About the Role
As a Staying Close Life Skills Coordinator, you will work across our UK homes and services, delivering a programme or tailored, creative Life Skills activities. You will be responsible for creating resources and session plans to support young people’s development of crucial life skills; finding creative and innovative ways to deliver the sessions; building relationships with young people to allow the sessions to be meaningful and impactful; working with staff teams to improve their understanding of the life skills support needed by young people, and how this can be delivered; ensuring young people are aware of their own progress and that their achievements are recognised; recording the details and outcomes of your work, so that its impact can be demonstrated and learned from; listening to young people and supporting them to share their thoughts on what matters to them, and taking responsibility for ensuring the feedback of young people leads to meaningful change.

Applicants should have

The Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the financial strategy and operations of LTM, ensuring robust financial management, governance, and performance. This is a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the Director and attending all Board meetings. You will also deputise for the Director when required.
This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership. You will be a moderniser—driving transformation, leading negotiations, overseeing broader business support functions, and contribute to LTM50, including capital programme oversight. You will be the face of financial and business systems at LTM, helping to deliver a future-fit museum aligned with our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of LTM’s overall budget, ensuring financial sustainability across short, medium, and long-term goals
- Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, reporting, and compliance with statutory, charity, and TfL requirements
- Deliver timely and accurate statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Lead business support functions and liaise with TfL departments including HR, Procurement, Reward, Tech and Data and Finance
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Trustees, SLT, and wider teams
- Represent LTM in financial negotiations with external partners and suppliers
- Champion a high-performing, inclusive finance team—setting clear goals, recognising success, and modelling LTM’s values
- Collaborate closely with TfL Finance to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Ensure all financial and legal obligations are met and policies are up to date and followed
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in senior finance leadership roles within complex organisations, and will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience at Board level and ability to work in collaboration with Trustees and colleagues;
- Understanding and experience of strategic risk management, finance audit and internal controls;
- Broad operational knowledge including digital transformation, estates, and HR;
- Experience navigating challenging financial climates and driving efficiencies.

Overall purpose
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team to help us deliver partnership management to our corporate partners. Having expanded our services into Birmingham and Greater Manchester for the first time, fundraising and charitable activities with our corporate partners are a key area for growth to ensure that our organisational development is sustainable and permanent. You will play your part in supporting and delivering external relationships working across multiple opportunities from staff engagement, hiring initiatives and volunteering projects, that maximise the value for Breaking Barriers, our clients, and our partners.

