Key Responsibilities

CONTEXT & PURPOSE OF ROLE
SportsAid is currently implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud as our new organisation-wide CRM platform to strengthen engagement with athletes and their parents/care-givers, supporters and funders, partners, alumni, volunteers and other key stakeholders. The Head of CRM will provide strategic and operational leadership for the charity’s CRM function.
Initially the focus of the role will be to realise the value of the implementation, including adoption, embedding ways of working and processes across teams, improving data quality, refining reporting, ensuring good system governance and optimising organisation-wide usage.
Longer term, the role will develop and lead a CRM roadmap, identifying priorities and enhancements for future development and planning the strategic evolution of our new CRM ecosystem and long-term sustainability of our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud platform.
You will lead organisational change, embed best practice CRM processes, ensure high-quality data governance and maximise the value of CRM insights to support fundraising, programme delivery, marketing, partnerships and impact reporting.

We are looking for a Product Owner, Microsoft Dynamics 365 to play a central role in shaping how we use Dynamics across Blue Cross. Sitting within our Information Services directorate, this role will act as the bridge between business teams, Information Services colleagues, and Microsoft implementation partners, helping to ensure the platform continues to evolve in a way that supports our work for pets and the people who love them.
More about the role
As Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, you will lead the development and ongoing improvement of the platform across the charity. You will work closely with colleagues across different teams to understand their needs, translate these into clear requirements, and ensure the system delivers real value for the organisation.
You will own and prioritise the product backlog, shape the roadmap for the platform, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements, improvements and fixes. Alongside this, you will play a key role in driving user adoption, establishing best practice for CRM use and data quality, and helping teams move away from siloed systems and spreadsheet driven processes.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines product ownership, stakeholder engagement and hands on configuration. You will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure Dynamics 365 continues to evolve and support better ways of working, improved data insight and stronger organisational impact.
About you
You will bring strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical system solutions. Analytical and confident with technology, you will have experience managing product backlogs and delivering system improvements within an Agile or DevOps environment.
You will also be comfortable working across teams, engaging stakeholders at different levels and supporting colleagues to adopt new systems and processes. With strong influencing and facilitation skills, you will be able to build relationships, lead change and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver improvements that make a real difference.

Job Description
Managing supplies, equipment, and maintaining filing systems, records, and CRM database. Engage with and support running The Circle’s current operational systems, including Beacon CRM, Quickbooks, 1Password, Breathe HR, Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Teams & SharePoint), FreshPay, Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, Wordpress, etc. Continue to develop and update systems.
Assisting with staff onboarding/offboarding, managing recruitment; Lead on health & safety, including having staff undertake regular risk assessments for home working and electronic device safety; ·
Processing invoices, expenses, donations, and assisting with budget tracking. Management of monthly reconciliation with QuickBooks. Submission of Gift Aid claims and donation tracking using Beacon CRM
Organizing team meetings, Board meetings, away days, overseas travel and coordinating event logistics.
Assisting with internal communication and ensuring Health & Safety, GDPR, and safeguarding compliance.
Support the Chief Executive and Board Secretary with quarterly Board meetings, sub-committee meetings; Manage policy renewal timelines, support on updating existing policy and drafting new policy where necessary, alongside the CEO & Board
