As the CRM Project Manager, you’ll help us to deliver a new system which will strengthen and support our contacts and fundraising functions and prepare the ground for more efficient event and volunteer processes.
Contract: Fixed term until the end of April 2027.
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (part-time considered), hours can be worked flexibly.
Location: Based at our offices in Leeds (LS2) or London (NW1), or at home if you do not live within reasonable commuting distance. Office-based staff can work at home some of the time by agreement.

What does this role do?
As a Project Manager you'll:
- Lead a cross functional team of developers, testers and business analysts and be responsible for the definition, planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects
- Ensure all projects follow Dogs Trust project management methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, costs, timescales, and resources, taking corrective action when needed to keep projects on track.

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven record of delivering software development projects, ideally in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. You will have experience in managing the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, analysis and design, development, QA, UAT and Go-Live.
A skilled communicator, you’ll build strong relationships and have the confidence and influence to engage effectively at all levels. Motivated and proactive, you’ll be adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving environment, with proven planning, organisational, and time management skills that enable you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You will be experienced in using project management tools, including Jira, Confluence and project planning tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet or similar.

About the Role

About this job
The MS Society has made a huge investment in technology to implement a new CRM system to enable us to improve in use of our data and to streamline contact with the MS Community, including Services, Fundraising and directed communications. This is the Organisation’s key, central system.
90% of all funding for the charity is processed through the CRM system including Gift Aid, regular giving and special events, Direct Debits. This role is critical and responsible for the end-to-end processes working and, therefore, the income being processed and collected in a timely fashion.
The role will be part of a CRM team responsible for managing and supporting functionality and data integrity within the CRM system. The role is also responsible for managing key internal and external relationships at all levels.
The role is also responsible for delivering the 1st, 2nd line support of the CRM system as well as building import templates, workflows and that data within is clean, accessible and available.
The successful candidate is expected to be an expert in their field.

A Senior/managerial Salesforce role accountable for driving forward the continued rollout, design, build and development of Salesforce and related applications; aligned with the Trusts strategy, values and goals.
This role is part of Trussell’s Knowledge Transformation programme, the goal of which is to gather and curate our collective knowledge as Trussell and food banks, and equip people to harness this knowledge to drive forward our mission. Are you passionate about combining data expertise with exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a Membership and CRM Officer who loves data as much as people—combining advanced Excel skills and database expertise with outstanding communication and administrative skills.
You will independently manage membership subscription processes and grants administration, respond to member queries and ensure the CRM systems run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a mission-driven organisation.
What You’ll Do
· Administer membership applications, renewals, and payments
· Provide excellent support to members and delegates and respond to enquiries
· Maintain, optimise and troubleshoot multiple CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
· Develop and generate reports and insights to inform decision-making
· Support grants administration and committee processes
· Collaborate across teams to improve systems and member engagement

· Customer service skills and professional written and verbal communication
· Proficiency with Microsoft suite
· Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience is a bonus)
· Proven experience managing and developing CRM systems and complex databases