The main purpose of the Partnerships Officer role is to support the Partnership Management team on the delivery of first-class account management to our portfolio of corporate partners. Each partnership at Breaking Barriers is bespoke, comprising fundraising, skilled volunteering, awareness raising and, crucially, placement and job opportunities for our refugee clients. This diverse role is perfect for someone looking to make a difference and gain experience working within a corporate partnerships team. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative, internal/external comms and wider support to the partnership management team. You will work closely with the Breaking Barriers delivery teams to help ensure our shared value partnerships have the maximum impact for our refugee clients.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Partnerships Managers and wider Partnerships team to help deliver bespoke partner activities across our portfolio of 50+ partners.
- Support the Partnerships team with administrative support, financial tracking, and monitoring and evaluation reporting.
- Work closely with the Partnership Managers and Employment teams to support the delivery of workshops, placements, hiring pathways, and volunteering activity with each corporate partner, as well as any additional programmes which are developed to support our refugee clients.
- Manage a portfolio of small partnerships, including fundraising, comms and delivery requirements.
- Create compelling proposals, reports and correspondence in relation to partnership objectives.
- Maintain regular monitoring and updating of our CRM database, ensuring data is updated regularly and timely for reporting requirements.
- Support on logistics and creation of key external events or projects.
- Champion the value of refugees and work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK to drive our mission forward.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking to appoint a new SEND Consultant to our central team of subject specialists. We want to hear from experienced teachers who have gained experience in a middle leadership role, and who have a track record of raising achievement within a department. The successful applicant will join an established team of specialists, working to further raise standards and further drive improvement across the Harris Federation. The role of SEND Consultant is an exciting post providing enormous scope for a talented and creative practitioner to work collaboratively across a group of academies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The role will be multi-faceted and involve coaching and mentoring, sharing of best practice, developing robust improvement strategies, assisting Harris academies in recruitment and selection, helping to establish new departments or lead rapid recovery where required. Our central team consultants work strategically with Principals, senior leadership teams and support academy departments to improve standards and the outcomes for our students.
As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and advance your career within a Federation established in developing practitioners and nurturing excellent future leaders. We are looking for an experienced teacher with a deep passion for SEND. Our consultant roles are suitable for those with management experience (ideally but not necessarily at Head of Department level or alternatively be an aspirant Leading Practitioner). The post would suit an ambitious middle leader looking either to broaden their expertise and responsibilities, or who may be considering a future leadership pathway to their first headship. Although based at the Harris Federation offices close to East Croydon Station (with fast access to central London and the M25), the role will mostly be located within the academies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The post work suit an ambitious middle leaders with at least three years' SEND teaching experience and two years in a management role such as SENDCo or Co-SENDCo. A thorough understanding of the needs of students with SEND and Quality First Teaching is essential.
We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning. The successful applicant will be resilient, creative and a dynamic practitioner, and must hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree. We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Development to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role will drive our growth agenda, ensuring new opportunities are identified, developed and delivered to support the continued success and impact of OHC&AT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify opportunities for growth, including expansion of existing provisions, acquiring schools/college centres and developing new service models
• Lead on feasibility assessments and the development of strategic business cases for agreed projects.

• Lead on the submission of bids and proposals to external partners and agencies as required.
• Undertake due diligence for new schools and college centres joining OHC&AT.

BCYP is seeking a seasoned Communications and Marketing Officer who will design and implement a strategy to boost BCYP’s brand and support the efforts of clinicians. Some event and project management will be required, in particular supporting the delivery of seminars and training programmes, as well as community events.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on the overall donor development offline programme for both cash and committed donors, ensuring a strong onboarding and onward journey is in place, and that key touchpoints are leveraged to deepen engagement and increase donors’ Lifetime Value.
- Work with digital fundraising colleagues to create integrated, multichannel campaigns and an effective, donor-first giving journey.
- Provide colleagues with strategic guidance, and technical support if required, to deliver warm appeals via Direct Mail that meet six-figures campaign targets.
- Manage our Telemarketing programme, to successfully launch and deliver activities such as conversion, upgrade, reactivation, and welcome calling.
- Ensure an insight-led thanking programme is in place, with key moments identified throughout the year to acknowledge support and communicate impact.
- Work with key stakeholders across digital and offline teams to ensure we maintain a strong retention rate whilst growing our Regular Giving file.
- Remain flexible and rapidly respond to emergency situations.
- Work with our Data team to identify the best approach to data and segmentation for each project.
- Manage production processes, developing supplier briefs and managing approval stages and end of campaign reviews.
- Work with our suppliers to ensure campaign fulfilment is in place and collaborate with our Supporter Care function to monitor responses and identify issues/opportunities.
- Ensure cost effective fundraising, manage individual campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve ROIs.
- Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced & refugee communities, campaigns from international teams and reports from the field. Scope new fundraising themes.
- Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global markets and HQ, participating in training seminars, workshops and international skill shares where applicable.

About the role
With a new Director of Fundraising in post for 18 months, the team is now ready to grow income further. Corporate fundraising is a key focus, with over 200 companies already engaged and a £150,000 annual target (and growing).
This senior role will shape and deliver corporate strategy, lead on building six-figure partnerships, and grow a team, including line management of a Corporate Fundraising Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an ambitious corporate fundraising strategy.
- Win and grow multi-year, six-figure partnerships.
- Steward 200+ corporate supporters.
- Line manage and develop a Corporate Fundraising Manager.
- Influence strategy at senior level, reporting directly to the Director.
- Work flexibly – remote or hybrid, with London office attendance ideal once a week.
