Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have at least five years’ senior experience within a digital and performance marketing environment. You will have extensive understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and executing channel marketing at pace and efficiency. Knowledge of planning, executing and/or managing all digital marketing activities across SE, Email, Social and PPC is essential for this role. You will be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that inform, educate, inspire and convince prospecting, existing and lapsed givers. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent influencing skills with donors, colleagues, and partners. You will possess a cultural awareness and be able to communicate sensitively within faith-based contexts.

We are looking for 2 organised and dedicated Project Workers who have a strong empathy with single homeless people, to coordinate our intensive housing management services across our South London boroughs.
You will be joining a small , friendly registered charity and registered provider with a supportive team.
Job purpose
The Project Worker will be responsible for the delivery of a responsive intensive housing management service to clients allocated by the Team Leader.
The central aim of the role is to support homeless clients temporarily living in CLHT placements to become as independent as possible and to facilitate timely move-on into independent living settings.
This will be achieved through regular client-led keywork sessions and in close collaboration with external partners.
The Project Worker will coordinate the day-to-day smooth running of each house they are responsible for.
Duties and responsibilities specific to the role
Intensive Housing Management
- Responsible for a broad range of housing management activities, including signing up new residents, issuing licensing agreements, delivering new client inductions, occupancy management and eviction / abandonment.
- Evictions are a last resort and CLHT works within the Homeless Link guidance on preventing evictions and abandonment.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance team to coordinate rent/ service charge collections
- Carry out regular occupancy checks.
- Maintain accurate and timely records related to housing management activities, within the requirements of GDPR.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment and encourage clients to take individual responsibility for their living environment and for positive relationships with fellow residents.
- Ensure the accommodation where clients live is clean and maintained to a high standard, in line with CLHT property standards.
- Ensure the accommodation meets all legal and statutory health and fire safety requirements
- Work in close collaboration with the Maintenance team to ensure all repairs and maintenance issues are correctly reported and resolved.
- To promote and encourage client participation in the Intensive Housing Management process and to act as advocate for clients when necessary.
- This includes leading regular house meetings and encouraging clients to become ‘resident representatives’.

Introduction
Reporting into the Head of Planning & Delivery, this role is the central link between our reactive and planned reactive teams and the rest of the organisation, in particular Country Comms, Policy & Advocacy, and Campaign & Mobilisation teams. It is responsible for making sure all our reactive and planned-reactive comms are managed and delivered across appropriate owned and earned channels.? Strategic Communications colleagues, Media and PR teams, Delivery Managers, key stakeholders across the organisation, and our Content & Creative teams will be your day to day partners.
This role needs to be collaborative, resilient and able to adapt quickly to new information and shifting priorities, understanding when decisions are needed and making sure the right people are involved. Role specific tasks include:
- Own and maintain a clear, live and accurate 12-week Communications Calendar, and ensure teams understand what is expected of them from both a delivery and an Activity Owner perspective. Making sure there is transparency across all teams, and that information is accessible to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Annual Marcomms Planning process, making sure that the 12-week Comms Calendar reflects the activities agreed in the MarComms Calendar, and that all changes/information is kept up to date.
- Responsible for chairing the ‘Lookahead’ meeting (a group which responds to work within a 12-week timescale) and maintaining the meeting Planner with all relevant information.
- Key stakeholder in the ‘Newsroom’ meeting, making sure that all activities reflect decisions made in the Lookahead meeting and identifying where changes need to be made to accommodate shifting daily priorities.
- Writing delivery briefs, keeping all Activity Owners updated about decisions and progress for reactive and planned-reactive comms, and making sure our Content & Creative teams have the information they need to deliver work.
- Make sure that all required activity requests are submitted for review through our Triage processes, and then take all agreed requirements to the Lookahead meeting for consideration/delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with our Campaigning & Mobilisation teams, taking briefs and working collaboratively to deliver requirements. Manage the lifecycle of the process to enable teams to meet deadlines. Make decisions as appropriate and escalate any issues to the Head of Planning & Delivery.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience and knowledge of marketing, communications and design
- Understanding and experience of writing Content briefs
- Proven experience of working with PR, Media, Creative and Digital Delivery teams, with a clear understanding of the different disciplines within each
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capability
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence others, explain/discuss concepts and ideas.
- Strong people management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with peers and colleagues.

The Video Content Creator will be responsible for creating, editing, and co-ordinating video content to proactively maximize BDF’s existing content from BDF’s Knowledge Hub. The Role

Proven copywriting, editorial and proofreading skills, with ability to tailor copy to the audience.
