Additional Information

Requirement to be in the office at least once a week and to be available to support meetings and events in London when required. We are looking for two Area Relationship and Development Leads to join the Regional Relationships team. A remote role with a great opportunity to travel across the Midlands supporting the professional development of Further Educational providers and their staff through a effective relationship building.

Purpose of the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.

Understanding the needs of current and prospective students and pupils and their parents, and being able to identify digital plans and initiatives which will enable ArtsEd to meet both the long and short-term needs is a central aspect of the role.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and implementation of digitally creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible for the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. They will work closely with senior staff and the rest of the Marketing team to deliver highly effective experiences to all stakeholders and potential stakeholders.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuing development of ArtsEd’s online profile amongst all of our target audiences, including high-level industry connections, potential supporters and the local community, alongside potential students, pupils and parents.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ArtsEd’s messaging is consistent, innovative and compelling across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
• Use digital marketing expertise to create effective user funnels to optimise conversion rates, tracking user behaviour in order to refine processes.

• Collaborate closely with staff across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities to ensure a full understanding of ArtsEd’s broad range of target audiences.

• Set up digital advertising campaigns through Meta, Google Ads and other platforms

• Utilise excellent graphic design skills to collaborate with the team on the design and delivery of different digital campaigns for all stakeholder groups. This will include mass e-mails, social media posts and digital collateral as required.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Monitor social media communications (both comments on posts and direct messages) and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

Design & Brand

• Be a guardian of the ArtsEd brand, ensuring correct and effective use of our branding and house style both internally and externally.
• Ensure all digital information is accurate, up to date and relevant.
• Ensure ArtsEd embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion through all digital marketing touchpoints.
• Develop and manage image library including liaising with relevant staff to select images, co-ordinating in-house photography and film requirements, up-dating plasma screen and fulfilling external requests for images.
• Ensure all touchpoints communicate ArtsEd visual identity. Working with the wider Marketing team to review and implement ArtsEd brand architecture structure on digital platforms

Graphic Design

• Create print and digital advertising material using Canva or similar software.
• Design and create in-house digital signage and support the Marketing Officer where needed.
• Support the print production process, liaising with printers and publications, proof reading and adapting print collateral as required.

Recruitment

• Lead on the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy to optimise student and pupil recruitment across the whole organisation. This will include:
• Building on existing digital activity to maximise its reach and impact against all of our target audiences, including digital and associated print advertising.
• Managing an associated  programme of recruitment focused events and activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to raise our profile and to maximise our enquires, registrations, applications and acceptances across all of our activities.
• Supporting the relevant teams in the delivery of this programme, which will include existing activity e.g. Day School and Sixth Form Open Days, degree audition days and our outreach programme.
• To programme our email marketing conversion communication using software Mailer Lite/MailChimp
• Overseeing the production of all marketing collateral.

Social Media

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of a social media plan that aligns with and enhances all strands of the marketing and communications strategy
• Create engaging and content drive social media assets.
• Oversee and a schedule the delivery of day-to-day social media content
• Work with the marketing officer to Launch as short form video content strategy for all platforms with aligns with the Marketing and organisations strategy.
• Be the expert in understanding movements regarding social networks ensuring ArtsEd has a presence and brand building content on the right platforms.
• To have responsibility for all digital advertising, including social paid adverts.

Website

• Manage through line managed staff all aspects of the ArtsEd website, ensuring that it remains relevant to all users at all times. This will include:-
• Ensuring factual content is kept up-to-date, imagery and video is regularly refreshed and that the overall site reflects ArtsEd’s unique offer.
• Identifying opportunities to create and update brand focused content
• SEO
• Analytics

Market Analysis/Planning

• Review and analysis of data to identify competitor tactics, market trends, new opportunities and challenges.
• Ability to understand different audiences and relevant content to ensure successful conversion rates and enhance the student and stakeholders experience.
• Explore  new methods for collection of data and how this can be used to improve recruitment processes
• Complete quarterly digital impact reports
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Implement regular surveys of students and staff, collecting quantitative and qualitative material to support marketing and communication campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Shape outcome based on data.

Events

• Work with team on the planning and delivery on a programme of events, including Auditions, Open Evenings and Open Events.

Other

Reprieve is a UK charity founded in 1999. Reprieve uses strategic interventions to end the use of the death penalty globally, and to end extreme human rights abuses carried out in the name of “counterterrorism” or “national security”.

About this role

The Digital Acquisition Officer is a key member of the Mass Engagement team and part of the wider Development team. The Mass Engagement team exists to raise awareness of Reprieve’s work, shift public opinion and to inspire support. Your role will be to engage members of the public, grow the Reprieve’s community and help establish our supporter base.

