online fundraising efforts.
·Prepare and present detailed reports on fundraising progress to leadership and maintain an accurate pipeline.
·Monitor expenditure for individual events and campaigns to secure a profitable return on investment.
·Support the team to identify and develop new revenue streams to increase support for ADSS programmes and services.
·Keep up to date with industry developments to contribute to the overall development of the fundraising department. Continually monitor digital trends and be willing to adapt to this quickly changing area.
Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
·In collaboration with the Communications Team, increase our geographical area of reach and influence, across Kent, to grow our donor base.
·Work with families and the wider ADSS team to support the development of case studies to tell donors the stories of ADSS’s work.
·Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring their continued support.
·Implement strategies for donor recognition and retention, including personalised outreach, acknowledgements, impact reports, and engagement opportunities.
·Develop and maximise communication tools and materials to keep all donors updated with our key messaging and impact.
·Engage with the community through various communication channels, promoting the organisation’s mission and fundraising opportunities.
·Manage online platforms and income pages of our website to maximise the potential channels for donation.
Corporate and Community Partnerships:
Work with the Corporate and Community Fundraisers to:
·Develop Individual Giving programmes within Corporate and Community partnerships
·Ensure that digital platforms support their efforts to cultivate relationships with local businesses and community groups to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind donations.
·Engage community leaders and influencers to increase visibility and support for ADSS’s fundraising efforts.
·Explore the role of digital platforms in new partnerships to diversify revenue streams and enhance community engagement.
Donor Database Management:
·Maintain and update our donor database, ensuring accurate records of donations, communications, and engagement history.
·Analyse one-off and regular giving performance and optimise programmes based on insights
·Manage the Membership recruitment process
·Track progress towards fundraising goals, preparing regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
·Work within GDPR and the Fundraising Code of Practice at all times.

ULI Europe requires an experienced, highly-organised individual to work closely with the CEO of ULI Europe, Chair of the ULI Charitable Trust, Chief (Philanthropic) Fundraising Officer and VP of Business Development and Membership to administer and support the growth of ULI’s philanthropic fundraising work in Europe.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Philanthropic Fundraising will serve as the cornerstone of administrative support for ULI’s philanthropic fundraising initiatives in Europe.
The role will report to the Vice President, Business Development & Membership on a day-to-day basis and work closely with the Chair of the ULI Charitable Trust and CEO ULI Europe. The role will have a functional reporting line to the Chief (Philanthropic) Fundraising Officer.
This position requires excellent organisational, administrative, and stakeholder management skills, particularly within the charity or philanthropic sector.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and management support to the philanthropic fundraising initiatives of the ULI Charitable Trust (and the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee) and ULI Europe, including fundraising campaigns, donation tracking, gift processing, and donor stewardship in cooperation with the ULI Finance team in the US.
- Oversee and coordinate design and development of marketing collateral, presentations supporting fundraising campaigns, in collaboration with the ULI Europe Marketing and Communications team.
- Collaborate closely with the ULI Europe Business Development and Membership team, ULI’s country directors, and the governance director to support the planning and implementation of the European philanthropic fundraising strategy set by the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with individual and institutional donors,, in close collaboration with the corporate accounts team, CEO, ULI Europe and the Chair of the Charitable Trust / Chair of the ULIF Europe Committee;
- Work in close collaboration with Research & Advisory Services and ESG Programmes colleagues, to identify and research (third party) philanthropic funding and grant opportunities and assist in the preparation of applications for philanthropic funding from (third party) foundations and government agencies;
- Coordination of proposal writing for potential foundation funding, in close collaboration with the research, marketing communications and legal and compliance teams.
- Develop and manage internal processes for grant compliance, application tracking, reporting, and gift acknowledgement for ULI Europe.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Experience working in an operations, administration, or governance role within a UK or European charity, charitable trust, or foundation.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO/Director will be responsible for the overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership of Chelsea Theatre. Key Responsibilities
The postholder will:
• Provide leadership and responsibility for the charity’s purpose, administration and financial management plus ensure compliance with the law and regulations.

Venue & Operational Management
• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, customer experience, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets effectively, ensuring quality financial reporting, financial stability, and responsible stewardship of resources.
• Ability to optimise rental income and diversify income streams, while serving community needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, local authorities, businesses, and community groups.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

The RSPCA Woodside Animal Centre is seeking a Head of Income Generation to provide expertise, leadership, vision and guidance to drive forward the strategic direction of their Income Generation programme.
Founded in 1881, RSPCA Leicestershire Branch has been helping animals in need for over one hundred years. From 1975 the charity has been based at Woodside Animal Centre in Leicester and provides vital care to animals in need across Leicestershire, Peterborough and Rutland, alongside educating the public about animal welfare.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Income Generation strategy for RSPCA Woodside and is an exciting opportunity for a fundraising leader, with the support of the CEO, to make the role their own in a post with scope and opportunities for career progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching and pursuing new opportunities for fundraising and revenue generation. A little bit about the role
The trusts fundraiser role sits in the fundraising team within the external relations division. The fundraising team is responsible for raising between £1m and £1.5m in fundraised income annually. Frontline’s philanthropic income complements the significant contract income the charity receives from central and local government and enables the charity to carry out its broader mission to create social change for hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged children.
Since we were founded in 2013, Frontline has leveraged its success to build committed, high impact partnerships with a number of prestigious supporters including trusts and foundations, corporates and high net worth individuals. Our new fundraising strategy focuses on continuing to grow our network of supporters by maintaining excellent relationships with our current funders while identifying new potential donors, and at the same time testing and developing fundraising through community and events and individual giving.
We are now looking for a trusts fundraiser to help drive this strategy forward. The successful candidate will have experience in building relationships and securing income, helping us to build relationships with new trust funders while stewarding effectively our current trust and foundation relationships.

The fundraising team is supported by the marketing, events and communications staff of the external relations division.
Some key responsibilities include:
- To develop a pipeline of potential trust funders through prospect research, the development of strong relationships, and writing of persuasive, creative and inspiring applications.
- To arrange meetings and engagement opportunities with new funders, including ensuring that other Frontline staff are involved in supporting applications and pitches where appropriate.
- To account manage a portfolio of existing trust supporters, providing excellent stewardship and planning and writing high quality grant and funding reports in line with reporting deadlines.
- To work closely with other teams at Frontline, particularly the fellowship team and evaluation team, to develop proposals and reports, bring funders closer to our work and help inspire a culture of fundraising across the charity.
A little bit about you
You will be an experienced fundraiser, with experience in securing grants from trusts and foundations in particular. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, target-driven and passionate about delivering persuasive cases for support through crafting creative and imaginative funding proposals.
We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. This role will lead the delivery of the Trase communication strategy over the next 5 year strategic period.
Working as part of the Impact team within Trase, alongside those engaging directly with companies, governments and financial institutions, you will lead a small team to deliver strategic communications - press, media, content production, events, social media, promotion and publicity, including outreach to multipliers and amplifiers.

- Experience and success in strategic communications i.e. using communications to deliver on strategic goals through many routes, including advocacy, engagement, partnership working.
- Track record of working with complex or technical information and making it accessible to a variety of audiences.
- Track record of working on global issues with multiple partners.
- Experience of building relationships with journalists, and partnering with other organisations to leverage impact.
- Experience working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, ideally in a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Management experience (line management, volunteer management, or freelance service providers).
- Fluency in English.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience communicating messages that represent minority or underrepresented groups.
- Language skills in one or more of the Trase core languages: Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia, French, Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience of working in organisations with a multi-project portfolio, and working with partner organisations.
