We are searching for a new strategic leader at Bloody Good Period. The Head of Communications and Campaigns will play a pivotal and strategic role in delivering creative and effective campaigns and comms that align with our wider influencing work, maximising opportunities to influence change as we approach a General Election, and beyond. 

Bloody Good Period’s brand and communications have had huge traction and influence in the last few years. Our mission of menstrual equity resonates strongly with a range of stakeholders including individual supporters, corporates, parliamentarians and celebrities, and we have developed a strong brand which is frequently sought after for high-profile partnerships.

We are also dialling up the activist movement quality of our work, building on strong foundations in terms of our brand, reputation and relationships. The Head of Communications and Campaigns will be working across the organisation, and crucially alongside our Experts by Experience forum, strengthening our communication strategy whilst developing and implementing an ambitious campaign strategy to engage and mobilise both existing and new supporters.

Corporate Partnerships Officer (maternity cover 12months)

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing nature conservation organisations and seeks to appoint a Corporate Partnerships Officer (maternity cover).
 
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships Officer to drive forward relationship building and income generation within corporate fundraising. 

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, this role will lead and manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to an excellent standard. As well as managing and supporting the development of strategic partnerships, the post-holder will build relationships with multiple stakeholders to develop long-term commitment to Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. Alongside managing our corporate partnerships this role is also responsible for administering our corporate membership scheme, organising Wild Work Days (corporate volunteering), and managing our affinities and Charity of the Year partnerships.

You will collaborate across the Trust to develop innovative and compelling funding proposals, delivering excellent stewardship to existing corporates and identify, research and engage new prospects. You will ensure continuous improvement and innovation in how, evaluating new ideas for income generation and strategies for implementation. 

A compelling and engaging communicator, you’ll be adept at managing corporate relationships of all sizes and at different stages – from prospecting and cultivation through to ask, stewardship and retention, working at all levels of the Trust to achieve ambitious fundraising targets.

We are seeking a Fundraiser with a background in lead and income generation with the drive to create change for farmed animals in the UK. You will be part of a small, high-impact team specialising in consumer education and political advocacy to help us grow our supporter base and raise essential income to support our work for animals.

As Fundraiser (Lead Generator), you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by identifying and cultivating potential donors and supporters. Your primary responsibilities will be to generate leads utilising Engaging Networks on social media platforms and work with the Fundraising Development Manager to build on supporter journeys that maximise conversion rates.

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to give struggling children a hope and a future. The Supporter Development Fundraising Lead will play a crucial role. We are looking for a high energy, passionate fundraiser who is highly relational. Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. JOB PURPOSE

As part of the Brand and Marketing team, the Social Media Officer will lead on social media strategy for the organization, working closely with teams across Magic Breakfast to develop and diversify our presence on social media. Through innovative, compelling content creation the Social Media Officer will raise awareness of our work and the Magic Breakfast brand. The role's aims are to reach and engage new audiences and to strengthen brand advocacy with exisiting target audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop Magic Breakfast social media channels to grow an engaging environment for people with lived experience of childhood morning hunger and our wider supporter network.
• Develop and deliver effective strategies that optimise and grow our social media channels.
• Liase with both Magic Breakfast and corporate partners' design, PR and social media agencies to deliver effective and timely campaigns
• Monitor, improve (through testing and optimisation) and report on the performance and effectiveness of social media content and campaigns
• Write impactful and engaging social posts, sourcing approprtiate imagery and developing video content in collaboration with the Multimedia Producer.

Social media

Email marketing

• Develop and deliver a schedule of email marketing for the organisation, including for fundraising and political engagement campaigns.

• Optimise email marketing by A/B testing content regularly to maximise performance and by making design and content improvements as the digital landscape evolves. 

• Use audience segmentation in support of campaigns, drawing on data from our CRM.
   

Website content & maintenance

• Work with the Content Manager and other team members to create new and updated web content in line with the Content Strategy, that is engaging, accurate and on-brand.

• Ensure web content is optimised for SEO and usability, advising and training staff on best practice.

• Contribute to team efforts to enhance the website as an engagement tool, including liaising with agencies where relevant. 

Other

• Track, monitor and report on digital activity to prove impact and maximise effectiveness. 