It is an exciting time for our team, as we launch their first mass engagement strategy to promote the long-term growth of the programme. Digital fundraising boomed between 2020 and 2021 but has faced challenges in 2022 and 2023. As we launch our new strategy, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual, keen to try new things and learn through testing, excited about communicating Reprieve’s work to our supporters and inspiring them to donate.

You will be key to the acquisition of new supporters, leading on developing and managing lead generation across our platforms, building paid for and organic content, and developing new and innovative ways to engage supporters with the support of the Head of Digital and Mass Engagement.

As a small team we have a collaborative and “all hands on deck” approach, ready to step in and support each other. This means at times you will support on our retention and stewardship work, as well as helping the wider Development Team when needed.

• Devising and delivering new online content opportunities, that create programme visibility, promote and target audience reach, including contributing towards digital strategies (in collaboration with comms team).
• Contribute to and participate in a collaborative working environment, including weekly team discussions and other conversations.

Finance Management
• Manage the project budget ensuring both quality control and good value for money, including authorising expenditure via any payment method, tracking all transactions, and tracking actual, committed, and forecast (uncommitted) costs. With oversight from Head of L&E.
• Track income, request sales invoices, and submit a third-party audit trail for all income received.
• Reconcile project budgets and cashflow to our accounting system monthly, in collaboration with the Finance Manager.

Comms & Marketing
• Work to maintain the profile of ICA and our projects.
• Work with the Communications Team to plan and deliver communication and participant recruitment campaigns and implement appropriate strategic marketing for each project.
• Arrange photography and video documentation as necessary.
• Write copy in line with ICA guidelines to promote programme

General Administration
• Ensure all day-to-day project administration is carried out efficiently and appropriately.
• Maintain that all project activity and outcomes are carried out in line with ICA’s policies and procedures, including and not limited to insurance, liability, health & safety, safeguarding, privacy & data protection, access, equity, diversity, inclusion, safer spaces, and anti-racism.
• Work in a sustainable and environmentally conscious manner in the production and presentation of ICA programme.
• Maintaining data collection to contribute towards evaluation, tracking monitoring information to monitor impact.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years’ experience of working effectively as a producer in the cultural sector within a participation / learning / engagement context
• A strong track record of producing programmes that respond to audience need and create impact
• Experience working with diverse audiences including young people and communities

Young Start distributes money from dormant accounts on behalf of the Scottish Government to projects that are run for and by young people aged eight to 25. Since 2012, it has distributed over £60 million to thousands of projects across Scotland. 

You will be part of the Communications and Engagement team responsible for telling the story of our Young Start funding in Scotland to a variety of audiences.

You will also provide communications support and advice to a recently established Young Start development team tasked with ensuring that children and young people are better engaged with and centred in the work of the Young Start funding programme. 

Responsibilities include:
•Leading on all regular announcements of Young Start funding to the media and stakeholders
•Interviewing young people behind the projects to produce content for media features, case studies and online social media channels
•Supporting our funding teams to deliver Young Start customer communications 
•Managing the yearly production of the Young Start Annual Report, at the request of the Scottish Government.
•Supporting the Young Start team to deliver its work putting young people front and centre of the Young Start programme.

About you

You will be comfortable speaking to children and young people about the impact that the funding is making in their lives and telling their stories with duty of care and a creative and engaging approach.
You will be collaborative in nature and enjoy working proactively and in partnership with colleagues across the fund. An open, supportive and flexible team working approach is necessary.

You will be adept at managing a busy and varied workload.

There can be occasional weekend and evening working to suit the needs of young people, but most of our work takes place on weekdays in normal working hours.

The ACNS is a key senior role within the Nursing team, acting as the clinical specialist lead and overseeing the community nursing service for a defined area on a rotation basis (non-clinical).

Working with an integrated team of nurses, you will contribute to the overall care of patient and families referred to St Giles within the community setting.

As a team member, you will contribute to a positive supportive working environment with an emphasis on team work and cooperation. You will participate in a rota system providing a 7 day a week, face to face and telephone service for patients and their families and, in the out of hours rota, providing telephone advice and support. This may include visiting out of hours in exceptional circumstances.

We are looking for a Communications and Engagement Officer with at least two years of relevant experience, who will be able to contribute to our new VCS Capacity Building contract.

Having a good level of experience in producing and designing communications content, excellent copy writing skills with the ability to create clear and compelling content, excellent attention to detail and a strong track record in developing communications which stand out and increase both engagement and awareness.

The role

MIND in Haringey and its partner Public Voice delivers the Voluntary and Community (VCS) Capacity Building contract commissioned by the London Borough of Haringey. The contract, which runs from May 2024 to April 2027 can be extended for a further four years at the discretion of the Client. As Digital and Social Media Executive, you’ll have a broad and varied role, working with our Marketing and Digital Manager to develop and implement our digital and social media strategy at a critical time for the Football Foundation and for grassroots sports. The salary band for this role is £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
