We are looking for a detail-oriented data professional to join our busy Database team. This role will play a key part in supporting the cleansing and management of data within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across teams to enhance system performance and usability.

The role
As Database Administrator, you will be a core member of our friendly and busy Database team.
You will:
· Prepare and cleanse customer data from a range of sources (including CRM systems, Word and Excel) for Microsoft Dynamics.
· Process high volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
· Ensure CRM records are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
· Support staff in using the system effectively to enhance their work.
· Contribute to the ongoing development of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

We are looking for someone who has:
· Experience working with data in databases, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· Familiarity with tools such as SQL and XRMToolBox.
· Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and experience of using databases.
· Accurate record-keeping skills in a customer management system.
· Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise effectively and work on your own initiative.
· A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.
We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. With a key focus on effective and efficient operations, collaboration and continuous improvement in our Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.

Home-Start Epsom, Ewell and Banstead is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families and children. Our team of trained staff and volunteers provide regular emotional support and practical help to families in their own homes and in groups throughout the community.
While the majority of our funding has previously come from grants, we are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a part-time Community Fundraiser to help the charity diversify our funding sources and engage with the local community, individuals and businesses.

In this role you will:
Work closely with other teams in IG, including Acquisition and Legacy, to make sure all IG activity is integrated, supporter-centric and focussed on generating content that will engage supporters, encourage repeat giving and increase their loyalty and lifetime value.
Deliver excellent end-to-end project management for key projects and direct marketing campaigns, such as cash appeals, welcome journeys, cash to committed conversion campaigns, newsletters and virtual gifts.
Implement a test & learn approach to campaigns and work with the Data & Insight team in the ongoing measurement of individual campaign performance.
Always looking for new opportunities to inspire and engage supporters with personalised and targeted communications at a time that is right for them, to maximise lifetime value.
Lead on end-of-campaign reviews, with clear recommendations for improvement of future activities.
Prepare and monitor individual campaign budgets, supporting the Senior Stewardship Manager with annual budget setting.
You will need:

Role Overview
This senior, hands-on role will lead our corporate fundraising, winning, growing, and stewarding strategic partnerships that deliver both income and impact. You’ll shape a clear offer for businesses (from White City Innovation District players to household names), design engaging staff experiences, and tell the story of one partnership → borough-wide impact. You’ll work closely with the CEO, trustees and colleagues in Partnerships/Grants, Impact and Comms. Targets & Trajectory (guiding KPIs):
• Income: £75k–£125k secured within 18 months; £150k–£200k by end of year two.

• Pipeline: Balanced mix of local (e.g., White City Innovation District) and London-wide corporates.
• Engagement: Deliver 1–2 cultivation events/year with team and trustee involvement.
Key Responsibilities
1) New Business & Pipeline
• Build and manage a tiered prospect pipeline (e.g., Disney, Imperial College London, L’Oréal; innovation district and borough anchor institutions).
• Lead outreach, discovery, and tailored proposals for £10k–£50k+ partnerships (CIC/CSR/ESG, sponsorship, skills/volunteering, payroll giving, in-kind, cause-related marketing).
• Co-create compelling value propositions and packages (local stories + measurable outcomes + staff engagement).
• Use the consultancy budget strategically (e.g., research, copy/design, senior introductions) to accelerate conversion.
2) Account Management & Stewardship
• Provide excellent partner experience and stewardship plans; agree on KPIs/MOUs and deliverables; renew and grow multi-year partnerships.
• Design staff engagement that goes beyond volunteering: insight sessions, youth-led events, site visits, mentoring, pro-bono sprints.
• Work with Impact to evidence results (dashboards, case studies, SROI), and with Comms on brand-aligned content and events.
3) Strategy, Governance & Reporting
• Own the corporate income plan aligned to our Revenue Growth Strategy (with realistic quarterly milestones and early-warning triggers).
• Track pipeline and income on the CRM; produce quarterly RAG dashboards for the Task Force/Board.
• Uphold ethical screening and brand alignment; ensure legal/compliance and safeguarding standards are met.
4) Internal & External Collaboration
• Partner with Partnerships & Grants to align offers and avoid duplication (trusts/consortia insight sharing).
• Leverage the CEO and trustees for warm introductions; brief and support them for pitches/cultivation.
• Champion youth voice and member benefits in every partnership.

We are now recruiting a Campaign Lead. The job will play a leading role in driving forward and helping to scale up an exciting new three-year campaign and programme of work funded by the National Lottery working to boost consumption of beans, legumes and pulses in the UK. Beans are a win-win-win for health, environmental and affordability objectives, and yet despite this consumption is very low in the UK. The Food Foundation, alongside partners Veg Power, Kent Student Union and close collaborators Beans is How, University of Kent, and Birmingham City Council are working to change this and aiming to double UK bean consumption by 2028.
The programme began in May 2025 and encompasses the following workstreams, which together aim to change perceptions around beans and shift the food environment so that options with beans are more available and appealing:
1. A creative and impactful public facing digital campaign to drive demand, raise awareness of the brilliance of beans and get people inspired about cooking with beans. The target audience for the digital campaign is 18-35 year olds. We’ll focus on chefs and other digital influencers given their role in shaping food trends and menus and create digital assets to share on social media and with community, membership and youth organisations to create a wider movement to boost appeal. We are working with ARK agency on the creative campaign.
2. Build a community of action among national food businesses by obtaining commitments to increase sales and servings of beans, working with businesses on evidence-based actions they can take to boost sales/servings of beans to support them to reduce their scope 3 emissions and hit healthy & sustainable diet objectives.
3. Run a schools programme to reach families and their kids. We’ll focus on children in 750 primary schools in the lower half of the deprivation scale in England, Scotland and NI, working to engage caterers, teachers and parents to drive increased uptake.
4. We’ll activate the campaign in two places, University of Kent and Birmingham, working closely with local partners to do so and scale the learnings nationally.
The role will be placed in our campaigns team, working closely with our comms team and food business transformation team to ensure the digital and public campaign is successful. You’ll be working to enlist supporters and influencers to scale the size and reach of the campaign and create a broader community of action and support, engaging with community and youth organisations to increase awareness of our campaign and ensure our toolkit of bean assets is embedded in organisations across the UK, and building strong relationships with media partners, brands and platforms to expand our reach.
Main duties
- Supporting the Head of Campaigns with outreach to community and youth organisations to build a broader community of action on beans
- Attending meetings to pitch the campaign to new partners
- Supporting our Head of Campaigns and partner organisation Veg Power to enlist, manage and brief chefs and influencers supporting the campaign
- Working closely with our creative agency and comms team to coordinate, implement and evaluate the digital campaign, especially on social media
- Engaging and building strong relationships with media partners and outlets to ensure beans are part of the conversation and in editorial content plans
- Working with our Food Business Transformation team to explore opportunities for the digital campaign to support business engagement (and vice versa) and activation of the campaign at a local level
- Working with the Food Business Transformation Team to develop a way to monitor and evaluate the actions taken by stakeholders
- Coordinating with project partners and other supporting organisations to align campaigning and communication activities
- Exploring and creating opportunities to amplify the campaign beyond its core activities, with a particular focus on reaching our target demographic of 18-35 year-olds.