• Oversee/brief colleagues and freelancers, where relevant, to deliver discrete pieces of digital content for Rewilding Britain's channels.

• Contribute digital expertise to wider organisational projects and activities in support of our objectives.

Experience

• At least three years' experience in a digital management role in a comparable organisation, overseeing digital communications to further organisational objectives. 

• Proven experience in managing social media channels in a professional role.

• Experience in producing and optimising email marketing (ideally using Mailchimp).

• Experience in managing and optimising website content.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital monitoring tools.

• In-depth experience and understanding of current social and digital communications tools, landscape and trends.

Skills

• Skills in creative content developments, such as video and photo editing, ideally using Adobe Creative Suite.

This is a full time 5 day (35 hour) a week position, but we are open to a conversation with candidates who are seeking a role of 28-35 hours a week.

There will be some freedom for the person to determine their own working arrangements each week, within limitations, providing the work is delivered.

The salary is £35-40,000 f.t.e. per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

We are looking for someone to work with a clear strategy and then develop, grow and successfully manage our Youth Advisory (YAG) and Alumni groups, as well as lead the engagement of families / support networks. We are working in partnership with The Honeypot Children’s Charity, a UK charity who are looking for an experienced Head of Lottery and Statutory Grants to research, identify and deliver six figure level income through National Lottery and Statutory funders.

With headquarters in London, and three respite houses situated in the South of England, Wales and Scotland, the Honeypot continuously supports young carers aged 5 to 12 years old, who perform a surrogate adult role as a carer for a loved one, often single-handedly, and whose wellbeing is at significant risk, leading to anxiety, isolation, poor confidence, and low self-esteem.

This newly created role the Head of Lottery and Statutory Grants will lead and develop a new income stream for the Charity, researching and developing a sustainable and key pipeline of six figure income through National Lottery and Statutory funders.

The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate a proven track record of succeeding six figure level gifts, with direct experience of researching the National Lotteries and statutory landscapes to explore opportunities to develop six figure plus proposals for Statutory funders, or equivalent,
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to inspire through compelling storytelling and deliver exceptional bid evaluation and proposal writing abilities to produce thorough and compelling grant proposals and reports that communicate aims and impact.
• Exceptional donor stewardship skills to a six-figure portfolio of statutory donors, implementing effective donor journeys and an excellent supporter experience ensuring their continued and uplifted support.
• Experience of interpreting charitable financial accounts and preparing budgets for potential funders and for grant reports.
• Have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and meticulous record keeping with strong planning, project management and time management expertise.

The RSCM is on a mission to enable the flourishing of church music, and in particular to get children singing.

Working across the whole charity, you will work to sell existing products, courses and events, as well as membership subscriptions. With a passion for the power of singing and music, you will persuade musicians, teachers and members of church communities of the value of RSCM’s offerings. You will build and leverage a network of advocates to help spread the word, accelerating take-up and growing the RSCM’s reach in churches and schools.

The post holder will be expected to work to actively drive sales of RSCM products such as ‘Hymnpact!’ (a singing resource aimed at encouraging singing in primary schools), sales of events such as singing courses, and membership subscriptions; and in some instances voluntary giving. Some of the work will be in support of RSCM Enterprises, RSCM’s wholly owned trading subsidiary.

The sales plan will be delivered with some assistance of external contractors (e.g. social media), and with input from individuals across the organisation.

The post holder is responsible for selling to individuals, corporate customers (such as school federations) and organisations (e.g. choral societies) including through appropriate organisational networks. The holder will play an active part in suggesting, agreeing and delivering agreed KPIs and sales targets, monitoring and adjusting activities as necessary to improve results. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the long-term financial viability of the charity and whilst we have a comprehensive product offer, we welcome innovation. About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of our Strategic Communications team. 

As the Internal Communications Officer you will work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organisation, to schedule and produce a range of inspiring, informative and engaging internal communications. 

Working with the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, you will conceive and create compelling content for a range of channels including Sustrans intranet and a weekly newsletter. You will also help manage and run Sustrans monthly all-colleague webinars. 

This role will actively enable further development of employee engagement and will support several strategic change-related projects across the charity.
