Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT) exists to make outstanding hospitals even better.

By connecting generous supporters with pioneering projects, ACT helps fund innovation, research, technology, and improvements to patient care that go beyond the scope of NHS funding. Alongside supporting Addenbrooke's and The Rosie hospitals, ACT is helping bring to life two transformational projects: the Cambridge Children's Hospital and the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital.

As ACT enters an exciting new phase of growth, data and insight are playing an increasingly important role in helping the organisation understand supporters, strengthen fundraising performance, and maximise impact.

The Role

As CRM & Data Insight Lead, you'll take ownership of one of ACT's most valuable organisational assets, its CRM database (Donorfy), while championing the use of data and insight across the charity.

Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications, finance and operations, you'll help ensure ACT has the systems, processes and intelligence needed to make informed decisions and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

This is a varied role that combines CRM management, business intelligence, stakeholder engagement and data analysis. You'll play a key role in embedding a data-led culture, helping teams use insight to improve performance, identify opportunities and support the charity's ambitious strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management, development and optimisation of ACT's CRM system (Donorfy)

• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and compliance across CRM processes

• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and business intelligence tools to support decision-making

• Support fundraising and marketing activity through data analysis, segmentation and campaign reporting

• Champion the effective use of CRM and data across the organisation, providing guidance and training to colleagues

Experience & Skills

• Experience managing and developing CRM systems and databases

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations

• Experience producing reports, dashboards and data visualisations using tools such as Power BI

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

What We Offer

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Hybrid - Cambridge (4 Days In Office Initially, 2 Days Following)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time (30 hours - 0.8)
